How to Bing?
Part 2: Complex images
To go to part 1: click here
In my last post, I tried to explain the basics of creating images with the Bing Image Creator. In this part, we are going to dive into more complex images, mostly images with multiple people in them. This can be a bit tricky sometimes and as we are dealing with more complexity, the AI often does not exactly what you want.
As stated in the last post, I am no expert and I have not a clue how the algorithms work. There are probably plenty of other ways to make images, but this is the way how I make them. If you have tips or tricks, share them below.
STEP #1: Composition
For the examples I will stick to two persons, but you can also put more people in. Just know that more people doesn't necessarily make the image better, especially when you make it more complex. For example, "Five Swedish bodybuilders sitting in the snow. they are sweating", will probably work just fine (although the AI probably has some problems with counting to five), but if you put more details in to diversify them, it will get messy. I think it has to do with the fact that the generator sees the five Swedish guys as one entity, but that can be just a weird idea from my side.
As with images with only one person, the first step is to think about the composition. Since you have now multiple persons, the phrasing is more important here. In the prompt "A man stands in the forest.", you can simply replace "a man" with "two men" and you will get a nice picture of two similar looking men standing in a forest (examples 1 and 2 below). If you want to diversify, you should, however, approach it differently. Instead of "two men", you should write "a X man and a Y man", in which the X and Y can be different specifications, as in example 3 and 4 below (I have no clue where the medieval clothes came from in example 4, but hey, why not?). The differences, however, can be very small. It is, however handy that you can refer in the rest of your prompt to both of them separately. It is, of course also possible to replace the word man with something else, like in example 5. A third possibility is to make one of the two people more dominant, as in example 6. The focus will usually be on him and the other person is basically a prop.
Tumblr media
"Two men stand in a forest."
"Two men stand in a forest."
"A Norwegian and an Italian man stand in the forest."
"A 30 yo man and a 25 yo man stand in a forest."
"A 30 yo bouncer and a 25 yo security guard stand in a forest."
"A 30 yo man stands in a forest. A 25 yo man stands besides him."
STEP #2.1: The duo
We start with the duo (example 1 and 2 above). The best prompts are those, in which they do both the same thing and wear the same attire (obviously). This kind of prompt is also very useable if you want to make an image with more than two people. It is possible to diversify with "One of them... The other", but it makes the generator struggle and he starts to make mistakes, simply because he doesn't understand what attribute belong to one person and what to the other. You can try it out and there are sometimes very good results, although it is usually not exactly what you asked for. But the more complex it gets, the lower the success rate.
Tumblr media
"Two 26 yo bikers stand in a dark forest. they wear black biker jackets. they wave."
"Two 26 yo bikers stand in a dark forest. they wear black biker jackets. One of them waves. The other one smokes a cigar."
"Two 26 yo bikers stand in a dark forest. They wear black biker jackets. One of them waves. The other one smokes a cigar."
"Two 26 yo bikers stand in a dark forest. They wear black biker jackets. One of them has a shaved head and wavers. The other one has curly hair and smokes a cigar."
"Two 26 yo bikers stand in a dark forest. One of them has a shaved head and he wears a green leather biker jacket and he smokes a cigarette and waves. The other one wears a black shirt and has curly hair and smokes a cigar."
"Two 26 yo bikers stand in a dark forest. One of them has a shaved head and he wears a green leather biker jacket and he smokes a cigarette and waves. The other one wears a black shirt and has curly hair and smokes a cigar."
As you can see, there is little wrong with example 1. It is also a quite simple prompt. Examples 2-4 are already a bit more complicated. You see already a small derivation from the prompt in example 3, as the cigar-smoking guy shouldn't be smoking. They are still, however quite okay. The last prompt is, however very complicated. To make it understandable for the generator, I linked everything with "and" together, but to no avail, It is one of the few pictures in which actually one of them has a cigarette in his mouth and the other one a cigar, but I had hoped, that the guy on the right side would just wear a black shirt, without a jacket. It can be that the jacket appears, because the guy is described as a "biker." More problematic is, that that same guy has seven fingers. Example 6 is less disturbing and is in my opinion perfectly useable, but it is not following the prompt.
STEP #2.2: 1 + 1 = 2
A different method is to create a prompt with two individuals, like examples 1.3-5 ("A and B do something"). In this way you can define A and B already in the first line of the prompt. You can then also add attributes by saying "A does/wears/has something. B does/wears/has something". This method is not flawless, but works in my opinion better than the duo method.
Tumblr media
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and a 32 yo business man stand in a forest. They kiss."
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and a 32 yo business man stand in a forest. They kiss. The bouncer wears a shiny black pvc puffer jacket. The business man wears a fedora."
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and a 32 yo business man stand in a forest at night. They kiss. The bouncer wears a shiny black pvc puffer jacket. The business man wears a fedora. The bouncer holds a cigar in his hand."
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and a 32 yo business man stand in a forest at night. They kiss. The bouncer wears a shiny black pvc puffer jacket. The business man wears a fedora. The bouncer holds a cigar in his hand. He exhales his smoke towards the business man. The business man inhales the smoke."
As you may notice, the latter prompts are quite complex, but there is no contamination between the attributes of the two men, except in the third example, in which the business man suddenly wears a shiny black jacket, but I like it, so I call it a happy accident
STEP #2.3: prominent and prop
With this method you can create an image with 1 person is more prominent and the other person is more like a prop, like in example 1.6, although the difference between prominent and prop fade quite quickly. I have mixed feelings about this method. Sometimes I get seriously amazing images and sometimes they are horrible. It works quite well in my experience if you keep it simple, without a defined background and all.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
1. & 2. "A 30 yo baldbouncer leans against a tree in a forest at night. He smokes a cigarette. He wears a biker suit. A 25 yo business man approaches the bouncer."
3. "A 30 yo bald bouncer leans against a tree in a forest at night. He smokes a cigarette. He wears a biker suit. A 25 yo business man cleans the boots of the bouncer."
4. & 5. "A 30 yo bald bouncer leans against a tree in a forest at night. He smokes a cigarette. He wears a biker suit. He hugs a 25 yo business man."
