Dear Secret Penpal,
Happy Irodori Festival! My name is Lisa (disclaimer: not my real name). A pleasure to be exchanging correspondence with you. While I am better at writing my thoughts than speaking them outloud, unfortunately I'm not too well-versed in the art of keeping a conversation, so I hope you will forgive me for my clumsy attempts.
For starters, I hope you are doing well as you are reading this letter. Always remember to take a good care of your health!
I'm sure you don't wish to divulge too much personal information in these letters. However, would you mind talking about the things that interest you? I'll start first - recently I have been testing out a Fontaine technology which is aiming to assist people in writing articles and books. It's a most curious technology indeed, and I am having fun tinkering with it for the past few days.
I hope this letter reaches you safely and I eagerly await your response.
🌸 Lisa

From this yandere genshin secret pen pal event
✥ YOU GOT A LETTER FROM YOUR SECRET PEN PAL!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"See you soon, Malikata."
Those were the same words King Deshret last uttered before the sand dwindled in his very own hourglass. It was the words of a hopeless man— the delusions of a mourning king.
And yet, as if there are miracles born from misfortunes, it came true.
"Alhaitham" recalls little of who he once was eons ago. Since childhood, he had felt that he operates differently compared to his peers. All the rational man had was, ironically, a gut feeling. There is only one situation where he would rely on intuition and that would be whenever he needed to explain his geometric reasonings in two columns— but no one demanded proof that he was the reincarnation of The Red One.
Besides, what person would demand about something they have no prior knowledge of?
 "ALHAITHAM!!!"
Kaveh closed the door behind him with a loud slam. The mounted shelves shook while Alhaitham stood, unflinching. There's no visible reaction on his face,
"YOU HAVE THE MISSING DIVINE KNOWLEDGE CAPSULE, DON'T YOU?!?"
"Of course not," Alhaitham replied. "If I had a use for it, surely I would've used my authority to access it."
But the architect didn't believe a single word. They both acknowledge that the Acting Grand Scribe had an unexpected proficiency or talent for acting. Lying came easy to him, yet strangely enough, Kaveh sensed not a hint of deceit.
Which could only mean he's innocent or he had someone do his bidding and delivered the capsule to someone else.
"That Irodori Secret Exchange thing— what was it called—"
"Pen Pal or Yokais."
Alhaitham is once again reminded how fortunate he is that his dear "Lisa" is as clever and as articulate as they were lifetimes ago.
"Yes! THAT!!!" Kaveh grabbed a fistful of Alhaitham's grey cloak, looking at him dead in the eye.
"You definitely smuggled it to Inazuma to avoid suspicion! You got a taste of that power when you confronted Azar and intend to steal it didn't yo—"
"I've never used the divine knowledge capsule."
"... What? Didn't you try to kill Azar with it?"
"No," Alhaitham shook his head lazily. "It was just a minor part of our strategy to lower their guard down. I've no need for divine favors to win. I only need to think."
"That sort of arrogance does sound like something you would say..."
And his sheer indifference for the divine also marked one of many similarities he shared with King Deshret.
"You're mistaken. It's not arrogance but belief in one's competency. You should learn to think before you speak, Kaveh. I can arrest you for lèse-majesté."
"Gah— Okay then, fine!" Kaveh waved his hand up dismissively. "Maybe you didn't steal it after all."
He let go of his cloak.
"Still, aren't you worried about where it is?"
"No."
"You can't be serious," Kaveh gawked. "That thing is contaminated by The Withering. Aren't you concerned that someone would—"
"Just let it be," Alhaitham said. "You can't discount the chance someone might use it wisely for the benefit of the people."
"Argh!!!— you are so damn lazy, I can't believe you. Need I remind you that capsule was used to almost create a new archon?! Why on earth are you being so laissez-faire about this?! You're our Acting Grand Sage, you should be— hey! Get back here! Don't you dare lock yourself inside your room—"
Shut.
How exhausting. What a waste of his time.
