just realized the new ui is mobile/tablet friendly first and foremost ):
#Dev Talks#idk what you call this#uniforming the appearance to make website look like an app#theres a thought going on here but obv not something im well educated on other than this is v much tumblrs way of trying to maximize profit#btw good to see not only did crab day did NOT stop staff from doing this but they made merch out of it!!! merch!!! they turned us from#a product (not the site but the user and content generated by the user [us] ) to the product AND consumer!!!!! might as well make this site#pay to use if they want our money so so sooo bad#anyways. dm if you want my discord or something#no guarantee i'll keep in contact w/ all of you#not that i will leave#but its a litle draining keeping an online presence#as fun as mindlessly scrolling through this site#its twitter all over again for me where they go in a certain direction where they try to take themselves (the platform) more seriously#and try to drive for profit that brings in new users and more incentives to change what made the site special in the first place#perhaps i have an immature view on this#not wanting to accept the inevitable changes a site will take#its not that i cant accept it#but I'm not liking it either#a sentiment that others share#on the positive side. I cant wait to wear my binder out more often#trying to teeter on how far i can go w/ my appearance#girl mode-ing in the silliest way possible
