Il plesso di via Asiago chiuso per lavori di riqualificazione e le classi dislocate in altre due strutture: alla “Perchi” e alla “Federico II”

JESI, 17 settembre 2018 – É scivolato via  senza intoppi il rientro a scuola di oggi anche per gli alunni delle elementari Martiri della Libertà costretti al cambio di edificio scolastico. In seguito ai lavori di messa in sicurezza della scuola di via Asiago, infatti, sono stati dislocati in due plessi diversi. I ragazzi che frequentano il tempo pieno sono stati ospitati dalla scuola Gemma Perchi in zona Minonna, quelli del modulo invece dal Federico II, in zona San Giuseppe, piazzale San Savino. Disagi temporanei ai quali il Comune ha adattato una soluzione che andrà avanti per l’intero anno scolastico 2018-19 mettendo a disposizione gratuitamente due bus navetta che li porteranno davanti alle scuole ospitanti.

Un servizio che aiuterà i genitori e i ragazzi a sentire un po’ meno il peso del forzato cambiamento dovuto ai lavori, comunque necessari. Questa mattina da via Asiago sono partite due navette, una alle 7.40 per la scuola Perchi – il cui tragitto si è allungato di non poco perché prevede il transito attraverso Piandelmedico visto che il ponte San Carlo è impraticabile in quanto chiuso al traffico pesante – con rientro alle 16.15 e una poco dopo, alle 8.05, con rientri previsti per le 12.55 per prima, seconda e terza classe e 13.15 per le quarte e le quinte, dal Federico II.

cade has a pretty big capacity but ultimately I think willow would have him beat by a very slight margin. cade would not be pleased about that

Who’s most likely to get a stomachache from overeating?

willow probably, if he’s eating something tasty there’s a good chance he will keep going even when he starts to feel full. she’s usually able to catch it before mild discomfort and soreness turns into nausea, though that wasn’t always the case…

Who is most likely to seek out tummy rubs when they’re stuffed?

definitely tansy! getting its belly rubbed is a big part of the appeal of being stuffed, and getting love and attention from its girlfriend niah is always amazing. a date night with a bunch of good food that ends up with her tummy being stroked and kissed is something she always looks forward to. willow is content rubbing her own full tummy, but quite enjoys when someone else does so too

Who is most likely to accidentally stuff themselves because they were not paying attention to how full their tummy was getting?

chuck, absolutely. he’s often multi-tasking while he eats, whether chatting with friends, watching tv, or working on a project, so there’s a good chance he’ll wind up fuller than anticipated

Which character would be most likely to wind up stuffed attending a potluck with a wide array of home-cooked comfort foods?

niah! you might think, out of the pair of them, it would be tansy, but she knows her limit and prefers to be stuffed in private. niah adores when several people get together and make their specialties- it reminds her of family reunions, which she looks back on with fondness. she has to sample everything, and then get seconds of whatever tastes best. by the time she’s done, she’s filled with plenty of good home cooking!

willow and cade lore for you. under a cut bc this isn’t kink related

so in her 20s (pre-transition) willow had dropped out of college and was looking for job opportunities in the entertainment industry. he ended up working as an assistant to a guy named cade who already owned a small chain of movie theaters and had some crazy ideas about how to make the experience more immersive and engaging. it seemed to be a dream job, and willow was swept up in cade's visions of the future. unfortunately, it was a few months before willow realized she was in over her head. cade had a terrible habit of making the important decisions while leaving him to do all the work, leading to ridiculous amounts of overtime to the point where work was basically all she did. while just barely staying on top of things, willow grew to resent cade. it was clear to him now why cade was always so carefree and calm- he never actually had to worry about how to follow through with things. she became angry and bitter, heading straight for burnout. cade, not seeing anything wrong with how he acted, was annoyed with this and made it worse by being a jerk about it. eventually, things came to a head with the two of them barely tolerating one another, and willow quit. it took a while, but he got into a better place- learning to take time for herself, getting proper nutrition, and ending up much happier and more comfortable with herself after transitioning in her 30s. meanwhile, cade grew his entertainment empire and leaned into his hedonistic tendencies, having learned nothing except “hire more assistants next time”. the two of them still run in slightly similar circles and have mutual acquaintances. they cannot stand each other

cade has a rather noisy stomach when he’s too hungry or too full. when he’s working he tends to have several little snacks throughout the day to avoid either extreme, because he likes to give off a flawless image. outside of that, he very much enjoys having people spoil and pay attention to him when his stomach starts to growl or gurgle