Why would he possess the divine knowledge capsule, when it's Nabu Malika that needed to remember their past the most?
You'll use that divine knowledge capsule, won't you, his hayati?
It's easier to lie in letters after all.
It's only a matter of time until his Goddess is back in his arms again.

32. Favorite quote(s)?
I'll be the first to direct you to my redacted hands series, but regardless.... here's some of my favorites (be warned, two of them in particular are...longer than the others). Also a warning for a quote that talks about the bridging incident.
"God damn it, we've earned some joy in this fuckin' life."
"Home is you, wherever that is."
"Stars are nice, but... I like looking at you better.
"It's okay. You’re safe. You don’t have to hide away anymore, sweetheart."
"What happened with him didn’t mess you up, or leave you as something that needs fixing, or anything like that, any of those shitty feelings that that asshole left in his wake. If you want to do this, it isn’t about him. It’s about you, and the person you choose to share it with. He doesn’t get to have that hold on you. Bridging is a beautiful thing that we have the power to do. And it should be beautiful for you when it happens. When it happens because you chose to do it, and you knew what it was, and it’s done with someone who cares and knows and trusts you. So yes. I would consider it an amazing fucking gift if you chose to share that with me. And I swear on everything I’ve got that I’d treat it with the respect that something like that deserves."
"Being with you makes me happy. The happiest I’ve ever been. I love you."
"Hey, you don’t have to hide your face. You are incredibly brave. And incredibly strong. And you have been walking around with the weight of the world on your shoulders without so much as a flinch. You are someone truly remarkable. Please. Believe it when I say that. You can set the world down now. That doesn’t make you a failure. That doesn’t make you weak. There’s no finish line you didn’t get to, there’s just your life stretched out ahead of you. And there are people in that life who care about you. Very much. People who aren’t going to think less of you, or turn away from you if that weight starts to slip off your shoulders. We are people who will rush to your side to bolster you. To carry some of that burden when it gets to be too much. We’re here for you. I’m here for you."
"And you’re currently holding the hand of an incredibly handsome and painfully humble man, so your taste in that department also seems exceptional if I do say so myself."
"'Yes'? That’s all I get? Well sure, it’s enough, but where’s the weeping, where’s the drama, where’s you cutting me off with a kiss like some kind of movie– ow, why are you hitting me–"
"Hey. Are you all right? No, I'm not talking about 'will be'. I'm talking right now. Are you all right?"
"I got you. Of course I'll stay. You don't have to keep the armor up tonight. The fighting's done. You can just rest."
"This is your pantry? You know there's supposed to be food in here, right? Do I dare even open that fridge… How are there so many condiments and no actual food?!"

House of Lust (part 5)
Abbé de Coulmier x reader.
Summary: Five years has passed since the events of Quills. The Abbé de Coulmier is released of prision by a misterious event. And he will know again those feelings he never thought will meet again: love... and lust.
Warnings: spoilers from Quills, some mentions of sex, things will go a little wild from here...
Tumblr media
"Excuse me, madmoiselle." François said. "But I don't really understand anything. My parents said you will---"
"Oh, yeah. Your parents, yeah." Odelle interrupted him. "They... They came here two weeks ago, maybe more, before leaving to Spain. Are you hungry, Abbé?"
His stomach was grunting. He was thirsty too. He hadn't drink anything since the morning. But he needed some answers from those women wearing their nightgowns.
"Who are you two? Why am I here?" He said, his voice deeper than never.
"Come with us. You too, Y/N." Josephine said. But you stepped in front of François, covering him from your sisters view.
"He asked you two questions. Answer him, Odelle." You said. Knowing your sisters, you will try to protect him to all costs.
"My name is Odelle, and she's my sister Josephine. And it seems you already know Y/N, the little one. You knew us all, Abbé. But let me explain you better in the dinning room."
François and you shared a look. You nodded with your head, walking right next to him while he zipped his shirt. You weren't going to let him alone with them.
