[1] If someone wanted to really understand you, what would they read, watch, and listen to?

Hummm…Hercule Poirot, in any medium. I just adore that genre and Poirot crystallizes the positive aspects of it to me, he represents this patient and elegant guile that fascinates me to no end. I’d love to embody Poirot in that sense. I am a fan of Sherlock and miss Marple and such, but Poirot takes the cake. I also want the moustache. ALSO! Nick and Nora Charles from those old old black and white movies. They are adorable. Umineko no Naku koro ni is also, and amazing and aggravating and hilarous and heartwrenching mystery that I’d recommend. It’s hard to sit through, but I loved it and cried my eyes out at the end. As far as books go, similar vibe but more fantasy. I still love Runemarks by Joanne Harris (available in finnish too btw) because I laughed heartily at Loki’s introduction. Loki in general, when it comes to Prose Edda and such, really vibes with my life.

Music is a bit hard to recommend, because I listen to a massively broad selection? Not kidding I have hundreds upon hundreds of bookmarks in tens of folders just for music alone. I have a larger list somewhere in the ask meme tag, but for short here’s a few I’m in the mood for today

[2] Describe your ideal day

Ideal day begins with a great night. No nightmares, preferably waking feeling refreshed, maybe even a good dream in there? Wake up feeling warm and fuzzy or ready to throw fists with the world! I’d wake up around 9 maybe, and remember to take my medication I’d have taken a shower the previous evening so my hair is soft as heck! I wouldn’t wake up at home, preferably, maybe at a friend’s place?

I’d brew a strong cup of Assam with a dash of milk, chilling in jammies. Soak in the morning sun, listening to a podcast or some funny show. Maybe it’s a really fresh spring day so we could go sightseeing or visit bookstores or the harbour and cafes, or maybe it’s raining and there’s a huge thunderstorm so we just chill, play games, read, watch movies and joke around. Alot of tea, maybe ice cream, some good foods and great company, maybe dnd? Just, a good stress free day!

Want to make it even better? Make that day after I’ve gotten rid of dysphoria and throw in some romance and voilà, I am a happy happy pumpkin.

[3] Would you rather be in Middle Earth, Narnia, Hogwarts, or somewhere else?

Hmmm a tough one. Middle Earth is like, amazing but only if you get to choose who you are and when you get to live. And whether you ever encounter the WORST SPIDERS EVER. But that elven architecture has me horny so I’d definitely dig it. Also, hot elves. Narnia is way too meh for me, just, eh? Not very exciting, so nah.Hogwarts, AGAIN WITH THE SPIDERS WHY. Also, I’d want to be a ravenclaw and play with magic and stuff, but also I’d have to live in Britain with absolutely horrible magical ministry of bullshit and just fuck that noise. Also really dangerous and bleak in pretty much every way. Too real and too fucked up with house elves and shit. A big big nah. So woo I guess Middle Earth wins! I’ll just live in Rivendell and hope shit doesn’t hit the fan and I get hot elves to cuddle.

[4] could you live as a hermit?

Technically, I could. I just don’t ever want to.

And I’m just gonna throw it out there, no one should.

You need human interactions to retain a sense of self and sense of a world outside of your own being.

Granted, you don’t to go out having parties and socialise when you feel like you don’t want to, but I think it’s absolutely vital to one’s sanity that you have the option to. An option to have autonomy in your relations to other beings, as long as it is not harmful. You can live with minimal human contact and a bunch of cats, or move into the mountains by yourself and stuff, but you do need contact. Be it once a week or however long, be communication method whatever it is you can and feel comfortable doing, mulling in only your own thoughts is not healthy.

We need each other to survive and a community to keep us who we are.

We exist in the relation to our surroundings, and without each other, we lose a large portion of ourselves and our values in the process.

I think we all should have autonomy to decide how and when and why we interact with each other, and to correlate it with our own energy and ability to do so, without being pressured into it. So, shortly, to have one friend or a dozen, to speak or sign or nod or smile, do interact how ever and how often you wish, as long as you do, and can, interact.

ummm im fine i think? or getting fine, idk exactly. today was the weirdest day ever omg and of course! you always make me feel better 💕

it's so strange to live the same day everyday :( aaaand about that ... i really don't know exactly where i should start.

so, on that day, i didn't say more than 10 words at school, because i don't really have friends and i felt like i was being ignored by the entire world ?? and, later, during school break, my ex came to me and told me some things and then asked me to come back to her. she told me that she really does love me, and that after i had to break up with her she just couldn't stop crying, which is something she had never done for anyone before. or at least it's what she told me :') i can't tell exactly if what she was saying was the truth or not, because i was with her through so many crazy things and i can say: she lies sometimes just to convince people. sometimes it's really necessary (so that nothing bad will happen to that someone or etc), other times she just does. and i am almost sure that she told me these things just to get me back. idk, something just tells me that this seems a bit off and skeptical. plus, i don't think i want to come back with her, because of those lots of homophobic things *only* my mom told me on that day she came over, and i don't really want to hear what my dad, who's a lot moodier than my mom, has to say. neither my brother or my schizophrenic aunt who lives with us. i actually am the most open-minded person here in this house, if not the only one. i am broke enough after everything my mom said and she is still the only one who talked to me about it. anyways, i am worried about what they can tell her, what they can do to her, and what they can do to me, as their daughter. i am just so worried and anxious i can barely talk to her like i did before, and this is making me even more anxious because i feel that i am making her feel worse everyday and i can't help but blame myself and continue avoiding her thinking she deserves something better than this. i am a total mess, i'm sorry :(