6.-8. "A 30 yo bald bouncer leans against a tree in a forest at night. He holds a cigarette. He wears a biker suit. He exhales a cloud of smoke. He kisses a 25 yo business man."
Examples 1-3 are quite simple. As you can see, the focus is on the biker and the business man is featured less prominent. Examples 4-5 are of prompt that I and the generator struggle with quite often. In both examples the biker should be the one who is hugging the busines man, but in example 4 it is the other way around. I noticed that words like "hug", "embrace", etc. confuses the AI, just like phrase like "A stands in front/behind B" and that the generator often switches the persons around. Just give it a few extra tries with the same prompt and the generator will eventually place the people in the right spots. If that doesn't happen, you can try to switch the persons in your prompt around, so "the busoness man hugs the biker". In examples 6-8 you can also see that the generator is struggling. Example 6 looks good at the first glance, but if you look closer, you can see that the hand on the tree, or whatever it might be, is floating around without an arm. Example 7 os nice, but the persons are switched around. When this happens, just try again and eventually you will holefully get the desired image, or something close to it, like example 8. I am quite satisfied with that outcome, but the smoke could have be done better, but maybe I am to critical.
STEP #3: Combining methods
Of course, you can also combine the three methods I explained above. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, just try it out.
Tumblr media
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and two 25 yo scally lads stand in a forest. The bouncer wears a green bomber jacket. The scallies wear shiny black tracksuits."
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and two 25 yo scally lads stand in a forest. The bouncer wears a green bomber jacket. The bouncer smokes a cigar. The scallies wear shiny black tracksuits. The scallies kiss."
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and two 25 yo scally lads stand in a forest. The bouncer wears a green bomber jacket. The bouncer smokes a cigar. The scallies wear shiny black tracksuits. The scallies kiss."
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and two 25 yo scally lads stand in a forest. The bouncer wears a green bomber jacket. The bouncer smokes a cigar. The scallies wear shiny black tracksuits. The scallies kiss each other."
"A 35 yo bald bouncer and two 25 yo scally lads stand in a forest. The bouncer wears a green bomber jacket. The bouncer smokes a cigar. The scallies wear shiny black tracksuits. One scally kisses the other scally."
"Two 25 yo scally lads stand in a forest. They wear shiny black tracksuits. They kiss. Behind them stands a 35 yo bald bouncer. The bouncer wears a green bomber jacket. The bouncer smokes a cigar."
The first image is a very easy one: 1 bouncer in a bomber jacket and 2 scallies in shiny gear, doing nothing. This is a combination of 1 + 1 = 2 composition and the duo. I then wanted to make the scallies kiss and make the bouncer smoke a cigar. In examples 2 and 3 my description wasn't clear enough, so I tried it differently. Unfortunately I didn't get the desired result (examples 4 and 5). I therefore decided to use the duo in combination with the prominent and prop. I am still not really satisfied and I should tweak the prompt further, but at least the guys all do what I want them to do.
As with most things in life, you need to practice with prompts and after a while you will get a feeling for it.
BONUS: Before-and-after pictures
Since you guys seem to like the whole transformation shebang, I have one more composition that I want to share with you at the moment. I didn't come up with it, but I found it on the page of @nolecub, an amazing story writer and magnificent AI-image creator. It is due to his posts, that I decided to try the AI-image generator.
The basics of a before-and-after picture is that the screen gets divided into a "before" and an "after". Of course you can make two separate images, but the problem with Bing is, that you cannot make one character (person, animal, or object) and put it in different images. So, every "guy with black hair" looks totally different from the next one. Of course, there is a change that he creates two guys who look a lot like each other, but that can take you several tries. With the before-and-after prompt, you stay in the same picture and therefore, the generator will usually get what you mean (sometimes it will not, of course). One of the problems with this prompt is, that you basically have to describe two images, which can cause some problems with the character-limit. So, before you start, make sure that you know what you want and focus on that.
The prompt is quite simple:
"Before-and-after picture.
Before: [insert content]
After: [inset content]"
You can leave the the first line out, but then the change that the before-and-after blur into each other is larger, It can cause very cool effects, though!
Here are some examples:
Tumblr media
"Before-and-after photo. Before: A 25 yo nerdy guy stands in a city. After: The same guy, but he is now a redneck. He stands in a forest."
"Before-and-after photo. Before: A 25 yo gamer. he holds an unlit cigar in his hand. He has curly hair. After: The same guy, but now he smokes the cigar. He wears a leather jacket. He has a large beard and he has shaved his head shiny bald. He has gained muscles."
"Before-and-after photo. Before: A 25 yo average guy. After: The same guy, but now a year later. He has joined the military. He smokes a cigarette. He has a military haircut."
"Before-and-after photo. Before: Portrait of a 25 yo man. He stands in a city. It is summer. After: The same guy, but now he is a bodybuilder. He stands in a snowy forest. He has tattoos on his arms. He smokes a cigar. Tendrils of smoke surround him."
As you can see, I usually start the "after" with "the same guys, but now..." When it comes to body changes like muscle gain, I usually use words like "he gained muscles", instead of "he is muscular". These kind of images are quite difficult to grasp for the generator and it happens often, that the desciption of the "after" seeps into the "before"-part. With phrases like these, I always hope to help the generator a bit, but I am not sure if it really works.
That's all for now. I hope this helps some of you guys out in making some nice images. Dont'forget to share them!
If you have any questions, or if you have found a better way to create a certain kind of image, let me know!

tell me your Spotify stats :D
I don’t actually have Spotify! I do have Apple Music— shameful, I know lol. Anyway:
Tumblr media
This checks out- except having Epic the Musical and Jorge Rivera-Herrans separate is kind of cheating.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The sad thing is my number 4 song I have saved in 2 different iterations and the algorithm counts them separately, so that should be higher.
Tumblr media
I genuinely don’t remember listening to this much NoahFinnce so not sure when that happened. Everything else checks out (you can definitely tell Hot Mulligan is my favorite band).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There’s only one Gracie Abrams song in my library, so hilarious that she makes it up there, but…
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I uh. Maybe listen to too much music. But based on number of artists, at least it’s the same music? I don’t know y’all.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Guys… my phone was dead from December 31st to halfway through January 2nd.