François saw the large hallways, admiring them. The walls were full of paintings, but there were not enough lights to see them properly. Some red courtains covered the windows, not letting the moon light enter the house.
And then you all arrived to the giant dinning room. A large table was in the middle, at least thirty chairs surrounding it. Josephine moved her hand to him, inviting him to sit.
"Y/N, can you bring him some food?" Odelle said, siting next to him. "As I was saying, we knew you from before. The three of us went to that theatre play in Charenton five years ago. We thought we were seeing The Happy Shoemaker, but actually you allowed the presentation of the Marquis de Sade play.
"I didn't allowed it. I didn't knew the inmates prepared another play to mock about doctor Roger-Collard and his young wife. I didn't---"
"Shh, shh. Whatever you say, Abbé. But let me finish. That play, those moments, seeing everyone enjoying it, and some quotes said from the actors... That changed us completely."
"It changed you both, Odelle." You said, bringing a plate with potatoes, a piece of meat and bread, letting it in front of François. "Don't talk for me, please. I was just sixteen years old, and I didn't care so much about---"
"Let me finish, then, if you think you didn't change too."
The silence crowned the large room for a few seconds. You looked at your sister with hate. You did hate her, actually. Because of many things.
"As I was saying before my sister interrupted me," said, as she didn't do it before with you and him. "That Marquis' play changed us. We started to read more of his work, you know? More of those hundreds of stories he had to tell. And then, we started to believe different, to feel the world and see it with other eyes. Seeing that we're just here to enjoy the carnal pleasures."
François looked at you, but you were with a hand in your face, trying not to see him or your sisters and not showing the shame you were feeling. Josephine continued what Odelle was saying.
"It's like a creed, Abbé. A creed based on lust, greed and violence. And we believe in it, as many other friends of ours do. You are pale, Abbé. Are you okay? Is the food alright?"
François was breathing heavier. He remembered that horrendous play very well. The Marquis, with Madeline's help, used the inmates to perfom those blaspheming performances that made Roger-Collard angry with him.
"This is the House of Lust in France, Abbé. Many people come here to satiate their thirst for sex and perversion. We help them to do it. And we enjoy it a lot too, just as the Marquis used to say."
"You're damn crazy, all of you!" He said, getting what Josephine just told him.
"Abbé, I'm not part of---"
"Shut up, Y/N." Odelle interrupted you again. "What were you saying, Abbé?"
"Please, stop calling me Abbé. I don't have that charge anymore. What am I doing here, for Christ sake?"
Josephine left her chair, and went to stand just behind François, letting her hands in his shoulders. Odelle touched his hand with her fingers slowly, her nails scratching the skin, hurting him a little.
"Your parents asked us to help you, that's true." Odelle said. "But they didn't know about our... activities this month. And you, as a man who took the vows, have never experienced things like we do. You're still innocent and pure, even if your body doesn't feel like that. And you got free and arrived the Villa just at the perfect moment to discover those feelings.
"What the hell are you talking about? I just wanted a place to sleep and eat something. I think I'm going to Paris again..." He responded, trying to get up. But Josephine stopped him, sitting him again.
"Now, Abbé, are you going to be a good boy and accept we're helping you? or you are going to try to escape? It's not gonna be easy, tho. Guards are everywhere, and we're not letting a cute virgin guy like you to come to this house and let you go like that. He have to taste you, you know what I mean. Or we kill you right now and we say to your parents you were killed by a thief. You choose."
François looked at you again. This time, you were seeing him too. Not only shame in your face, but fear. You nodded again, convincing him not only to stay in there, accept and survive, but also that you were in the same situation, under their threat.
"Alright, mesdemoiselles. I see I don't have other option. What do I have to do?"
"For now, just go to sleep. You arrived late, and every room in the Villa is full of our guests. We don't have other, maybe the dungeon. But I think Y/N doesn't mind he can sleep in her room. Do you, Y/N?"