Who’s most likely to get burpy?

tansy tends to swallow a lot of air if she eats too fast, which makes her bloated. a good belly rub works wonders to help it out. when it comes to beverages, lola dislikes drinking soda because the carbonation is pretty much guaranteed to make them burp a lot. she avoids it whenever possible because it embarrasses her

Who is the fussiest when a friend is down with a tummyache?

niah is very attentive towards tansy when she has tummy troubles. she might feel a little odd about doing the same for a friend she isn’t as close to, although she’d do her best. chuck pays a lot of attention to how his friends are feeling, so it’s likely that he’d notice if they had a sick stomach. he Will provide a gentle massage for a friend’s sore tummy if they like. willow has taken him up on this a good few times

Who is most likely to wind up overstuffed because they hate to waste food and are determined to finish up all the leftovers?

willow was in a situation where she didn’t have enough to eat for a while in her twenties, so she is very conscious about wasting food. there were a few times in the past where he wasn’t sure when he’d eat again, and ate so much it started to hurt. as a result, at present he’ll try to mostly stick to stuff that won’t reheat well, and even that will leave him plenty full. then again, her stomach capacity has expanded noticeably since then…

Which character would be most likely to wind up stuffed indulging on freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies, soft and gooey out of the oven?

niah and willow have the biggest sweet tooths (teeth?) out of the cast. although niah’s favorite cookies are snickerdoodles and willow’s are maple cookies, neither would turn down chocolate chip- especially fresh-baked. lola could also be lured in by the wonderful smell. considering it doesn’t take a lot of food to fill his tummy, lola would be most likely out of the three of them to get stuffed before the taste started to get too samey. 5 cookies and a glass of milk, and she’ll be out

🫢 Do they have any kind of belly kink or awareness of it? Do any of the characters around them?

tansy and niah both have stuffing kinks, usually with tansy being fed and niah feeding it. tansy is generally more into getting stuffed, but she loves spoiling her girlfriend, so they swap roles occasionally. niah also just finds tummies to be very attractive. she often lets her hand rest on tansy’s even when it’s not full

willow kind of assumes everyone finds the idea of being just slightly too full to be a little sexy. eating on dates isn’t uncommon, after all. plus, he has a friend with benefits (chuck) who loves rubbing his belly after a nice big snack. it’s as normal and romantic to her as massaging your partner’s back or shoulders. she also finds the noticeable weight she’s put on since she finally began to care for herself properly to be hot, although that’s partially gender euphoria and finally being happy with how he looks

chuck doesn’t think he has a belly kink, he just likes to get a peek of a midriff when someone reaches up… or watch a pretty girl absentmindedly pat her tummy after eating too much… or feel the soft curve of a guy’s big stomach against his while they make out… wait what was the question again

cade doesn’t specifically have any belly-related kinks. he is a massive hedonist, though, and that often intersects with eating as much extravagant, delicious food as he can. he wouldn’t be opposed to someone he got involved with paying specific attention to his belly, just as long as they’re focused on him. cade is very self-absorbed

lola has a wide knowledge of kinks. while stuffing itself doesn’t do much for them, she can and will mix it with a little sadism when her lovers are interested. she gets to dominate them, and they get to indulge until they can’t sit up. everyone gets turned on and happy. he has a bit of magical knowledge as well. though he doesn’t use it just for kink, it can help increase someone’s stomach capacity or help with digestion during aftercare, among other things. on the topic of bellies, they do think pregnancy is hot as well lol

Un’area, quella tra via XX Luglio e i giardini di viale Cavallotti, che potrebbe essere sfruttata per una pista ciclabile visto che quella di via Grecia dovrebbe essere soppressa

  JESI, 4 novembre 2018 – Sembrerebbe un luogo dantesco, la selva oscura di cui parla il sommo poeta fiorentino all’ingresso dell’inferno, invece è il Vallato che  parte da via XX luglio fino ad arrivare ai giardini pubblici di viale Cavallotti.