Tumblr media
Checks out (listen my best friend has loved her music for years so I just got used to hearing it…)
and of course… minutes!
Tumblr media
So there you go! (Way to make me look crazy, Apple Music)

Heyyy, how are yaa <3 I've been following and keeping up with your blog for a while now and I think you depict each and every character so well, which seems to be a failing factor to a lot of good writers who unfortunately cannot understand characters in all angles. - basically saying I love and I'm glad to have found your blog ahah
So I wanted to ask you something; I'm also a writer, not in the fanfiction/character-writing realm. It's texts, reflections, poems and songs! And I wanted to know how you managed to pave your way through and build a strong base here on the website; basically how you came to be and tried to launch yourself! It's something I always wonder when checking out other popular blogs.
Thank you!! Have a great one <3
HELLO MY DEARHEART! Thank you so much for this uplifting message! It seriously means a ton. It is so, SO important to me to keep all the characters true to themselves so I very much appreciate your feedback <3 I'm so glad you found me too! I actually have a post about this on what was/is my original fanfiction blog here ( @supernaturalfreewill ) which has an even more obscene number of followers than this one does haha because I used to get asked this ALL THE TIME. The post has some thoughts which may or may not be relevant/useful to you.
I think the main things to remember are: 1.) You should be doing this purely for yourself, not to hit some follower goal or some particular benchmark. If you don't enjoy it and you set certain expectations the work suffers and it can be very disheartening if you aren't hitting those goals when or how you wanted to. It's funny how when what you are doing is fulfilling to you, people are attracted to it! If you write what you love, it shows. And putting in the time to edit and reread and practice your craft makes a difference. 2.) Being consistent in multiple ways is important. Posting every single day feeds the stupid algorithm and gets eyes on your work and keeps people coming back for more. Producing a consistent kind of content makes people more likely to follow because they know what to expect from you. At the minimum, make it clear what your blog or site is going to have. I know for myself on Tumblr, I rarely follow blogs that are a mishmash of many topics or things because I like to know what I can expect to see on my dashboard. I follow blogs with a clear "theme" and I definitely have seen it work in terms of building my own following. It's why I have separate blogs for my different fandoms and didn't incorporate them into a multi-fandom blog. (But everyone has different tastes and I'm definitely not saying you can't be successful as a random blog or multi-fandom blog lol but you get what I'm saying!)
3.) Cultivate your "brand" and also be you! Putting yourself out there and being authentic also seems to attract people.
In terms of what I did here on Tumblr, it's literally just those things above. I was already doing the writing for myself and then thought "Hey, maybe other people would enjoy this?" and started posting consistently and frequently. I can honestly say at least when I started posting my Supernatural fics MANY moons ago, I NEVER expected it to take off the way it did. But once I got started, I just kept going as long as I enjoyed it. The idea is the same here on this blog. I try to post at least a drabble almost every day, I frequently interact with my followers, and I write what I love.
I hope this is at least a little what you were asking about haha and I wish you all the best inspiration as a fellow writer! <3 I'm glad you're here.

New On Tumblr: Start Here!
This is a guide I promised to make for people who are new here with a few quicklinks and how to get yourself set up for the first time. (If anyone has suggestions to improve this post please lmk!)
If you have questions just ask!
Setting Up Your Settings:
This is going to be the first thing you set up, privacy settings and all that jazz. We're going to be going through them one by one.
Account:
Enable 2FA (You should be doing this with any social media site you have)
Filter by Tags: Hides tags you don't want to see. This may be like triggers, squicks, etc. This is common courtesy on tumblr!
Filter by post content: This is similar to filter by tags but it actually filters by the words in the post!
Content Labels: This is a CONTENT WARNING, you can set it to hide the post when it pops up or outright remove them entirely. The sexual content label does NOT mean porn is allowed on tumblr. ALSO there is a setting to "hide" this content. This is required for the IOS version of tiktok and you cannot change it on there. You must change it on the web version in order to get content with these tags to appear.
Dashboard:
This is your homepage! When you log into tumblr your dashboard will be the first thing you see.
I highly suggest enabling timestamps and shortening long posts. Especially shortening long posts. If you don't want endless scrolling turn it off and it'll show only a few posts before giving a next page link. (This is good for not losing your place).
Color Palettes: Color your Dashboard! EXTREME EYESTRAIN WARNING ON THE PRIDE THEME.
Preferences:
Turn off these settings to get chronological posts (posts in order of when they were posted):
Best Stuff First
Posts liked by blogs you follow
Based on your likes
Tags you follow
Notifications: There are separate notif settings for each of your blogs. Turn off tumblr news and Conversational notifications.
Privacy:
Turn OFF "improved search" and turn ON "do not sell my personal information". This is opting out of AI training!!!!
Blogs:
These are blog settings for each of your blogs. Tumblr comes with the handy feature to make multiple blogs so many people have several sideblogs!
The one with the star is your main blog. If you delete this one it will delete your ENTIRE TUMBLR ACCOUNT so be careful!
Custom themes allow you to customize your tumblr. A few links to resources to find f2u page codes is included in this post.
I'm skipping a few settings here because they all have in depth descriptions and you can choose them as you please. But I'm going to offer an explanation on the last four.
Hide from people without an account:
This is automatically enabled with all new users (as of 2022) . While this enabled you CANNOT use a custom theme. It disables your regular blog url (i.e lozthusk.tumblr.com) and only allows access via the dashboard (the tumblr.com/your username url) to people who are logged in.
Discourage external searching:
This doesn't completely hide your blog from search engines but it essentially tries to as best as it can.
Exclude from Tumblr search and recommendations:
This removes your post from the tumblr search and blog recommendations. Turning this on makes it harder to find your blog!
Prevent third-party sharing:
TURN THIS ON. This prevents AI datascraping!!!
Finding Who To Follow:
Tumblr doesn't have algorithms. You have to curate the content you see.
Follow Tags
This is good for discovering people in the general sphere of your interest.
2. Find people you follow elsewhere
3. Follow your friends reblogs
Posting:
Tumblr media
These are quicklinks at the top of your dashboard. Whatever one you pick will be at the TOP of the page. This is also what kind of post it will be shown as in your archive.