You saw the young man with pity. What a poor lad! Just getting out of his unjust imprisonment to get beaten and now under the power of those mad women that your sisters were.
"It's okay." You answered, knowing that in your bedroom, at least, he will be safe for some hours. And that you both could plan a way to escape.
"Amazing! But will you let her fuck him, Odelle?" Josephine said, as if he was just a toy. "We should take care of that first."
"And we will, sister. We will. Tomorrow we will see how we start him in this. They can do whatever they want. But as I see it, she's too shy even to touch herself, so I don't think she will do nothing. And he... well, he can't do nothing without our permission. So don't you dare to do nothing to our little sister, Abbé. You're still a priest to her, until she doesn't respect those vows. She never wanted to be part of our creed, but she's our sister, and we love her. Are we clear?"
François couldn't believe all that was happening. How could people be so sick? You see them on the streets, walking, shopping, being arrogant assholes. And then, you learn how depraved they are, as Roger-Collard and Madeline herself.
"What will happen tomorrow?" Said he, scared.
"It's a surprise, my dear." Josephine responded. "For now, finish you dinner, go and sleep. Recover from that beaten you took. And wait for us. Tomorrow you will get a bath and new clothes."
Josephine squeezed his shoulders, and left with Odelle, both talking low and laughing while they went to their bedrooms.
François kept his eyes in the plate, looking at the meal in shock. What did he got into? He just needed some help his parents promised. What a fuckminded friends they got!
You served him some wine, and gave it to him. He drank it quickly, feeling the sweet savour going through his throat, waiting for you to say something.
"I'm sorry, François. I'm truly sorry. I don't even know if your parents really came here and talked with these two harpies. Maybe that isn't even true. But I should have taken you out of here as soon as I recognized you."
François looked at you in awe. He couldn't believe you were so different to them. He took your hand with care, and smiled even if he didn't knew what your sisters will do to him the day after.
"Is other people in here?" He asked.
"Around seventy guests of the famous House of Lust my sisters run. God damn it, I can't believe this is not an awful dream. They've being doing this since the last five years. And it's so wicked that I can't believe is real. I fear all them."
"Well, I can't believe you're so different to them. It's true you're not part of this madness." Said he, smiling again with pain in his eyes. "So you think we can't get through this? I'll help you escape if you help me."
Your prayers were answered! This young man you felt attracted to five years ago was going to got through many things these days, but you both will go out that Villa, that was for sure.
He finished dinner in silence, you looking at him, admiring his factions and manners. He was in prison a lot of time, but he was still a gentleman.
He decided to sleep in the divan you cured his face before. He didn't want to disturb you. But he was the most normal man in that house at the moment.
You regretted talking about him to your sisters that time after the play five years ago. Maybe him being in there was all your fault.
"That priest is really gorgeous." You said to them when you were at the carriage, leaving Charenton. "I wish he hadn't taken the vows. Maybe we could know each other and have been friends."
Your sisters seemed to take this seriously, because when they knew he could get out of the asylum, they took advantage of it.
And now, there he was, a prisoner again, like you were those last years, of your own family. Hopefully, his mind would not get so dirty those days as his body covered of mud when he was out the Villa a few hours ago.

Hi there! BNHA Matchup, please? I'm a straight, 5'3 Gemini ENFP girl who's slightly chubby with tan skin, black wavy hair, and glasses. I may come off as slightly haughty, but I'm generally a talkative and curious person who loves discussion. It's also very easy for me to cry, either because of a movie or when I'm mad or overwhelmed. I'm not good with tangible gifts to show how much I love someone, so I show it through words or actions. I'm also a worrywart and it messes with my stomach (1/2)
Tumblr media
I match you with...
Yamada Hizashi!
Tumblr media
Ik he's either a love or hate character, so I'm sorry if he's not exactly the type you wanted (if he isn't, feel free to DM me if you want me to rematch you! 😊)
He's a fully supportive boyfriend and is always there for you
Tbh he believes the chub is adorable! (Which is true...chub is the cutest uwu)
And with your black, wavy hair, you kinda remind him of Aizawa lol
6'1 boi loves short girls!
