I remember the translucent-blob fad! I was working at Apple at the time, and after several years of doom-mongering it was good to see Apple being cool again, even if some of the iMac-inspired stuff was kinda embarrassing, like watching your kid brother try to be exactly like you.

Case in point: The square thing on the left was a waffle maker, iirc…

So this couple would continue with their small arguments, each not willing to admit that they both were bickering in the hopes of keeping the other around for just that much longer.

After all, they found the other more interesting than the sight of the sunset that visited the city of Paradiah each day.

Y2K Blobjects Fad

Nothing screams y2k cybercore tech and item design than blobjects, all of these items were originally released to the public around the turn of the millennium and it definitely shows.

I love the unique style and how the theme was just make it look round and bulky, I would’ve added interior design but I figured that deserves its own post tbh.