Since there is no algorithm on tumblr, the way you share stuff you like is by reblogging it. Liking is the equivalent of just bookmarking it for later.
The tags in your RB are the comment section! When you RB don't be afraid to share your thoughts there!
Customization:
49th Name
Pneuma-Themes
SheaThemes
RetrcMoon
Page dividers and blinkies are good for customizing your theme more! Many of people on tumblr provide f2u ones.
Page Dividers
Blinkies
If you use themes and icons made by others it is courtesy to reblog the original post you got it from.
Anyway HAVE FUN BYE.

okay to anyone that does want some practical advice. just in case.
1. Password manager. For storing passwords like these:
Tumblr media
You wouldn’t want to remember that by yourself. Nobody would. A password manager doesn’t care though, and ideally it’ll also have a generator that helps create passwords like this securely (there are insecure random number generators that you shouldn’t use for passwords, and password managers usually use secure ones instead).
Personally I recommend Bitwarden. When you’re looking for a password manager, it’s best to have something where both the frontend (the browser extension / app that you use) and the backend (servers that actually store your passwords) are open source. This means that people can independently audit them, and you don’t have to trust their own claims. You can actually run Bitwarden on your own server if you really want to, though there’s not much you’d gain out of it. (Just don’t use LastPass and you’ll probably be fine. Also, your browser’s native ‘save this password’ feature is the worst password manager you can use, even behind LastPass, because it’s likely completely unencrypted, and any malware you install would be able to access it).
So that’ll be alright for your web passwords, but you have some things (like the passwords to your devices, and the one to your password manager itself) where you’ll still need to remember them yourself. So for that, you want to set up some:
2. Passphrases. Basically a set of at least four random words separated by spaces as a password. That might sound like it isn’t that safe, but actually, there are quite a few words, so it’s safer than the usual recommendations you’ll get, like making substitutions for symbols. This xkcd (936) is a common way to show why you should use passphrases instead of complex passwords:
Tumblr media
You can compare the real-world strength of passwords and passphrases on Use A Passphrase. This uses a (decade old, but still pretty realistic) algorithm to estimate how long it would take to crack any password you put in.
The key thing to remember here are that you should only use passphrases when you have to remember a password - for a website, you should use your password manager to generate a much more random password so that you don’t have all those things to remember, and importantly, so you don’t get into the habit of reusing passwords.
Only put a passphrase on your devices and your password manager. Everything else should use those random passwords. (By the way, ‘your devices’ especially includes your phone - it’s likely that it’s what handles most of your data, but you’re still securing it with six digits. Most phones sold today are end-to-end encrypted, meaning that you need the passcode after first turning it on to access any data on it, but if someone steals your phone or you’re involved in a criminal investigation, there are tools available to get around the delay after putting an incorrect password in and try all of the potential 1,000,000 6-digit passcodes in a few seconds. Use a passphrase for this too - it might be a bit inconvenient sometimes, but as long as you have biometric unlock, it will get out of your way most of the time and potentially save you from a very bad night).
3. 2FA. I recommend Ente Auth because you’ll still be able to use it if you don’t have your phone.
So there’s really not a lot you need to do to start securing everything better. You also don’t have to do it all in one leap - get a password manager, change your device passwords to passcodes, and get a 2FA app at first. You can do all of these three things pretty easily. Then, everything else can be pretty slow. You can start to gradually reset your online passwords to random ones generated and stored in your password manager, turn 2FA on, do some research, just little bits whenever you get a moment, and if you do this, you’ll eventually have a moment when you realise like. Yeah I can’t even remember how bad what I was doing before was. It’s all in here. It’s all very convenient and poggers and I’m also much safer now.

13 Google Ads Settings to Double-Check Before Launching International PPC Campaigns
Avoid costly mistakes and wasted spend with these must-know international campaign checks.
Taking your Google Ads campaigns global can unlock powerful growth — but it’s not as simple as flipping a switch. Running PPC ads internationally introduces new complexities, from currency mismatches and cultural missteps to legal and billing pitfalls. Assuming what works in one country will work everywhere is a fast way to lose money and miss opportunities.
Tumblr media
Wafi Media Marketing Solutions
To help you launch or optimize your campaigns with confidence, here are 13 critical Google Ads settings to review before expanding into international markets.
1. Location Targeting: Are You Reaching the Right Users? By default, Google Ads may show your ads to people who’ve shown interest in a location — even if they’re not physically there.
What to do: Change your location setting to “Presence: People in or regularly in your targeted locations” to ensure your ads are only shown to users in your desired country.
2. Ad Scheduling: Are Your Ads Running at the Right Local Times? Time zones can sabotage even the best-performing schedules. What works in your home country may show your ads during off-hours abroad.
What to do: Align your ad schedules with the local time zones of each target market. Consider using separate ad accounts under a Google MCC to manage time zones easily.
3. Currency & Conversion Tracking: Are You Comparing Apples to Apples? Tracking revenue in one currency and spending in another can lead to misleading ROAS figures.
What to do: Make sure your billing currency matches your reporting system and your conversion values are set in the local currency.
4. Language Settings: Are You Targeting the Right Audience? Google doesn’t translate your ads. Language settings simply determine which users see them based on browser language.
What to do: Create separate campaigns per language. Localize not just the words, but also the tone and keyword choices for each market.
5. Keyword Match Types: Are They Working Locally? Search behavior varies by region. A broad match that works in the U.S. might trigger irrelevant clicks elsewhere.
What to do: Use exact or phrase match in new markets to control spend. Monitor search term reports closely and build out localized negative keyword lists.
6. Bidding Strategies: Are You Tailoring Bids for Each Market? Using the same Target CPA globally doesn’t make sense when CPCs vary widely by region.
What to do: Start with manual bidding or “Maximize Clicks” to gauge cost and performance. If using Smart Bidding, give the algorithm time to learn local patterns before scaling.
7. Product Feed Optimization: Is Your Shopping Feed Truly Local? Translating product titles isn’t enough. Search behavior, pricing expectations, and tax rules vary widely.
What to do: Customize titles, descriptions, and pricing for each market. Use regional terminology (e.g., “trainers” instead of “sneakers” in the UK). Ensure feed settings comply with local tax and shipping regulations.
