Bogna often puts up stick effigies around her hut, these can be combined in many different ways or just hung up close together to indicate strings of words. She comes up with the ideas for them herself, so many have meanings known only to her.

aita for abandoning my dying partner? in a cornfield in the middle of nowhere

i [16 ftm] ran away from home over a month ago because i didnt want my mom to win custody in the divorce. turns out my dad won so that problems solved. anyways while running away i accidentally met up with about four other people with the same idea and someone who didnt want to leave four minors unsupervised. we kinda just lived off the grid and camped out in the middle of nowhere, hiked across a state line, general shit. but one of them, ill call her birdie [17f] i developed a crush on. and i think she had a crush on me too but i don't know. anyways we got real close and when the cops found the group i was hit across the nose with a baton bc they thought i was someone else in the group who had accidentally committed manslaughter. birdie grabbed my arm and we booked it, the others ran in different directions. birdie is a track star so she got us prettt fucking far before we stopped to breathe. she then kissed me while there was blood all over my face from getting whacked which is a problem bc i have poisonous blood? and she ingested it. meaning she would die in about 5 minutes or so. i really didn't want to see someone i love die in front of me and the cops were catching up so i ran away. i managed to get to a gas station and use the phone to call my dad. i'm back home with him now.

hi i just realized mako's name used to be ripple!!! i have a seawing oc named ripple!!! :0 when did mako change his name and why did he change it?

Wavecrest (Mako’s father) and Hake (Mako’s mother) teasingly argued over which family naming convention they’d pass on to their child. When the time came to name him, Wavecrest let Hake pick, because he loved her. Hake named him Ripple, after Wavecrest, because she loved him.
