The first character I first fell in love with: INIGO IS SON. I already loved him as Laslow from Fates, and I love him here too.

The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Can we just say Owain? He’s silly, but once you look past that, he’s a very deep character.

The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Tharja? I mean, I’m pretty neutral towards her and don’t write her often, but she is incredibly popular in the fandom for some reason.

The character I love that everyone else hates: Laurent. I don’t anyone hates him, but he’s definitely one of the least popular characters in Awakening. I adore him though and sneak in almost any opportunity to use him in my fics.

The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Uhhh. I don’t think there’s anyone like this in the game.

The character I would totally smooch: Inigo. On his forehead. ...Though the poor boy would probably blush.

The character I’d want to be like: This one’s tough... I supposed I would go with Lucina? She is pretty badass and manages to have the determination to keep moving forward, despite everything that she had gone through...

The character I’d slap: Virion, and only because he would probably try to hit on me.

A pairing that I love: I really love Lissa/Robin. I feel like pairing them together really explains why Owain and Morgan are the way that they are, and I love the support chains between this family.

A pairing that I despise: Chrom/Sumia. Despite the popularity of the ship, I really, really wasn’t a fan of their Support chain and honestly prefer Chrom with all of his other marriage candidates more.

Shadow - Favourite Character? 

My BIG fave is Sonic himself. Since I feel like without him obv I never would’ve gotten into Sonic.

If that’s cheating tho I’m-- probably gonna do some more cheating here but Mighty, Ray, and Bean!

Mighty and Ray kinda come packaged for me. I love them, plus their game came out the same year I was born!

And Bean bc like. He’s Bean, a chaotic lil duck, how can I NOT like him. Plus writing him lead to me meeting some rly good people, including my best friend who I make OCs with to this day!

Knuckles - Favourite level/location? 

Green Hill 8x I know a lot of people are tired of seeing it, but it’s kinda like with Sonic being my fave character. It’s the first level I saw, and a level I saw a LOT even in the 90s, given my many restarts of Sonic 1...But I never grew tired of seeing it

Other than Green Hill, one of my other faves is Studiopollis!

And if I were to go for a 3D level, I think it’s a tie between City Escape and Planet Wisp. City Escape for fun AND OC reasons, and Planet Wisp because I rly love that it shows us Eggman is a rotten egg, as we go from beautiful nature, to just construction sites and robots covering the place. I also really love a version of it used in Generations. It had a pink sky and some big moons or maybe other planets visible in the sky and thats aesthetic af! Plus the music is really pretty! Gadget - Any ocs? SO MANY OCS!!! The main one is the one I mentioned as a reason why I love City Escape- Storm! Who’s current (and permanent methinks) version was thought up as an answer to ‘what the hell kinda person would drive the big sawed GUN Truck from Sonic Generations’ Another I’m currently fixated on is Sharp, who is a former Eggman Empire employee who’s learning to do better and working with a small faction of the resistance

And Kalin and Zel! A magician nature boy and the demon he accidentally summoned, and then proceeded to treat as another person rather than reversing the summoning just because he made a mistake I have way more than this but we’d be here all day if I spoke about each of them

I mean think about it

Waterbenders are being taken away. They're being watched for signs of any of the other elements.

This ties in PERFECTLY to Katara's backstory, being in the only waterbender left in her tribe and with her mother lying and saying it was her. Maybe her mother even KNEW she was the Avatar, having seen Katara airbend when she was a baby (and being too young to remember, but having been carefully kept from accidentally bending anything else).

Katara was gifted from DAY ONE. She was POWERFUL.

She and her brother find the last Airbender frozen in ice (good, she'll need an Airbending teacher later).

Imagine her accidentally airbending again when Zuko first shows up. Everyone, including herself, realizing holy shit she's the Avatar.

Imagine the drama.

Imagine the bonding she and Toph have while Toph teaches her earthbending.

Imagine the drama and Zutara potential when Zuko joins the group and becomes her firebending teacher.

Imagine Katara not WANTING to learn to firebend at first.

Imagine Zuko seeing some of his mother in Katara, especially when he first realizes AVATAR??? and immediately being conflicted on what to do from here.