8. Regulatory & Compliance: Are You Operating Legally? Markets like the EU and China have strict advertising and data privacy regulations.
What to do: Familiarize yourself with local digital advertising laws. Consult legal experts where necessary, especially in regulated industries like finance, health, or education.
9. Payment Methods: Is Your Billing Set Up for Each Region? Not all billing options are available globally. Using unsupported methods can pause or block your campaigns.
What to do: Check accepted payment methods per country in Google Ads support. To avoid billing issues, consider using one account per region. 10. Audience Targeting: Are You Using Relevant Data? Your U.S. remarketing lists won’t automatically work overseas — different markets, different behaviors.
What to do: Build new audience lists tailored to each country. Use Google’s audience insights and localized in-market segments for more accurate targeting.
11. Ad Copy & Assets: Are They Culturally Appropriate? Literal translations often miss the mark — or worse, come across as tone-deaf.
What to do: Work with native speakers to adapt messaging for tone, humor, urgency, and expectations. Adjust callouts, sitelinks, and other assets to reflect local preferences. 12. Competitive Analysis: Do You Understand the Local Landscape? Don’t expect U.S. CPCs and benchmarks to apply everywhere.
What to do: Use tools like Auction Insights,Google Benchmark Reports, and platforms like SEMrush or SpyFu to understand your competitive position in each market.
13. Landing Pages: Are They Fully Localized? Sending international users to an English-language U.S. page is a guaranteed way to kill conversions.
What to do: Localize landing page content, currency, forms, and legal disclaimers. Even small changes — like using “basket” instead of “cart” — can make a big difference in performance.
Final Takeaway Running international PPC campaigns successfully requires more than translation — it demands thoughtful localization. These 13 settings are the backbone of any global Google Ads strategy.

How to Write SEO Titles That Rank and Get Clicked
A great piece of content can fall flat if no one clicks on it — and the difference often comes down to the title. Your SEO title (also known as the meta title) is the first thing searchers see in search engine results pages (SERPs), and it plays a huge role in both ranking and click-through rate (CTR).
For businesses investing in content writing services, getting the title right isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s a key element of any successful content strategy. Whether you're writing a blog post, landing page, or product page, the title is your hook, your headline, and your chance to stand out.
Here’s how to write SEO titles that rank well and get people to click.
1. Include Your Target Keyword Early
Search engines use your title tag to determine what the page is about, so placing your main keyword toward the beginning helps boost relevance and visibility.
For example:
✅ “SEO Content Writing Tips for Beginners” ❌ “Beginner’s Guide: How to Write for SEO”
While both are valid, the first one places the target keyword “SEO content writing” up front, which improves clarity and ranking potential.
2. Keep It Under 60 Characters
Search engines typically truncate titles after 55–60 characters, especially on mobile devices. A cut-off title can reduce clarity and trust.
Aim for 50–60 characters to ensure your full message displays properly.
Example:
✅ “How to Build a Personal Brand on LinkedIn (Step-by-Step)” ❌ “How to Build a Personal Brand on LinkedIn That Attracts High-Paying Clients”
If you need more detail, put it in the meta description or H1 tag on the page.
3. Balance SEO with Click Appeal
Yes, your title should contain keywords, but it also needs to spark interest. You're writing for humans, not just algorithms.
Ways to increase click appeal:
Use numbers: “7 Proven Tactics for…”
Add urgency: “Before You Launch Your Blog…”
Include value-driven phrases: “Beginner’s Guide,” “Step-by-Step,” “Quick Tips”
Ask a question: “Is Your Website Losing Traffic?”
Make sure the title promises value — and delivers it in the content.
4. Avoid Clickbait or Misleading Language
A title that ranks and gets clicks but doesn’t match the content will increase bounce rate — and Google takes note. That can hurt rankings in the long run.
Be bold and compelling, but stay authentic.
Bad example:
🚫 “This Secret Will Make You a Millionaire Overnight!”
Better:
✅ “10 Smart Investment Tips for Long-Term Wealth Building”
5. Use Modifiers to Target Long-Tail Searches
Modifiers like best, top, easy, fast, new, free, 2025 help capture long-tail keyword searches and increase your title’s reach.
Example:
Basic: “Email Marketing Tools”
Optimized: “7 Best Email Marketing Tools for Small Businesses in 2025”
This strategy improves relevance and clickability for users making specific, intent-driven queries.
6. Match Search Intent
The best-ranking titles directly reflect what users are searching for. Before writing your title:
Check the top results for your keyword
Identify whether the content is educational, commercial, navigational, etc.
Mirror the tone and type of content that’s already ranking — but with your unique twist
For instance, if users search “how to invest at 25,” they likely want a simple, actionable guide — not a deep-dive whitepaper.
7. Test and Optimize Over Time
Your title isn’t set in stone. Use tools like:
Google Search Console to monitor CTR
A/B testing with different meta titles using plugins like Yoast (WordPress)
Heatmaps and scroll tracking to see if users engage with content post-click
Small tweaks can lead to significant increases in traffic and conversions.
Bonus Tips for SEO Titles:
Avoid duplicate titles across your site
Use pipe (|) or dash (–) separators for clarity: “SEO Writing Tips | Free Template”
Capitalize major words to improve readability
Don’t forget to also optimize your H1 tag, which should closely match your SEO title but can be longer
Conclusion: Your SEO Title Is Your First Impression
In the world of search, your title is what gets you seen — and clicked. A well-optimized SEO title tells both Google and your audience exactly what to expect, driving more qualified traffic to your site.
For businesses and creators juggling multiple pages, blog posts, and product listings, hiring professional content writing services ensures every title is crafted to balance relevance, clarity, and conversion potential.
Don’t let good content go to waste behind a weak headline. Invest the time — or the team — to get your titles right, and your content will go much further.

AND THE ESSENCE OF COOL, AS ANY FOURTEEN YEAR OLD COULD TELL YOU, IS THAT THERE ARE 10 OTHER INVESTORS WHO ALSO WANT A LITTLE MORE EXPERIENCE BEFORE THEY START A COMPANY—AS IF IT WERE LIKE GETTING INTO COLLEGE
That's true in writing too of course, but the top ones give good advice. Markets or Government Subsidies? The physical world is very high bandwidth, and some of the more surprising things I've learned about investors. I may turn out to be questions worth examining.1 They win by locking competitors out of business. We were a tiny startup, programming as hard as we could in order to put technical barriers between us and our competitors. The reason startups work so well is that everyone with power also has equity.
