Finally, the first page of the comic project!

When @isthatbloodonhisshirt posted My Name is Derek Hale and I saw the tag 'time loop', I cannot tell you how excited I was - I love time loop stories - and as soon as I started reading chapter two i thought 'man this is a cool visual, I bet it'd work pretty well as a comic'. And hey. Who's got two hands and a can-do attitude towards comic projects? This fella.

So here we go! I haven't done a long-form comic in more than a decade and I'm still figuring out how to draw the boys but doing a comic is always an ongoing learning process (: (part of that learning process is doing covers which uhhhhhhh is going to be at the end of the chapter for Reasons)

(Also Stiles' alarm choice is totally on me, bless Ella for giving the go ahead lol)

So like Poe is a master architect and a mystery buff he’d design that mansion to be full of secrets

So my personal headcanon is he’s got a couple hallways w like overlapping staircases to run through scooby-doo style

There’s secret passageways and guns hidden in rooms you wouldn’t expect all of it purposely designed with protection in mind

Ranpo loves his house cuz it’s one mystery after another and Mushitaro loves the commitment to the bit and hates that he keeps getting lost no matter how long he lives there TT

I think.... I'm gonna throw in the towel for the III's Coffee n' Bombs layout.

I'll post the reference photos I have later. And all the floor sketches I've done. (The main floor is much more complete than the basement/lair). But I don't think the layout will ever be 100% accurate. Which sucks bc I wanted this to be a reference for anyone to use. But honestly I’m too drained to try and finish this.

You win III’s Coffee n’ Bombs. My will was no match for your very weird interior design.
