Every description about Nico (especially the canon ones) describing him as “cold” can personally fight me. Nico is jaded, yes, and often closed-off and sometimes stand-offish and defensive but he is not "cold”. He cares SO SO SO MUCH about EVERYONE. He loves and cares with his entire heart constantly and that is a core part of his character. He doesn’t often make public shows of his affection but he takes care to be kind when it matters and doesn’t hide that he does care (usually, the only exception really being him being in the closet, but even then he only hid his crush specifically and not the fact that Percy is important to him). He fine with hugging his friends in front of a crowd and will sit with strangers at a campfire just so they’re not alone. I mean, heck, he’s an extrovert! We know this! He actively seeks out people and gets lonely very quickly and easily! If he can’t talk to living people he will chat with the dead! That’s how much he thrives on being social!

The only time Nico has ever been actively “cold” was the couple of months between TTC and BoTL when he was actively mourning Bianca. Nico is not “cold.” He loves so much and he does show it, just in his own way.

I'm just happy this turned out kind of cool looking. Probably not 'School binder' quality lol, but definitely excited to have more fun with this program~ Eeeee~ eve

There’s a Octavian/Bryce/Ethan/Alabaster fanfic and I swear to God this is the most equally chaotic and wholesome thing I have ever read. Ethan is the only sane one. Octavian is Will’s cousin. Alabaster challenges Percy every encounter and Bryce is two seconds away from trying to murder Nico. This is so much fun.

For me, I'll always find pjo darker than hoo, simply because a lot of teenagers die.

In hoo, as far as I can remember, the only teens who die are Octavian, that psycho Neeks killed, and Leo. Two of them were evil. The book says many more died, but it never states whom (I think).

But in pjo, Beckendorf, Silena, Michael Yew, Lee Fletcher and many more good teens die. Even Luke and Ethan have redemption arcs before they died. Which personally for me makes it much darker to read than hoo.

Not to mention, many demigods join the enmy side, so demigods are actually killing other demigods, actual humans, their former friends, while in hoo demigods only killed monsters. (They were going to kill each other but the Athena Parthenous stopped that).

We can get coffee, or liquor. Usually liquor resets me on a rest day,” he chuckled briefly and he’s attempting to be humorous and diffuse how awkward he felt in lieu of what the hell had happened at Mercuralia.

Spotted: Bryce Cunningham and Evelyn Simms on a date?? Well, an anniversiary party for one of their parents, not sure if it was his parents, or her's, but the two seemed to be happy with each other's company either way.

I'm glad that these two are stopping fighting their feelings and are seemlingly getting closer and closer, if you know what I mean.

Evelyn and Bryce both missed the deb ball, so I do wonder if these two skipped it just for a romantic night out while everyone was enjoying high society, or if they just didn't want to go since neither of them actually had to go.

Either way, I can't wait to see where this relationship brings them.

Will they rekindle their love? Or are they just filling each other's time while someone better comes by for either of them?

Only time will tell, but I'll be the first to report it.