In the things you write in school is that real essays are not exclusively about English literature—to write, without even realizing it, also protecting them from rewards. He told me that it wasn't worth worrying about. You'll probably be talking to several investors. And so they do encourage innovation indirectly, in that they give more power to startups, which is the most economical route to the Bay Area a few days ago.2 It matters more to make something great and get a job programming, you'll be done a lot quicker. If you ultimately want to do and the kind of work.3 I don't like the look of Java: It has been so energetically hyped. The more of an IT flavor the job descriptions had, the less sense it makes for everyone to get the same yield.
We fund a dozen startups at a time as they say yes. 9198 Url free 0. It seemed like selling out. Jessica was its mom. It's aimed low. And since most of what you want to pay attention not just to play back experiences but also to index and even edit them. One of the exhilarating things about coming back to Cambridge every spring is walking through the streets at dusk, when you can bear the risk of failure, the best way to find out if you're suited to running a startup. This is what kills you.
So the main value of notebooks may be what high res fundraising will do to the world of investors is not a problem if you don't have to be disciplined when collecting data about them. It wouldn't be a competitor funded by the other. What kind of programming language will they use to write the new program in the same language. Some kinds of waste really are disgusting. Talk about a recipe for recognizing them. Investors like to co-invest. And I admit that it is. You already know where you're going, and you didn't fail out of laziness.4 But if you work for a company that could get new features done before its competitors would have a big advantage.5 It's that we won't let the people who run them are driven by the same underlying cause: the number of people who are especially proud of something always tends to lead back to it anyway, just as you must not use the word algorithm in the title of a patent application, just as you must not use the word essays in the title of a book.

How SEO Content Writing Can Boost Your Website Traffic and Sales
Tumblr media
SEO content writing is dead. At least, the way most people do it.
Look, we need to talk. You’ve been told that sprinkling in some keywords, writing a few “valuable” paragraphs, and making Google happy is enough to get traffic. That’s a lie. A big, bold, SEO-sized lie.
Here’s the truth: 91% of online content is practically invisible—never ranking, never getting clicked, never even making it to the second page of Google’s pity list.
And why?
Because most so-called “SEO content” is just a glorified string of words, written to satisfy an algorithm instead of an actual human being.
Let’s get one thing straight: Google doesn’t rank content. It ranks how people react to content. Clicks, time spent reading, engagement—these are the real SEO signals that separate winners from the digital graveyard.
So, the question isn’t “How do I write for SEO?” It’s “How do I write something people actually want to read?”
What is SEO Content Writing?
SEO content writing is the art of crafting content that not only informs and engages readers but also appeases the ever-watchful eyes of search engines. Unlike traditional writing, which focuses solely on the audience, SEO content writing requires a delicate balance between readability and search engine optimization. This means integrating relevant keywords, structuring content with appropriate headings, and ensuring the material aligns with what users are actively searching for.
The importance of SEO-friendly content cannot be overstated. It's the difference between your website languishing on page ten of search results or proudly standing on page one. By employing SEO strategies, your content becomes more visible to search engines, leading to increased organic traffic. But it's not just about attracting search engines; it's about providing value to users. Engaging, informative content encourages visitors to stay longer, explore further, and ultimately convert into customers.
The Role of an SEO Content Writer
Tumblr media
An SEO content writer wears many hats, all aimed at enhancing a website's visibility and user engagement. Their primary responsibility is to create content that seamlessly incorporates targeted keywords without compromising on quality or readability. This involves conducting thorough keyword research to understand what potential readers are searching for and then weaving those keywords naturally into the content.
Beyond keyword integration, SEO content writers employ on-page SEO techniques to improve a page's visibility. This includes optimizing meta descriptions, using appropriate heading structures, and ensuring internal linking is in place. Such practices not only make the content more accessible to search engines but also enhance the user experience by providing clear and organized information.
The connection between website content optimization and higher conversions is direct. Well-optimized content attracts the right audience—individuals actively seeking the products or services you offer. When these visitors find content that resonates with their needs and answers their questions, they're more likely to take desired actions, whether it's making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or contacting your business.
Best Practices for SEO Content Writing
Effective SEO content writing is rooted in understanding and implementing several key practices.
1. Keyword Research
Before pen meets paper (or fingers meet keyboard), it's essential to identify the terms your target audience uses. Utilizing tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush can provide insights into popular search terms and phrases. By targeting these keywords, you ensure your content aligns with what users are actively seeking.
2. Crafting Engaging Headlines
Your headline is the first impression. An enticing, keyword-rich headline can draw readers in and signal to search engines the relevance of your content. However, it's crucial to avoid clickbait; the content must deliver on the headline's promise.
3. Readability
Content should be easy to read and understand. This means using short paragraphs, bullet points where appropriate, and a conversational tone. Tools like Hemingway Editor can help assess and improve readability.
4. Internal Linking
Incorporating links to other relevant pages on your website can enhance SEO by establishing a site architecture that search engines can easily crawl. It also keeps readers engaged by directing them to additional valuable content.
5. Regularly Updating Content
Search engines favor fresh content. Regularly updating your blog or website with new posts not only signals to search engines that your site is active but also provides ongoing value to your audience.
Incorporating these best practices into your content marketing strategy can significantly impact your website's performance. By focusing on both search engine optimization and user engagement, you create content that serves dual purposes: attracting visitors and converting them into loyal customers.
Writing for SEO Optimization: Techniques That Work
Tumblr media
So, you've been churning out content, sprinkling in keywords like fairy dust, and waiting for the magic to happen. Yet, your website traffic resembles a ghost town. What's gone wrong? The harsh reality is that writing for SEO isn't about playing a game of keyword bingo. It's a strategic dance between engaging your readers and satisfying the ever-evolving algorithms of search engines.
Crafting Content That Ranks and Resonates
First off, let's debunk a myth: SEO content doesn't have to read like a robot's diary. In fact, if your readers suspect that a cyborg penned your blog post, you've already lost the battle. The key is to write for humans first and search engines second. Engaging, informative, and authentic content naturally attracts readers, and guess what? Search engines notice this engagement.