He likes to playfully tease you for your height, not in a mean way though
He may even envy your shortness
(Btw I'm pretty much 5'3 too so this ain't me saying "sHoRt PeOpLe ArE sO lUcKy I wIsH i WaS sHoRt", just to clear things up lol)
He also wears glasses, so sometimes he likes to switch glasses. Even though your different prescription hurts his eyes, he finds it as a cute couple-thing and still enjoys the switch. Just a small hobby he has lol.
This man is very smart, best friends with a lowkey tsundere *cough* Aizawa *cough*, and knows not to judge a book by it's cover, so when you first met and you came off as all arrogant and stuff, he got curious and wanted to get to know you better.
Later finds out that you're not arrogant at all, and are actually pretty friendly and outgoing, and he loves it!
Whenever he's feeling talkative and has no one to be his outlet, he goes to you for a nice conversation about music and other types of art.
Is very supportive and sweet whenever you start crying. When it's over a movie, he'll ask if he should pause it, when you're mad he let's you let it all out, and when you're overwhelmed he'll help with whatever you're overwhelmed with and will allow you to take a break.
He loves spoiling his baby with gifts but also likes expressing his love through words and actions as well! Everytime you talk about how much you love him and do stuff for him, it gets engraved into his mind and he always returns it.
Every time you start worrying about stuff, he tries his best to make you look at the bright side and realise no situation is completely bad.
If that doesn't work, he'll resort to trying to take your mind off things by calling your friends over, showering you with everything you love. He tries to handle the situation himself or waits to handle it with you when you two feel like you're ready to conquer the situation.
If it's a person that you're worrying about, he'll shoot them a text telling them how they're making you feel and asks them if they can help you feel better.
And when your stomach starts to hurt, he'll take a day off from work to help you get better and get back on your feet.
It's canonically stated that Mic LOVES to be creative, and typically creative people have creative hobbies, I also see him being a bookworm, so it's no doubt he'll read some visual novels with you! He loves it when you recommend him a good novel, and will do everything he can to read it.
He always gives you his honest feedback on the novel!
He loves hearing you talk about psychology, even if he's super smart, he actually doesn't know much about psychology, so hearing you spew out a bunch of facts about psychology, he becomes pretty intrigued and looks more into the subject.
He hosts a radio show, it's obvious he loves music lol
And honestly, I see him loving pop, folk, and acoustic music too
Will play your favorite songs on his radio every time it airs!
"Hey babe, did you tune into my radio show last night?? I played your favorites! My listeners say that they really like your taste!" the first text you always get when you wake up on a Saturday lmao
Hizashi prizes honesty and communication too, and gets really disappointed in himself if he ever lies or hides anything (which rarely ever happens)
He wants you to know that if he's ever doing anything wrong, that you can always talk to him about it and he'll try his best to change his ways.
And he does the same for you!
Overall I believe you two would be a great couple mostly because you're both really kind extroverts who share interests!

Conversation
S01E01 - Ken Sarukenka
[vaporwave lo-fi song]
Souji: Testing? Hello?
Ken: Yo? Sounds like it's working to me!
Souji: Ok. There we go.
[INTRO - glitchy transition music]
Souji: Hello, and welcome to the Souji Show. I'm Souji and this is a show where I talk about anything I want. 'Cause this is my show, and not yours.
Souji: This episode is sponsored by the peanut butter in Reese’s cups. They have the taste and the texture of a vitamin-enriched paste you squeeze from a tube directly into your mouth when you’ve been living in a bunker for 30 years because aliens invaded and it’s your birthday treat. Thank you Reese’s!
[MAIN - glitchy transition music]
Souji: For this very special, first-ever episode, we have a very special guest. You may know him as The Howler, or the other Ken, but to me, he's my monkey boy. Everyone, give it up for Ken Sarukenka!
