@gaiahypothesims I had to tag you! Tell me he's not flawless! XD He's so spot on I can hardly sit still on my chair! All of these are Ezra, and I love how I see both Willow, Jonah and also Andy in him, and he's supposed to have some Andy shining through, so I'm beyond happy with this result. Had to include the pirate, cause he'd totally show up like that for Halloween XD

The halls were packed with students hurrying between slammed lockers to classrooms. It was the regular rat race where no one paid attention to their surroundings as they attempted to get to class on time. Chase was lucky enough to be taller than most of his cohort and they parted to let him through.  

His locker was next to someone he had been diligently avoiding in order to keep the peace, because that’s what Serena would want. Peace, he reminded himself as Demo barged into his space as soon as his locker door closed.  

“Have you heard anything yet?” His sister's boyfriend was looking barely held together with bags under his eyes and his normally wrinkle-free uniform was disheveled. By the smell it was previously worn. His nose wrinkled in disgust.  

“You ask every day, and every day my answer hasn’t changed. What makes today any different?” Demo waited expectantly even as Chase sighed with annoyance. “No, I haven’t.” 

Demo visibly deflated. Chase went to move around him, Demo grabbed his sleeve. Chase looked down at the offending appendage, and Demo released him.  

“Look, I don’t know what’s going on,” That made two of them. “But the last time we spoke Serena told me she was pregnant on over the phone...”

10. I really enjoyed creating the facade of the hotel and placing all he taxis etc on the lot. But I kept getting error messages whenever I tried to save. Grrrr!

11. I spent so much time setting up these shots and decorating Harrison's hotel room. But I'm proud of the results.

Childhood friends arrived in Rosewood Park. They bought a lovely house and could finally live the life they want.

There's also a family which had to leave their old life behind. They started to build a new home with metal and sand. But family was big. And not everyone was ready to live in the desert.

Okay, I guess if by "actually" then you mean, like "recently" and/or "frequently", that certainly narrows it down, but here are a few on my current playlists:

Breathless - Caroline Polachek

I was obsessed with this the first time I heard it, because, back when I was a Youth with a Discman and like 5 CDs, my parents had a The Corrs CD which I stole and listened to rather a lot. The early-2000s vibes have NOT aged well (the songs still slap, though) but this much more recent cover hits me with all the nostalgia without the cringe. Your mileage may vary on the nostalgia but it's a good track.

Past Life - Arkells and Cold War Kids

Two bands that hate putting articles in their names, I guess? I quite enjoy this whole album, but also this track in particular.

Long Blue Light - Leif Vollebekk

I can't resist that moody, twangy, alt-country goodness. I just adore this.

Juicy - After Funk and Terrell Morris

You know when your musician friends are like "check out my band" and you're like, "yeah okay maybe later"? Well, later came, and I immediately regretted waiting so long. This one's my favourite.

Harmony Hall - Vampire Weekend

It's admittedly been a bit longer since I last listened to this one, but last year I put together a rather extensive Ted Lasso playlist, and this one was an immediate favourite.

Get to Know Me

I was tagged by @papermint-airplane @twitchesandtics @bastardtrait and @nocturnalazure, but couldn't get to it until today because of WiFi issues. I'm back baby, and I love you all for including me!

Relationship status: Married for a good long time.

Favourite colour: Generally, blue and yellow, but I especially like this Navy Blue and this Gold.

Three favourite foods: sushi, al pastor tacos, good mac 'n cheese

Song stuck in my head: Nothing at the moment, thank God.

Last thing I Googled: What to do about a dog who is terrified of the vet. My girl is due for her yearly vaccinations and heartworm test, but when she knows what's coming, she wrenches herself out of the vet's grasp. The last two times she's accidentally scratched him to bleeding, and even with the vet assistant trying to hold her, it took all their strength to keep her still. It's traumatic for everyone, and I'm thinking about a new vet.

Last song I listened to: Big Sur - Jack Johnson (It's on a playlist for a novel about Keahi Solomon. Seriously.)

Dream trip: I'm going to Iceland next month, which is a dream come true, but I'm also dreaming of going to Tierra del Fuego someday.

What’s your favorite Sims death?

It would have to be the Guinea Pig virus from Sims 1. That was amazing, and the way Will Wright snuck it into the game was pure genius (or evil, depending on your perspective!)

Mostly Alpha.

Do you cheat your sims weight?

As someone who uses the Sims primarily as a storytelling medium, I have to say yes. Some most of my dinner scenes require a lot of takes to get exactly right, and my Sims have no choice but to stuff themselves for hours at a time and often bulk up as a result. The least I can do for them afterwards is to slim them back down again.

Do you move objects?

I think it's mandatory for storytellers?

Favourite Mod?

The Sims 3 would be unplayable for me without a whole slew of mods, but top of the list would be Master Controller.

I have not technically made many Sims, the vast majority are downloaded from other Simmers a lot more talented than me, or have been born/ created in game. And the few I have made are all pretty meh.

Yes! She is currently hanging out in @gaiahypothesims' game and just like me she is the epitome of style and sophistication, as you can see from the pic that Gaia sent me below.

How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing?

I can't really answer this because as stated earlier I very rarely create Sims.

What’s your origin id?

I don't have Origin. The best thing I ever did back in the day was to heed the advice of the doom merchants and not upgrade my TS3 game to patch 1.69. Patch 1.69 forced players to use Origin to launch their games. I always used the TS3W shortcut to open my game and I continue to do so to this day. I'm so, so thankful when I hear about all the issues other Simmers are experiencing with Origin and the EA app.

Who’s your favorite CC creator?

I hate to play favourites but I'm going to use this opportunity to give shout-outs to Sandy from @aroundthesims and @spladoum because they have both gone out of their way to create beautiful things for me- check out Sandy's beautiful objects here and Splad's gorgeous poses here!

How long have you had simblr?

Since November 2010.

How do you edit your pictures?

I use Picasa, and Pixlr if I'm feeling particularly creative.

What expansion/ gamepack is your favorite?

Nothing has ever compared to the unadulterated joy I experienced playing Open For Business for Sims 2. Nearly every single one of my households either owned a home business or a retail outlet and the gameplay, challenges and fun were just phenomenal.
