It's a vegan night. Day 4. 08/04/2020 Dried BlackJack Leaves(Mutsine🇿🇼) My cousin in law Melody gave me some dried blackjack leaves and l was very sceptic about it l didn't know that the leaves can be eaten seeing the spiky of the plant. So l gave it a go oh my word l have being missing out a lot l was very impressed with the results it has become one of my favorite dried vegetables.You can serve it with Sadza, Rice or Pasta. Here is how it's done. WHAT IS NEEDED Dried blackjack leaves Vegetable oil Salt and pepper Chopped Onion Chopped Tomatoes HOW IT'S DONE Cook blackjack leaves in water and boil until soft Rinse to remove any sand Heat oil and add the blackjack leaves together with salt, pepper onion and tomatoes simmer until cooked. Enjoy your blackjack leaves.
