I’m so glad you noticed this, because I couldn’t figure out how to work it into their dialogue in the comic, but YUP—

My thoughts for this particular comic series were that Chuuya is a creature of habit, and Dazai is a weirdo(affectionate) who memorized all Chuuya’s weekly scheduling habits back when they were in the mafia (for strategic purposes, he will insist) and Chuuya hasn’t really deviated from those habits since, so Dazai will periodically have moments like this throughout his day:

…so yeah, after Ranpo convinced Dazai to go clear things up with Chuuya, Dazai ran across the city while doing intense internal calculations to take all known variables into account, and finally decided that Chuuya had to be shopping at that particular grocery store :0

People say JGY betrayed LXC's trust by using the song of turmoil, but the fact that he could sneak into the forbidden library and remember everything he saw there, yet the only time he did it (as far as we know) was to kill someone who was threatening his life, was very cool of him actually.

I know the brainrot is strong but I really can’t shake the idea that Ed&Stede are gonna get married - whether it’ll be in this season or the next.

Because… just imagine if they’d keep the wedding toppers that Ed stole.

(I mean Stede would probably cry out of the sheer wave of emotions that would hit him as soon as he’d find out about them… come on, the guy couldn’t even decide on a flag and instead hung all of his crew’s designs up like a dad who pins his kids’ drawings to the fridge)

And eventually there would be a parallel shot of the time Ed stole them from the straights to “current day” where the painted versions are sitting on a brand new wedding cake and as the camera zooms out we see them at an improvised altar on the Revenge, holding hands and smiling like the goofy head-over-heals in love idiots that they are.

you seem like the. kind of person who I'd run into during a rock concert while I'm trying to find bathroom and notably you are dressed kind of oddly for the concert (see: divorced dad outfit. hawaiian shirt. jorts. chunky sandles. giant sun hat.) and so I ask you "hello, do you know where I can find the bathroom?" and you go "yeah sure!!" and you point me the complete opposite direction from the bathroom. not on purpose, but because you also have no idea where the bathroom is. I thank you and go on my way, both of us oblivious to the fact we are currently very much not at a rock concert. it's an idie band that just screams really loud. sorry if that's specific you just give me giant 'perpetual tourist that isn't really a tourist and has never left their home city but just seems like a tourist anyways' energy

I know that's her function but no! She's a stuffed animal!#It's so easy to imagine her backstory - a child growing up in that home and having her be mama to all the other plushies #Not used as a magazine rack at all - constantly pulled out of her Utility to a more emotional and playful side #Until the child grows up and she's forced back into what she was made for - her ''purpose'' yes but to have to give up what she became #It's like this piece of furniture was doomed to sadness from conception! I really wish there was a way to articulate how just annoyingly unbalanced Tera Raids are without being accused of being bad at them.

Because like. There's a fun challenge, and then there's Blaziken starts one shotting anything you hit it with, even really bulky Pokémon like Archaludon at about halfway through the fight

"Oh but you're supposed to do online" WELL IF THEY WANT TO ENCOURAGE ONLINE THEN THEY SHOULD MAKE SURE ONLINE FREAKING WORKS

Plus in my experience online doesn't even make it easier it just makes you lose faster

#this isn't fucking dark souls you can't memorize it's attack patterns and get better at it #ALSO I'm miffed my stellar Tera Archaludon wasn't effective I was so sure it would work #yadda yadda fun challenge is different for everyone but like as much satisfaction as I get from figuring out a workable build on my own #it's pretty evenly matched by the Desire to throw my switch at the wall in frustration

#also in both cases i'm pretty sure it's force's natural register lol #and he does it with such precision like i would NOT be able to modulate my voice like that #i have a relatively deep voice (for an afab woman) and i have a creaky pnw accent so i already speak lower than i should #like when i try to speak higher it just gets pulled down by my accent djfljdlsjg #it's kind of a miracle i can do thai tones/japanese pitch accent #tangent: TBH PITCH ACCENT IS ONLY HARD BECAUSE NO SENSEI WILL BOTHER TO TEACH YOU FOR SOME REASON #IF I HAD LEARNED THE PITCHES WHEN THE WORDS WERE FIRST TAUGHT TO ME I WOULDN'T FORGET THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHOPSTICKS AND BRIDGE #also re: thai tones. honestly i think the consonants are harder to replicate than the tones #like the difference between lover listen and goodnight are really hard to catch and i'd probably fuck them up #BUUUUUUT i'm so bad at Ds and Bs stress me out #you have to put your tongue in a completely different place on the roof of your mouth for D #M and B blend together #Ss turn into Ds (SOMETIMES) but american Ds because you're cutting off the breath rather than actually hissing #the tones are just like memorizing a song but you don't really have to hit the notes you just go up or down #(i know it's a little more complicated than that but you know what i mean)#(the point is that i don't have to relearn where my tongue goes lol i already know how to speak higher or lower)#ofs liveblog #abaab liveblog

#sorry i said that. but well i am...#GF that i make memorize different phonemes to pronounce for me so i can writhe in contentment <3 #amongst other things #that all dissolves out of my body the moment i enter my faculty & besides i am majoring in english #so my preferences are not really very present in the language unless you account for specific regional phonology in which case sure #but that is not something we will ever focus on i think... i mean in my level anyway Maybe if i get extra specialized later #my favorite sound ever in the world is the (voiced) uvular fricative ( & sometimes trill ) I LOVE IT so freaking KAWAII<3 #i only started noticing it like last year & have been obsessed with it ever since it makes me so. ^_^^^^^ HAH rawrWHO SAID THAT #this is the only nerdy thing about me not saying this to save face but like it literally is i am otherwise retarded in the literal way #when i was a kid i used to ask people to pronounce “ng” for me like as in ŋ & i would lose respect for them if they were unable to #they pronounce it as a hard N like that is clearly not what i asked make a little effort are you hearing impaired like. not that hard #it is literally the sound you make in “eating” “maintenant” like what is the problem here stop playing. yes that was insufferable of me #anyway but only for a brief time obviously i only held one grudge in my life which i let go as of recent #not against a person but something way larger ♯Peace♯Love♯Light #BREAKING: girl has the most normal common ****** ever >gets stoned anyway
