Notes:

The Tyrannian Blibble is a special case we'll attend to in its own discussion post, but I think it's interesting enough to mention here.

The Tyrannian Blibble is a separate species from the Blibble, as it is unpaintable and cannot interbreed or what have you with other Blibbles. However, according to Jellyneo:

This item was originally set live [...] on May 17, 2019 as a buyable item in Little Nippers, but was deactivated shortly thereafter. It was then officially released as a Trudy's Surprise prize on June 14, 2019, but also started restocking again at Little Nippers, and can still be found there [...].

Is the Tyrannian Blibble from Tyrannia? Krawk Island? Wherever Trudy's Surprise things come from? I don't know! And I won't be talking about it here.

Thankfully, the default Blibble has none of these questions and is easy to place.