Un parco immenso, un polmone verde importante lasciato nel più completo degrado tra piante infestanti, rifiuti, ratti e serpenti che raggiungono le abitazioni vicine.

Una zona ampia, solo parzialmente percorribile tra rovi e fango, piante che lasciate crescere hanno rami che raggiungono il terreno e si legano naturalmente a rami di querce ed edera.

Un vero e proprio guazzabuglio verde portato alla luce da Massimiliano Lucaboni, ex candidato Sindaco: «Ci sono tante aree verdi in città che si potrebbero ripulire e rendere accessibili alla gente. Bisogna spenderci tempo e denaro ma soprattutto ci vuole la volontà politica».

Incalza Lucaboni: «Questa area potrebbe essere sfruttata come zona ciclabile vista l’imponente metratura e il tanto verde. Il Comune ha speso molto per realizzare piste ciclabili inoltre sembra che quella in via Grecia sarà soppressa perché come sempre sostenuto dal sottoscritto pericolosa sia per chi la utilizza sia perché ha ristretto la carreggiata principale eliminando anche i parcheggi. Ora, se questa ciclabile verrà giustamente rimossa verranno comunque spesi nuovi soldi pubblici».

In passato raccontano i residenti, alcuni abitanti della zona hanno tentato di riqualificare il parco, piantando alberi da frutto, coltivando piccoli appezzamenti di terra e potando gli alberi più imponenti sempre proteggendo le querce secolari dalle erbe infestanti.

Ora, però, quegli stessi  residenti hanno desistito stanchi delle continue promesse dell’Amministrazione che assicura, da anni, la fine del degrado che non avviene.

Promesse al vento come quello che sferza in questa selva oscura dimenticata da molti, presa di mira da altri che hanno trovato in questa zona un luogo dove trasgredire e passare serate al limite della decenza.

JESI, 9 ottobre 2018 – Ritrovata la botte dell’Hemingway Cafè: era in fondo alle “Scalette della morte”, costa Mezzalancia: l’allarme lo aveva lanciato lo stesso titolare del noto locale, Davide Zannotti, che si era ritrovato senza una delle sue botti – tavolino posizionate all’esterno, in piazza delle Monachette, sottratta in una notte del fine settimana.

«Hanno le ore contate i responsabili del furto della botte dal mio locale – ci dice Zannotti – , la Polizia sta analizzando le immagini della video sorveglianza che hanno ripreso il tutto e, denuncia alla mano, troveremo i colpevoli».

Proprio ieri Zannotti aveva diffuso la notizia del furto tramite Facebook offrendo una ricompensa a chi avesse fornito informazioni utili al ritrovamento. «Forse si è trattato di un atto vandalico o di un dispetto, un po’ di invidia da parte di qualcuno che ci vede lavorare tanto – sostiene –  comunque, un gesto vile che mi ha dato molto fastidio. Ringrazio gli operatori di Jesi Servizi che stamattina all’alba mi hanno subito avvertito e i tantissimi messaggi che sto ricevendo da chi passa».

JESI, 29 settembre 2018 – Lo stato di salute del monumento a Pergolesi permette di poter procedere al suo spostamento.

È la comunicazione di Roberto Renzi, assessore ai lavori pubblici che ieri, presa la parola in Consiglio comunale, durante le dichiarazioni del Sindaco, ha dichiarato che «dopo gli ulteriori esami, nello specifico termografie interne del monumento, non sono emerse criticità, nè lesioni, né fratture, ma solo la presenza di elementi metallici. Nessuna situazione critica, quindi, e nei prossimi giorni, dopo ulteriori analisi, se il verdetto sarà lo stesso e le condizioni del monumento risultassero buone, si procederà allo spostamento con traslazione su binari».

