hi. so i just read the ask about oracles possible children and your question, if we, the readers. would be interested in that. i would love that. but i could imagine that some people wouldnt like these topics. may i suggest an idea ive found on anothers author tumblr ask? there they mentioned on planning to add 2 dlcs/bonuscontent: basically expanded epilogues, one for marriage and one for having children. and people can decide about what they want to read.

That's the idea. Epilogues were already planned. Having a child is just an addition to them you can avoid if you choose so.

Demons don't have marriage, but they do have a ritual that connects their souls, which is usually used by lovers. So that will make an appearance 👀

Superhero Hotline Deleted Scenes

So, while compiling the entirety of Superhero Hotline into a document, which you can find over here, I found some extra deleted scenes that I never did anything with. Instead of just tossing them out like trash, I figured I might as well share it with you instead. Enjoy.

“Hello. You’ve reached the Villain Hotline. How can I help you become more evil?”

“Um. Hi. It’s, uh, it’s Aidan. God, I’m such an embarrassment, huh?”

“Have you reached a decision?”

“Yeah, I actually did. I wanted to call and let you know that I quit my job and enrolled into the local community college. The superhero scene wasn’t really my thing. I got a bit carried away and obsessive and… yeah, sorry for my childishness.”

“It only took you three months to make a choice, too.”

“I had a lot going on. I feel bad for taking it all out on you. I don’t want to take up too much of your time, though, so I promise this will be the last time you’ll hear from me.”

“Huh.”

“Yeah? Did you want to say something?”

“No. I guess I’m a little bit proud of you. I wish we could have talked more.”

“And if it isn’t obvious, I’ll stop trying to catch you, too.”

“Did anything strange happen to you two months ago?”

“No. Why do you ask?”

“No reason. Have a good life, alright?”

“Thanks, man. You too.”

Explanation: There are strong parallels between this and the official part 26 in the finished draft, so I think this was another route I was considering. As you can see, the ending was kinda boring, which is why I’m glad I cut this out.

Explanation: I’m not exactly sure where I was going with this one. It clearly sounds like it was meant to be a follow up to the deleted scene before it.

“As much as I’d like to answer that, I’m not at the liberty to disclose such information.”

“What a shame. I was hoping you’d tell me.”

“I’m listening.”

“Remember that old friend of mine I mentioned in my first call?”

“Kind-of. What about them?”

“You’re going to help me get revenge on them.”

“But revenge is evil!”

“Yes, but this revenge of mine also involves—don’t make me say it.”

“What?”

“Justice. Eugh. That word is enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth.”

“So… how can I help you with this plan, then?”

“Give me a few days to prepare. Then I’ll call back.”

Explanation: I think I wrote this part before Aidan was kidnapped, so... Aaron hadn’t really played much of a role in the story at that point. This was me trying to create more plot. As you now know, I ended up dropping this plotline.

“You’re that villain I’ve been chatting with! What happened to you? You haven’t called back in months. Crime in the city has dropped, too. If this keeps up, we’ll soon be out of business.”

“Huh. So, you guys need us as much as we need you, then?”

“It would appear so. Anyways, tell me about where you went.”

“You’ll find out soon. Farewell.”

“Wait. Don’t—”

Explanation: I have no idea what to say about this one. I guess I had some kind of bigger plot twist in mind? Can’t remember what it was now and my past self didn’t leave me any notes about it either. Who knows where it could have gone?