To achieve this, start with thorough keyword research. Identify what your target audience is searching for and the language they use. But here's the thing: don't just stuff these keywords into your content like sardines in a can. Integrate them naturally into your headings, subheadings, and body text. This approach not only enhances readability but also signals to search engines that your content is relevant and valuable.
SEO Article Writing Across Various Platforms
Whether you're crafting a blog post, a landing page, or a service page, the principles of SEO article writing remain consistent. Each platform, however, has its nuances.
Blog Posts: These are your playgrounds for creativity and depth. Focus on providing value, answering questions, and solving problems. Use engaging titles and meta descriptions to entice clicks. Remember, a well-structured blog with clear headings and concise paragraphs enhances user experience and SEO performance.
Landing Pages: Here, clarity and persuasion are paramount. Your content should be concise, highlighting benefits and compelling users to take action. Incorporate primary keywords strategically, especially in headlines and calls to action.
Service Pages: Detail-oriented and informative, these pages should clearly outline your services, benefits, and unique selling propositions. Use keywords that potential clients are likely to search for when seeking your services.
On-Page SEO Techniques: The Nuts and Bolts
Now, let's get into the technicalities. On-page SEO involves optimizing individual pages to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic. It's not just about the words on the page but how they're presented.
Meta Tags: These are snippets of text that describe a page's content. The title tag and meta description are crucial as they appear in search results. Craft them to be compelling and include your primary keyword.
Alt Text: Search engines can't "see" images, but they can read alt text. Describing your images with relevant keywords not only aids SEO but also improves accessibility.
Keyword Placement: Strategic placement of keywords in your content is essential. Aim to include them in the first 100 words, in headings, and naturally throughout the text. But beware of keyword stuffing; it can do more harm than good.
Implementing these on-page SEO techniques ensures that your content is both user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
Content Marketing Strategy & SEO
Tumblr media
Imagine having a treasure trove of brilliant content, but it's buried so deep in the digital abyss that no one ever finds it. That's what happens when you separate content marketing from SEO. These two are the dynamic duo of the digital world, and when they join forces, the results can be spectacular.
The Symbiotic Relationship between Content Marketing and SEO
At its core, content marketing is about creating valuable, relevant content to attract and engage a target audience. SEO, on the other hand, focuses on optimizing that content so search engines can find and rank it. When combined, they ensure that your content not only reaches your audience but also ranks well in search results.
For instance, a well-researched blog post that addresses common customer questions can drive organic traffic when optimized for relevant keywords. This synergy between content marketing and SEO amplifies your reach and impact.
The Long-Term Impact of Organic Search Rankings
Climbing to the top of search results isn't an overnight endeavor, but the long-term benefits are worth the effort. High organic search rankings lead to sustained visibility, increased website traffic, and enhanced credibility. Unlike paid advertising, which stops delivering results once the budget runs dry, effective SEO combined with quality content continues to attract visitors over time.
Moreover, users tend to trust organic search results more than paid ads. Achieving and maintaining high rankings establishes your brand as an authority in your industry, fostering trust and loyalty among your audience.
Strategic Content Writing: Driving Leads and Sales
Let's cut to the chase: the ultimate goal of your content is to drive leads and sales. Strategic content writing plays a pivotal role in this process.
Understanding User Intent: Before penning a single word, grasp what your audience is searching for and why. Are they seeking information, looking to make a purchase, or comparing options? Tailoring your content to meet these intents positions you as a valuable resource.
Creating Compelling Calls to Action (CTAs): Every piece of content should guide the reader toward the next step, whether it's subscribing to a newsletter, downloading a guide, or making a purchase. Effective CTAs are clear, persuasive, and aligned with the user's journey.
Website Content Optimization for Better Rankings
If you’ve been writing content and expecting Google to shower you with rankings, you might want to sit down for this. Most content doesn’t rank—not because Google is unfair—but because it’s simply not good enough.
Before you rage-quit your content marketing strategy, let’s talk facts. Google processes over 8.5 billion searches per day, yet 90.63% of all content gets zero traffic from Google. That means the vast majority of web pages exist in a digital graveyard where they rot without a single visitor.
If you’re not writing for SEO optimization, prioritizing SEO-friendly content, and ensuring website content optimization, your content is just another forgotten URL. Let's fix that.
How to Make Google Actually Notice Your Content
Google’s algorithm won’t rank your content just because you think it’s great. You need to play by its rules while still creating content people actually want to read.
Here’s what matters most for website content optimization:
1. Keyword Strategy without the Keyword Stuffing Circus
Anyone still stuffing keywords into sentences like a bad SEO Mad Libs game needs to stop. Google doesn’t just scan for words anymore—it reads for meaning. That means your content should use keywords naturally, provide depth, and answer user queries better than anyone else.
What to do:
Use your primary keyword in the title, first 100 words, and at least one H2 heading.
Incorporate semantic keywords (related terms Google expects to see).
Forget the old “2% keyword density” rule—write naturally, and keywords will fall into place.
2. On-Page SEO Techniques (That Actually Matter)
There are over 200 Google ranking factors, but some on-page SEO techniques make an immediate impact:
Meta Titles & Descriptions: This is your first impression on Google—make it count. Use your main keyword but focus on enticing clicks (think of it as a mini-ad for your content).
Alt Text for Images: Search engines can’t “see” images, but they read alt text. Describe your images using relevant keywords so they contribute to rankings.
Header Structure: H1 → H2 → H3 hierarchy makes your content easy to digest for both users and Google bots.
Internal Linking: Link to other pages on your site to keep visitors engaged longer and improve SEO.
3. Why SEO-Friendly Content and UX Are the Power Duo
Google’s mission is to deliver the best possible user experience (UX). That means if your content is difficult to read, slow to load, or designed like a 2007 MySpace page, you’re in trouble.
Here’s why UX matters:
Google’s algorithm measures how long people stay on your page—if they bounce fast, your rankings suffer.
Fast-loading pages rank higher—compress images, use caching, and choose a decent hosting provider.
Readability is a ranking factor—long paragraphs and walls of text are SEO death traps.
