thinking about Jevin and xB and how they both bully Hypno, and, in the context of ships, interpreting it kinda as… Jevin is mean to Hypno because he has romantic feelings for him, kinda like the stereotype of “he’s bullying you because he likes you and has a crush on you” in school children. Meanwhile, xB is mean to Hypno because it’s funny, and any romantic feelings he has are purely coincidental. Is this making sense

PokeSonas! I still am not positive what I’m doing with them, but they have cool personalities and capability for story I think!

The Scorbunny is a Scorbunny who’s more into Baseball than Soccer, mostly due to a Pokemon Baseball team he’s obsessed with who’s star player is a Victini. He’s on a Pokemon little league team and dreams of one day being in the pro leagues in Unova and meeting his hero. I dunno who his trainer is, if he has one, or what, but I love the drawing of him in a little hat and kind of want to get commissions of him done.

The Chespin is a knight under the Kalosian Knights, run by Wilkstrom. Despite his small size, he holds up rather well and has advanced beyond most peers his own age in Knight training. He takes it all very seriously, maybe a little too seriously. I could also imagine him as a character in a Mystery Dungeon game where he still takes everything way too seriously. He’d assist in escorts and get really into keeping whoever he’s leading safe, as a knight should for his liege. He’s all about the Knight Life.

I still have no idea what I’m doing with these guys, but I like making ref sheets right now. Might make some more for other’s from the sketch sheet, might not. We’ll see.

sorry for subjecting my dear beloved mutuals to reading the words and opinions of a bunch of very stupid dudes who don’t know how to read but do know how to talk a lot.

got sorta fed up with being talked at all the time constantly with no ability to say what i actually think all the time so i actually did it for once until i felt better.

#speaking my mind until i cooled off definitely helps #the internet is one of the easiest places to do that because you can find very loud bad people to yell at and take your frustrations out on #and because their ego is so high and their victim complex is so deep you can practice saying what you feel in a way that makes sense #with another person who does not want to listen to you and is going to offend and upset you while also intentionally ignoring what you said #people do this in real life but once you’ve practiced the confrontation enough times #you can get used to it and respond when it happens irl instead of freezing up and letting these people bully you #it has no real life consequences and it’s easy to walk away when you’re done #and you can work with realizing when and at what point #your anger gets the better of you and you start to get so worked up you can’t respond #you learn how to keep people from trying to use ‘logic’ to silence you #if they can get away with calling what you say stupid after they’ve attempted to provoke an emotional response from you #then they will. and when you’re angry and distressed THEN they’ll try to force their opinion on you #‘insult you. make you feel stupid by provoking an emotional response and cherry picking what you say’#‘only responding to the things that you said they’ve heard before and refusing to acknowledge or discuss anything else’#‘ignore what you’re actually saying because you’re right’#using more insults to provoke you into giving an emotion based response’#‘use that state to make you give an emotion based response and then calling it not factual thus using it as a way to dismiss #‘the thing you’re trying to say that they don’t want to hear.’#they will often interrupt you and if you do the same to them they will accuse you of being disrespectful and unreasonable #i’ve been dealing with that for as long as i can remember but now #i am finally able to #learn how to respond #instead of letting it go on forever #cause now for the first time i have the power to walk away

also ive been thinking. i always saw 'dex' as like a standalone nome and it only ocurred to me like recently-ish that it was the short version of dexter and idk its sort of growing on me. i kind of feel like a dexter. i think ppl irl would be like 'of course they have a weird name' whenever they saw me clumsily walking to my appointment n stuff. its also distinct enough to be easily recognized when im unfocused but has the drawback of being way further up alphabetically and such would force me to present those dumb college group projects earlier -_- ive had classes with a whopping 3 G names and even 2 ppl with the same name as me, sometimes that lead to there being so many ppl in front of me and the project needing at least 5 minutes to present that i got to do it on the next week just bcuz of name alone. im gonna miss that lol

also i have this fateful feeling that there will be a big potential of like. consequences to the name. i can imagine some ppl comparing me to the guy from dexter's laboratory but theres gotta be some more opportunities like that that i just cant conceive. ofc ive always had a name that has a big humiliating joke potential along the lines of having Dick as your first name but somehow i guess the school i was raised at or the ppl there just didnt do it to me or did it behind my back, i dunno. ive heard it from my mom but no one ever used it directly i was just constantly ridiculed by my weight instead by random 7yos which like yeah thats miles easier but itneresting i guess

My unpopular opinion is liking Sky's S5 haircut 😭

I like both harcuts!! Its just that...the new one..is kinda cute tho? 🥺👉👈aha

He looks more casual (somehow) and his hair looks more fluffy (compared to S4) and maybe lighter (compared to S1-3)

His S1-3 hairstyle gives...surfer boy vibes? Not that his new hairstyle is any more formal bc its so messy, but it somehow looks cuter and I can enjoy both!

At least this means I get (1) emotion out of Sky and that is "Oh he's cute"

Tho, this might be HEAVILY influenced by the fact that Sky's S5 haircut is very much just Brandon's fringe tacked on to him 🤡