Ken: Indeed, none other than the fantastical Ken Sarukenka.
Souji: Now Ken, tell everyone about yourself. Where are you from? What motivated you to go to Kyoranki? All that jazz.
Ken: I was born and raised in Kyoto and moved to Osaka around the start of middle school and been here ever since, my parents are Ippei and Meiko Sarukenka, better known as Great Ape and Statue, I am also a two time winner of middle school nationals in gymnastics, I was motivated to become a hero because all my life people around me have been heroes, my parents used to be, my brother is one and I choose this school because my brother graduated from here and it's reputation!
Souji: So, both your parents and brother are heroes. Was the decision to enrol at Kyoranki one you made on your own? Or was there added pressure from your family? How did they react when you got the acceptance letter?
Ken: Well, both my parents retired shortly I came into the world, I wouldn't say any of them pressured me but being overshadowed isn't very nice, yakno? I think it was mostly expected in a way, mostly because of my family really.
Souji: Speaking of being overshadowed, do you feel that you have the need to surpass your family in a way?
Ken: Yes, I feel that I have to surpass every single one of, my parents, my brothers I can't be remembered as the second or third best in my family, yakno? [dead serious tone]
Souji: O-ok. What was it like growing up with famous parents? Did people recognise you at all?
Ken: Well, growing up with famous people isn't anything special to me I get recognised every now and then, I met a bunch of other celebrities, I met a bunch of old guard heroes and a few newer once through my brother but it's not anything extreme I'd say. I'm more likely to get recognised now probably after I ended up on the news!
Souji: Speaking of being in the news, the Osaka Rising Star featured your fight at the provisional licence exams. Now I've heard from a little birdie that you didn't have the best time at the exams. Can you tell the listeners more about that? And what are your plans going forward?
Ken: Well... uh what can I say, I'll do the remedial courses and show the speaker that he was wrong to fail me right from the get go so he can go to sleep every night thinking that he almost stopped this world seeing the shining star of tomorrow! As for plans, train, complete remedial course and push forward the keys to everything in life.
Souji: Care to share on how you're planning to do that? What sets your apart from the rest of the Sarukenka heroes?
Ken: It's hard to say, are a bit different but if anything I'd say what sets me apart is the fact that I am none other than I and that I won't stop before I stand out even among them!
Souji: That's a very Ken answer. I respect that. [chuckle]
Ken: There is no other answers than the Ken answer, Souji. [little laugh]
Souji: Speaking of a shining star, let's shine the spotlight back towards the main focus of his podcast - me! Now, Ken, it's your turn to ask me questions. C'mon, don't be shy, ask anything you'd like.
[ASK SOUJI - glitchy transition music]
Ken: Well, I guess I'll throw the ball right back at you, why do you want to be a hero? Is it only because of Starlight or is there something more and how do you intend to stand out in this world filled with people like yours truly!
Souji: To catch the listeners up, I'm a big fan of Starlight. I guess I never considered a career in being a hero until I saw that special documentary episode of Speak with Starlight, what captivated me was his fans, there were a lot of them, each and everyone admired him and his heroic deeds and seeing the praise and attention that his fans are giving him, it sure was tempting. [laugh]
Ken: Inspiration is good, it helps you realise things doesn't it? Not everyone grows up in a family like mine where you are exposed to things the same way I was and I can surely see how it was tempting, I have been tempted by the shining lights that I have been surrounded with myself.
Souji: Inspiration can come from unexpected places, it's true that little things inspire us.
Ken: Indeed, I once felt inspired by watching a squirrel climb a tree! They always look like they are so free and have so much fun, so why shouldn't I do the same?
Souji: I'm great at climbing trees, we should really climb some one day.
Ken: I'd be down!
Souji: In all honesty, it was the fame and money that made me want to become a hero. It's a bit narcissistic, I know, but it is what it is. But during my time here, I saw what happened to the people around us. I want to be a helping hand in making a difference in people’s lives. Plain and simple. My family's poor so the money's still my number one motivator but it makes me happy knowing that I'll make the city a little bit better for everyone living in it.
