25 days out today (left) vs. 1 day out in April (right) Both on zero carbs 🙈 We always try to get better with every prep and this one is going pretty well so far: less cardio, less stress, more carb re-feeds (or carbs in general) and my brain is still working... I am still working🤣👩‍💻 5-7h every day besides my training.