Optimizing for SEO trends doesn’t just mean chasing Google’s algorithm—it means creating content that people genuinely enjoy reading. And when people stay, engage, and share, Google rewards you with rankings.
SEO Content Writing Is the Growth Lever You Can’t Ignore
If you’re still treating SEO content writing as an optional part of your marketing strategy, let’s be clear: you’re leaving money on the table.
Businesses that invest in SEO article writing and SEO-friendly content generate more traffic than organic social media alone. And unlike paid ads that stop working the second you turn off the budget, high-ranking content continues to drive leads and sales for years.
If your content isn’t ranking, it’s not because SEO is “too competitive” or because Google is out to get you. It’s because your content strategy isn’t good enough—yet.
So, here’s the move: Start writing for real humans, optimize for search engines, and watch your rankings, traffic, and sales go places. Or keep writing content that no one reads—it’s your call.

Optimizing URL Structures: Tools and Techniques to Help Employees Succeed
Creating a winning digital strategy involves several key components, one of which is the often-overlooked aspect of URL structure. Whether you're an SEO beginner or an experienced marketer in Salt Lake SEO, crafting an optimized, user-friendly URL can work wonders for your website's ranking and audience engagement.
This guide explains why structured URLs matter, lists the best tools for optimization, and offers actionable tips to help your team implement effective URL strategies.
Why URL Structure Matters for SEO
A properly structured URL serves as a roadmap for both users and search engines. Here’s how it impacts your SEO efforts:
Improved Crawlability: Search engines use URLs to crawl and index your website, so a well-structured URL helps your content rank faster.
Boosted Click-Through Rates (CTR): URLs that are simple and readable encourage users to click, compared to ones filled with confusing alphanumeric strings like "/xyz123".
Enhanced User Experience: A clear, concise URL gives users immediate context about the content they're about to view.
Keyword Relevance: Including keywords in URLs reinforces the content of your pages for search engines like Google.
Optimizing URL structures isn’t just for technical SEO experts; any digital marketer or business owner can (and should) adopt these simple strategies.
Tools for Building Optimized URLs
The right tools can simplify the URL optimization process. Here are some of the best options, each suited for different needs:
1. Yoast SEO
Primarily a WordPress plugin, Yoast SEO offers real-time recommendations for optimizing URLs. It flags long URLs, shows keyword relevance, and integrates seamlessly with other website functions.
2. Screaming Frog
This web crawler tool scans your entire website and analyzes your existing URL structure for duplicate content, broken links, or overly long URLs. Screaming Frog is a must-have for larger websites.
3. Ahrefs
Salt Lake SEO professionals love Ahrefs for its powerful suite of tools, including URL optimization. Use Ahrefs’ Site Audit feature to evaluate how keyword-rich and user-friendly your URLs are compared to competitors.
4. Google Search Console
This free tool from Google helps you understand how search engines perceive your site. Use it to monitor URL performance and detect crawling issues that could hinder rankings.
5. Ubersuggest
Created by marketing guru Neil Patel, Ubersuggest is beginner-friendly and helps identify high-performing keywords to integrate into your URL structure.
These tools make it easy for your team to streamline URLs without getting bogged down in technical jargon. Now that you’re equipped, it’s time to learn the techniques.
Techniques for Effective URL Optimization
1. Keep URLs Short and Simple
Lengthy URLs confuse both users and search engines. Aim for around 50-60 characters or fewer, sticking to words that add context to your page's content. Use hyphens (-) instead of underscores (_) for word separation, as the former is preferred by search algorithms.
Example:
Bad URL - `/category/item1234extra-details-unnecessary-info`
Optimized URL - `/fresh-coffee-beans`
2. Use Relevant Keywords
Including primary keywords in your URL can improve search visibility and user trust. Be cautious not to overstuff it—use only one or two essential keywords.
Example:
If your focus is Salt Lake SEO, an optimized URL would look like this:
`/salt-lake-seo-services`
3. Avoid Dynamic Parameters
Dynamic URLs with parameters like “?id=123&sort=ASC” can confuse users and hinder indexation by search engines. Whenever possible, convert dynamic URLs into static versions that are much cleaner and easier to interpret.
4. Remove Stop Words
Common words like “and,” “the,” or “of” should be avoided in URLs, as they dilute keyword relevance and make URLs unnecessarily long.
Example:
Original URL - `/the-best-ways-for-seo-in-salt-lake`
Optimized URL - `/best-seo-ways-salt-lake`
5. Leverage HTTPS
Not only does HTTPS offer better security protocols, but search engines give ranking preference to secure sites. Ensure your URLs reflect this by migrating to HTTPS via an SSL certificate.
6. Set a Consistent URL Structure
Create a hierarchy that makes sense for your audience. Group related content under parent categories and subcategories, keeping URLs uniform for all pages on the site.
Example:
`/blog/seo-tips` for SEO-related blog articles.
`/services/salt-lake-seo` for service pages.
7. Canonicalize Duplicate URLs
Duplicate URLs confuse search engines about which pages to rank first. Resolve this by specifying a canonical URL for your preferred version using meta tags or Google tools.
Empowering Your Employees with URL Optimization
One of the biggest hurdles in implementing SEO strategies like URL optimization is ensuring everyone on your team is equipped and aligned. Here's how to accomplish this effectively:
Training Sessions: Invest in training sessions focusing on tool usage and SEO fundamentals for team members.
Clear Guidelines: Provide a checklist or documentation that outlines your URL best practices to maintain consistency.
Collaborative Tools: Use task management software like Trello to coordinate efforts between teams, especially marketing and IT departments.
SEO isn't just a task for specialists—it’s a collaborative effort that involves digital marketers, web developers, and content creators working together.
The Impact of Solid URL Structures
A well-optimized URL structure may seem like a small detail, but it can have lasting effects on your website’s success. Improved rankings, easier navigation, and a better user experience are just the tip of the iceberg. And if you're competing in markets like Salt Lake SEO, these techniques are essential to gaining a competitive edge.
If you haven’t already, start analyzing your site’s current URLs. Pick one or two tools from the list above and start experimenting. Before long, you’ll witness the power of a well-crafted URL in driving traffic and engagement.