Non è tutto, perché la piazza intitolata al musicista, in via di riqualificazione, ha altre emergenze da affrontare, come è noto.

«In seguito a un sopralluogo del sovrintendente presso la chiesa di San Nicolò e l’ex convento delle suore Giuseppine – ha sottolineato l’assessore – si lavorerà per garantire un miglior decoro degli stessi stabili».

JESI / MONUMENTO A PERGOLESI PRONTO A SALIRE SUI BINARI PER ESSERE SPOSTATO JESI, 29 settembre 2018 - Lo stato di salute del monumento a Pergolesi permette di poter procedere al suo spostamento.

JESI, 25 settembre 2018 – Caprette addette allo sfalcio delle aree verdi in mostra a Porta Valle per le Fiere di San Settimio.

Sono cinque, da compagnia tibetane – 3 maschi e due femmine – che il signor Carlo, tutore e addetto al benessere degli animali, ha portato con sè tra l’erba e le bancarelle per far conoscere il progetto alla cittadinanza.

Lo sapevate che 15 caprette stanno contribuendo allo sfalcio delle aree verdi pubbliche? L’utilizzo degli animali da fattoria è la novità prevista dall’appalto del comune di Jesi per la manutenzione del verde pubblico. Dai primi mesi dell’anno le caprette si trovano dietro via Binda, in zona Fausto Coppi. Sono alloggiate in una casetta di legno all’interno di un’area recintata e continuamente monitorate dal servizio veterinario.

Questo progetto pilota di manutenzione del verde con le caprette è stato reso possibile dalla proposta migliorativa inserita nell’offerta di gestione del verde, formulata dal raggruppamento di imprese costituito dalla Cooperativa sociale Koinonia e dalla ditta Papa Cesare.

Ce ne parla, appunto, Carlo Pelonara, responsabile: «Ho sotto la mia custodia le 15 caprette, prima erano 17, due sono decedute e le curo amorevolmente – spiega – dopo aver vinto l’appalto per il comune di Jesi. Ora l’obiettivo principale è quello di far avvicinare studenti e cittadini a questo tipo di realtà. Per ora il progetto che mi riguarda si ferma in via Binda ma presto spero di poter lavorare anche in altre zone o comunque che altri miei colleghi possano intervenire».

«Per ora siamo vincolati dall’argomento sanità a quello del ricovero degli animali, all’acqua di rete e all’illuminazione, e con il Comune eravamo d’accordo che avremmo messo della cartellonistica con lo scopo di far conoscere il progetto ma ancora non ho visto nulla, mi auguro che nel giro di breve tempo questo sia fatto. Intanto, ho portato le mie caprette a Porta Valle per farle conoscere al pubblico». Come dire se Maometto non va alla montagna, la montagna va da Maometto… con tanto di caprette.

JESI, 24 settembre 2018 – Presentato questa mattina nel corso di una conferenza stampa nell’aula consiliare il convegno “Obesità: un nuovo percorso sanitario e sociale“.

L’incontro, che si terrà sabato 29 settembre alle 17 a Palazzo dei Convegni è organizzato dal comune di Jesi e dall’Asur Marche Area Vasta 2. Presenti l’assessore Marialuisa Quaglieri, Virginia Fedele, della direzione medica dell’ospedale “Carlo Urbani “, e Roberto Campagnacci direttore della chirurgia dell’ospedale jesino.

«Questo è il secondo convegno che il Comune organizza per mettere in evidenza un percorso sanitario sociale» ha precisato l’assessore Quaglieri, aggiungendo che «dopo quello sui vaccini di qualche mese fa, ora proponiamo questo sul contrasto all’obesità, piaga che affligge molte persone sul territorio e sempre più i giovani“.

