It is! I love watching pets in TS3, they always cheer me up. Haha, I have an off-screen save which is pretty much just a tiny lot with lots of pets. I play with it after having yet another shitty dream at night.

Thank you! I love that color too. I went for that color theme since it’s supposed to be a hospital, though I have no idea how public hospital look, the ones I’ve been to usually have all the fancy red wood and such. So I improvised xD

Thank you, guys <3 I’m feeling a little better after like 3 pots of coffee, apparently my blood pressure went all the way to corpse-like levels >.< It loves doing that whenever weather changes.  It’s been awhile since I had a day with nothing to do xD I get bored easily even with the pace I live in though.

I wish I could do that too! Sadly, when I get motion sick it actually physically debilitates me. There's prescription medication my doctor gave me to help, but I don't like to take it often. When it hits me though, I'll likely vomit and then I can't move for hours. It's pretty extreme in my case. I guess it's my body's way for making up for the fact that I don't usually get sick at all lol. Looking forward to the details then!! XD

I don’t get to the not moving part, but I do throw up pretty much whenever I have to be in the car for more than a few hours no matter if I’m doing something or not. So there’s not much to lose xD Heheh, you asked for them yourself xD

It is actually faster than making small sets for each thing. I was thinking it will take me forever, but I’d say it saved me tons of time. So it worth a try!

That’s a great compliment! <3 This story surely supposed to have the feel of criminal TV shows, we may see a bit more stuff about characters than they usually show in police shows though (cuz I’ll go mad if I’d be making 20 side characters for each part), but there’s definitely plenty of action coming up! Unlike my other stories this one will have episodes. So each chapter is related to a new case :3

Awww, thank you all so much <3 I’m so happy that you like it! I’m really enjoying writing this one! I’m on chapter 4 right now xD It feels so damn great to have a story that is not tied to the OTP or romance (though I know someone out there will probably ship it, but I’ll live with that xD).  Also unlike with romantic stories I don’t have to develop things in order so I can just write parts I want to write, not bothering with filler and so on.  There’s plenty of chilling scenes coming up soon! I kind of teared up revising the end of first chapter yesterday ;____; There’s lots of feels there.

It really does. She doesn’t really bother much with her surroundings, all she needs is place to work and sleep, she could afford a fancy apartment, since she has some side money from her gambling, but she prefers to spend it on other things.

I'm with everyone else who has spoken. Hindsight is 20/20 and we're conditioned to be People Pleasers by so many factors. It's an easy habit to fall into. But now you've woken up and you're angry. It's you, though, and I've come to learn that you're great at fueling anger into bettering yourself. Do like you always do: look in the mirror, decide who you want to be now, and go get her.

I think the problem is, we as a people are constantly told we need to be in a relationship to be happy. Even if, on a personal level, that is the last thing we need. As for dating the wrong people- sometimes that turns out to be the only way to really find out what they are like.

Thank you, guys <3 I really appreciate the support. I met with this counselor guy my new doctor talked me into seeing, cuz apparently all the stress and depression just kills my body (seeing I had 5 nervous breakdowns last year alone). Normally I don’t do that kind of stuff, but the dude seems pretty interesting, he works in a military rehabilitation program, apparently he despised the way he was treated when he came from his tour where he was injured so he came up with some kind of physical program that doesn’t involve any kind of medicine and other kind of crap that only messes with your brain. So we’ll see how it works, I’ve been told to get ready to pay the trespassing tickets, so it’s more of a boot-camp kind of thing, if anything it should be good for my body goals at the very least xD  Anyway, we had coffee together and talked about the whole issue, which stirred up my rage the way it did, but the guy had a point. He made me do this interesting thing, asking me to tell about myself not taking the facts into consideration and then compare it to the facts, which as was expected turned out to be a two different things all together.  As for the dating thing... I get why some people need it, some people want family, some people want to feel safe, have someone to rely on. I’m a different kind of person, things like ‘take it easy make me wanna punch a guy in the face, I don’t like alternating my life, I’m not interested in watching movies together, when the guy gives me flowers the only thing I want to do is shove them up his ass crack. I surely don’t need ‘love of my life’ holding my hand when I feel like shit, I’ll rather hold my bottle instead. I’m not planning to have a family, don’t like owning homes, living in one place etc. So nothing a guy has to offer will ever be any value to me, unless it’s something business related and nothing personal. Which makes me wonder why was I doing it at the first place? Why was I thinking it was a sane idea at all? Seeing romantic relationship means sharing yourself with someone and I don’t really like to share me with anyone.  So I’m kind of trying to figure out the reasons to ‘why’ to make sure nothing of that kind will ever happen again, since it seems the least I could do right now. I still gotta figure how do I make hundreds people who know me forget any of that ever happen, seeing it just makes me want to punch people in the face. Not to mention I gotta figure how to make people who work for me respect me, which is going to be way harder if possible at all. It would be easier if I was twenty or even thirty, but starting from 0 at almost 40 with not a single thing worth keeping sucks balls. I don’t even have pretty much anything in my wardrobe now, seeing I gave away 90% of my stuff and 10% that left are pretty much just shoes.  So that doesn’t sound like a fun journey, but I guess I’ll make it somehow, the worst ones always survive xD I surely as hell know that if I hear another ‘I love you’ or ‘I want to be with you’ in my life I’m just ripping guy’s balls straight out and storing them in a box for collection xD

Awwww! Thank you all guys! I’m glad you like her! I kinda like her too. I was worried she looks like Letty too much, but yeah, the faceclaim I use for her could be actually used for Letty too. I have very limited standards when it comes to female characters I like xD  I din’t know what to do with her yet. I’ve been writing AU non-sims stories, like the actual proper AU when you just take the character and put them into a situation they can’t possibly be in and have fun with it. So I’ve used her in the detective AU in which Letty’s a federal agent and she’s a cop and they kinda have this friendship-hate relationship... but idk if I want to bother to make it Tumblr story, cuz I bet people gonna ship it >.>

I’m shamelessly using @gaiahypothesims‘s harem for all my male character needs, so all of the bad guys in this story are pretty cute and hot xD I can’t have enough of her male sims!

There is a disconnection of real human interaction in this age of social media. Never underestimate the power of a face to face get together and a few shared glasses of wine.

Sadly in my case human interaction is very limited. I have tons of people I know and I’m always around people, but in my kind of society being genuine is not really an option. Even when you get close to people, there’s still never enough trust and you should think about every word that escapes your mouth, people do the same... it has it’s moments, but it gets tedious sometimes, so being online is always my outlet, because there’s no way I can open up to people this way offline.

Very well! But, what does AU means?

AU means ‘alternative universe’ in fandom. This story is somewhat fanfiction, since I took Carrie’s character from a TV show and made a lot of changes to my own canon characters. Pretty much AU is when you take existent characters and put them in another place/world/fandom. For example ‘Hogwarts AU’, ‘Alien AU’, ‘Historical AU’, ‘Wild West AU’ etc.
