I like this thing Viva has going on with her cape being her safety blanket. Especially since it’s literally a patch of fake grass which could also be used to camouflage herself.

Like we’re introduced to her with it on, but only when she finds Poppy and gets excited does she take it off, like rips it off.

And it stays off for the whole song. It’s only later when Poppy starts asking Viva about their separation does Viva visibly get uncomfortable and puts the cape back on as she leaves.

That cape stays on even when Poppy and them all leave. The last time we see it on is when Viva appears with Bridget to help in the fight. She admits she’s freaking out but she takes her cape off anyway and it never comes back.

It gets flung in the water, sis had no intention of getting it back. But I think that’s really cool because this was Viva putting herself on the line, taking a leap of faith for people she loves even when she’s lived in fear for so long.

Afterthe ggreying becomes common in the tree begens start to think that the thing is contaigous si they plan on getting rid of grey trolls

When word reaches the tree JD is in immediate panic mode cus god knows what the bergens want to do with them now and amongst fights and pushing and shit he mannages to get him and his brothers out of the town entirely

They actually escape and it's freeding yeah but it hits him how shit is horrible, like before he was in denial, he had the excuse that "the ends justify the means" in his head

But the ends are here

And the means don't seem so justified

So yada yada it is revealed why he acted the way he acted, and surprise surprise, the bros do not forgive him and get more mad at him

He cant blame them honestly, so when they leave him, he doesn't stop them, doesn't say anything, its over, theu deserve to live their lives without him, he deserves this

So he just lives his life in the wild, not like he has anywhere else to go

On the other hand tho the brothers travel around until they stumble on vacay islannd and make thaat place their home, through so much struggle they get to heal and be happy again

what i did today TWICE -> washed blow dried and styled my hair. why? Bird shat on me. Every time a yugioh character says "Big bro!" you can feel the weight of the translators struggling with the need to acknowledge the fact that these characters are literally referring to their siblings as "brother" while also knowing that siblings referring to each other by anything besides their first name in english is almost always intensely awkward and unnatural. You can hear them sweating and coming to this mediocre middle out of sheer necessity.

Meet Nebula and Fern, short king and tall queen parents of the five Brozone brothers. Nebula is 36 at the time of his death and Fern is 37. Nebula is a gruff outdoorsy man with a soft spot for kids. He loves camping, fishing, spending time with his kids, and his wife. He is the oldest of Rosiepuff's two sons and his fathers name is Saturn, hence the space themed names of Nebula and his brother Nova. John Dory was closest to his father and if Branch has ever met him, he would have been as well. Fern is a sweet and fiesty woman who's good at keeping kids busy. She carried all five eggs due to Nebula's "Limp Hair" genetic condition coming from Grandpa Saturns side of the family. She likes baking, art, and gardening. Bruce, Clay, and Floyd were all closer to their mother due to being "softer" and not as much of an outdoorsy person as their father and oldest brother.