Ha spiegato la dottoressa Fedele che «in Italia, secondo gli ultimi dati, almeno il 34% delle persone è in sovrappeso, soprattutto giovani, e nei casi più gravi spesso non bastano drastiche diete e sport ma occorre affrontare il problema con un équipe di medici. La richiesta di aiuto può arrivare dal medico di base che invia da noi, al “Carlo Urbani”, il paziente: sarà poi un team di medici che, dopo esami e indagini specifiche, deciderà come procedere».

«Nei casi di obesità più gravi – ha affermato il dottor Campagnacci  – dopo accurati esami, se tutta l’équipe concorda, si arriva a una operazione molto difficile in laparoscopia, che aiuterà il paziente nella fase di dimagrimento. Ricordo che lo screaning e tutto il percorso sarà a carico del Servizio Sanitario Nazionale e per questo ci aspettiamo pazienti anche da altre regioni d’ Italia. L’ospedale “Carlo Urbani”, fiore all’occhiello della sanità marchigiana, è in grado di accogliere questa nuova sfida, ha tutte le potenzialità per farlo».

Tutto è pronto, quindi, per questo nuovo progetto che vede coinvolti anche il reparto di psichiatria diretto da Massimo Mari, vari nutrizionisti, il reparto di terapia intensiva,  con Tonino Bernacconi.

Sarà presente al convegno anche Maurizio Bevilacqua, direttore dell’Area Vasta 2.

JESI, 21 settembre 2018 – Malcostume sempre più diffuso presso il parcheggio dell’ospedale “Carlo Urbani”. Qualche giorno fa, infatti, alcuni cittadini si sono lamentati perché auto dell’Asur erano in sosta negli stalli del parcheggio riservato ai disabili (foto in primo piano). Come se non bastasse, inoltre – e la foto lo documenta in maniera evidente – un’autovettura si trovava sistemata proprio sotto lo stop, messa lì a intralciare manovrabilità e visibilità all’incrocio.

Non sappiamo se le auto Asur avessero a bordo disabili ma di sicuro non avevano l’autorizzazione esposta.

Dalla Polizia Locale ci viene fatto sapere – tanto per essere sicuri –  che anche se si di trattasse di auto di proprietà Asur, nessuno è autorizzato a parcheggiare nel posto riservato ai disabili senza regolare autorizzazione.

Pur comprendendo che i lavori in corso al momento presso una diversa area ospedaliera possano aver portato a una riduzione dei posti auto, non si può non rilevare che questa incivile abitudine percorre la vita di tutti.

JESI, 3 settembre  2018 – Degrado e incuria nell’area del nuovo cimitero di Jesi, quello della piramide per intenderci (foto in primo piano). Pezzi di intonaco per terra, sotto le scale e le colonne che ne affiancano l’entrata. Le segnalazioni arrivano dai nostri lettori che si lamentano  per una situazione che di degna sepoltura per i loro cari non ne ha proprio i contorni.

Manca l’acqua su due piani e le scalinate, perpendicolari in alcuni punti, sono addirittura sgretolate, e non aiutano certo chi deve fare i conti con l’età che avanza, a raggiungere gli ampi spazi del cimitero dislocati su più piani. L’ascensore? Ci sarebbe pure ma, ci dicono, «funziona a singhiozzo».

Infiltrazioni d’acqua sul cemento fanno sì che la parte esterna dei pilastri mostri le barre di ferro che li “armano“. Un progetto avveniristico iniziato nella metà degli anni ’80 del secolo scorso che, è proprio il caso di dirlo, fa acqua da tutte le parti.

Per fortuna in alcune zone del cimitero ci sono coperture messe a protezione delle lapidi verticali in travertino. Ampi spazi non utilizzati, poi, sono diventati terreno fertile per muffe e muschio. Una situazione difficile da accettare tanto più se si pensa che quello dovrebbe essere un luogo di raccoglimento e non una struttura che sembra stia cedendo all’abbandono.