oh, my day... as i said before, it was a pretty weird. but it's okay, i'll say what happened today ❤️

i was kinda quiet during the beginning of our classes, until our break. i met with some of my friends from another class, and i haven't talked to them in what seems like years omg. it was great and i was finally saying things other than "present", "okay" and answering our teacher's questions. bur then we had to leave again since we're all in different classes. and when it was over and i was at my class already, my ex came and she gave me some sweets. it was kinda awkward tho, but it's okay. and after that, when i was picking my material from my backpack again, i realized a girl who sits close to me had a jungkook picture on her phone case. i just went to her and said something like "..... is that jungkook" and she said "yES" and we became friends lmaoooo

moving on to when we were leaving school,my ex told me that she would be alone at home and asked me if she could come over, so that the shouldn't be alone and would have someone to be with and etcetera. i said okay, b u t there's the thing. i had decided to go mcdonald's with some other friends and my brother and i totally forgot that. (here's what we did: we went to mcdonald's some hours before my singing classes and when it was time for me to go me and my brother would leave the remaining boys decided what they would like to do after it.) aaaaand to make everything even worse, i can't contact her. she doesn't have a cellphone, neither telephone at home and i don't have any near relative's number as well. and i just remembered of her when i was heading to mcdonald's already. :(

it was pretty fun tho, we recorded some random things, we were kidding a lot, joking at many things and... IT WAS SOOOO HOT 😞 AND SUNNYYY I EVEN TOOK THIS PHOTO WHEN WE WERE THERE AHDHSJDJX

after my singing class i can stay a bit longer (long story and this is long enough lol) so i decided to record some videos/audios (they're actually videos but the screen is just dark and there's only me singing so idk what to call that) and after i was done the both of us left and we were just talking about some random things and deciding if we would buy some sweets to eat or not. in the end we actually didn't, because in front of a store (I don't know the word in English and i can't find anything... my battery is running low so i don't have much time to search, but it's a place that they sell things for your living room, your bedroom, decorations... things such as sofas, beds and etc) we almost got assaulted by two boys near my age. we are fine, they couldn't get anything, but we're traumatized, specially my brother who was assaulted before. we entered that store to sit and rest for a while and we called our parents. my dad came to get us home along with my other aunt who lives in front of our house. when we got home i uploaded those videos on twitter and i tried to calm my brother. after that, nothing extraordinary. but still, today was definitely crazy.

I had my g1 (permit) and got my g2 (license). I called the insurance company to get a quote of how much more it is going to cost my dad (which is what I'm going to have to pay) and they are telling me that I have to notify them that my license is now a g2 class. I have a 99' silverado LS 5.3 liter truck. It was hit in the parking lot by some fool at work and now all the body panels on the passenger side are dented. Ok, so this is a little complicated... Oct 2008 I had a car accident. My car was written off. My car was towed to a garage and was held there while the insurance company evaluated the damage. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I SAW MY CAR. Because the size of my excess (800) and the amount of damage matched the value of the car (800) I was advised it would be pointless to claim on the insurance and it was written off. The accident was my fault and I held my hands up and admitted it and the other party walked away with everything sorted. No suggestion of fraud and certainly nothing fraudulent on my part. Towards the end of 2008 my insurance company started falling off the radar, not returning my calls or my emails, letters etc. I repeatedly asked what I was supposed to do next (I'd never had an accident before and the whole process confused me because they kept giving me conflicting info) and where my car was. I was ignored (or given incorrect info). In the end I declared a SORN on the car and had so much going on in my personal life, I forgot about it, knowing the car was off the road. Anyway, I'm now trying to track the car down as the SORN is about to run out. Insurance company are still off the radar and refusing to answer. Now they're saying they have no record of me, my policy OR my car. So I've lost my car, I don't know who's got it and yet I'm still liable for it. What can I do? Can I get the police involved? Trading standards? ANYTHING? I don't care about the car, whoever has it can keep it! I just don't want to be liable for it! A tree fell on my vehicle during Hurricane Ike. My husband thinks there may be at least $10000 worth of damage to it. I looked it up on kelly blue book and its only worth approx 9000.00. I tried trading it in a few weeks ago and they only wanted to give me $5000, I'm glad I didn't take that one. I purchased the GAP insurance thru the dealership. Do you think Allstate will just total it and let the GAP insurance pay the balance of my loan. I'm really really upside down. It really looks cosmetic to me but there are things hanging underneath it and it is very hard to drive. I think it would be cheaper for the insurance company to total it and let GAP take the rest.