Ken: I ain't gonna fault anyone's reasoning, being a hero is a profession after all just like being a policeman, fireman, doctor and so on, the only difference is the spotlight and the persona. Hopefully, you can throw your family a bone once you hit it off, eh?
Souji: Of course, I want to give back as much as I can. They might not be around as much, but I know they still want the best of me. Also, I want to travel. I've been stuck in Osaka for most of my life, and I love the city, don't get me wrong, but I just want to see what's out there.
Ken: Travelling is nice, but home is where the heart is wouldn't you agree?
Souji: Yeah, I wouldn't trade Osaka for anything. [pensive pause] Well, that got sentimental. Let's move on to our audience questions! These were submitted by our classmates in our group chat. Ready? Ok.
[Qs from the GC - glitchy transition music]
Souji: Fumi wants to know do you like bananas?
Ken: I like bananas in things but not really a huge fan if they are on, it's alright.
Souji: Kotoe wants to know your favourite genre of music.
Ken: My favourite genre of music is pop or rap, if it has a nice beat or a dramatic feeling I am usually down.
Souji: Kichiro asks, can you talk to monkeys?
Ken: No, I cant talk to monkeys believe it or not.
Souji: Taka inquires, does Ken-san take inspiration from Sun Wukong? That's some Chinese stuff, right?
Ken: Yeah my costume is mostly inspired by him, so his name hero name which means that one day soon I will be the Great Sage who rivals the Heavens!
Souji: Great Sage who Rivals the Heavens. [chuckles] Wow, that's quite the mouthful. We might have to workshop that Ken.
Ken: Yeah... A bit too long probably. [snicker]
Souji: I don't have any suggestions on the top of my head, but please don't pick a weird hero name like Monkey Boy, or worse - Monkey King! Plus, to be a sage, wouldn't you actually have to be, you know, wise?
Ken: In what world is that worse? I think you're going crazy over here and who says you need to be wise to be a sage? Not that it matters I am clearly the wisest person here!
Souji: Ken, that's literary its meaning, sage means wise. Well, it does sound very flashy, but maybe a bit too arrogant maybe? I mean, you can't even talk to monkeys, how can you call yourself the monkey king. You can still be Monkey Ken, though.
Ken: What do you think would be better then? I think Monkey King is a perfect fit if you ask me!
Souji: How about trying some alliteration?
Ken: Pfft, alliterations are overrated anyway.
Souji: I'm not sure if it's final but I was thinking my hero name to be the Neon Ninja. See, it's short, simple and easy to remember.
Ken: Neon Ninja? Sound like a flopped comic or video game, ain't ever gonna pack the punch you'd need it to!
Souji: Of course it sounds lame, that’s the point. You have to start from the ground up. Once people know your deeds as a hero, that’s where it becomes cool. Do you think Starlight’s name was cool when he just started out? No, man. Who name’s themselves Starlight? But, it became cool. I’ll make the Neon Ninja cool.
Ken: Starlight packs more punch than Neon Ninja though! His is like cool and mysterious, yours just sound like a old school retro game people forgot about, why'd you ever wan to sound lame?! Whatever you say, if you prove me wrong I'll eat my words but if you can't I'll be there laughing!
Souji: How about this. Why would anyone want to name a technology company Apple? It's not cool, or futuristic, it's lame. But with time, people liked their product and the name got cooler. See? It might seem lame now, but just give it some time. Like grapes and wine.
Ken: I don't know, maybe something about the apple of knowledge and all that jazz? Didn't really play attention in religion class, so I ain't too sure but either way I think something more high impact is better!
Souji: Let's just agree to disagree, monkey boy. Finally, Haruto wants to know if do you know da wae?
Ken: I know my way, perhaps its the right way for others as well just follow along for the ride and see!
[ENDING - glitchy transition music]

Souji: Thank you for being my first guest, Ken. It means a lot.
