when your children are still babies, they get so so upset when gojo comes home and doesn’t immediately pick them up. your baby has recently learned that the sound of the front door opening and closing usually signals the return of their father so tonight, when the door opens, your baby’s head perks up. when he finally takes his shoes off and makes his way into the home, he spots his little angel on the couch. “hi baby!” he coos at them with a smile on his face and his hands full with some packages. “let me go put these down and i’ll be right back!” he tries to explain, to which your baby just obliviously smiles at, just happy to see their father and know that he’s giving them attention. but when they realize that he’s leaving their sight and didn’t immediately pick them up… oh have mercy. it becomes a shit storm because who does he think he is?? to not give his baby all his time and attention! gojo comes running back into the living room confused as to why they’re crying but as soon as he picks them up, they stop crying and start giggling. what a dramatic little baby you’ve been blessed with. the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree ig

SHUT UPPPPP because you know Satoru loves the attention too, they’re a perfect match together bye. All you can do is stand, bemused, as Satoru picks up the baby and almost instantly quells his crying, rocking him back and forth before stretching his arms to hold the kid at eye level with him and cooing, “Oh, I’m sorry my love, I missed you too, soooooo much,” Satoru bends his arms to brush their noses together and grin at the giggles the baby emits, “You missed me too, yeah? Aren’t you the sweetest little thing, missing me like that? So precious.” Satoru covers the baby in kisses and sweet words for nearly five straight minutes and they both love to bask in each other’s attention (you have the videos to prove it).
Something kinda funny tho is… you’re 98% sure your son can tell that Satoru will give into quickest lmfaoo. Your baby cries sometimes when you have to leave him, sure, and can definitely throw a fit when he wants your attention—but he seems to know to cry (or squeal, or babble, or screech) on demand for his sucker of a father. Nanami, Shoko, Megumi, and Yuuta (your on rotation band of baby sitters) have noticed that the kid loves to be held and has no shame gesturing for it—but they’ve never experienced the baby crying when they so much as step away for a moment, unless he’s hungry or needs to be changed. You don’t have the heart to tell Satoru he’s being played tho, so you just let them have their moment <333 (not that it would matter, Satoru can’t stand to see your kid cry in any capacity, so he’d go right back to giving in; plus it’s a win-win in his book anyway: baby stops crying, and he gets cuddles from his son).
(Then again, you think the need and love for attention might just be genetic, because Satoru has cried big tears a handful of times just leaving you and your baby at home for a few hours).

Luffy’s lovesick crewmates need a little push. He’s more than happy to give them a necessary shove.
—
Luffy is grumbling as he approaches Nami and Robin on the uppermost deck. They watch curiously as the rubber man mutters to himself, an unhappy look on his face as he drapes himself along the railing.
“Is everything alright, Captain?” Robin asks. The women come to stand on either side of him.
“I wanna play with Usopp, but he’s busy talking with Sanji.” His frown deepens. “He’s always hanging out with Sanji. It’s like they love each other or something.”
Nami’s eyebrows raise, a mischievous smile spreading on her face. Robin just shakes her head, silently telling her to stay quiet.
“What do you think?” the archaeologist asks. “Do you think they love each other?”
The pirate captain hums thoughtfully. All three of them are watching their two crewmates sitting on the grassy deck below them.
Sanji and Usopp are sitting together, close enough that their knees are touching. Sanji is uncharacteristically talkative, all smiles and sweeping gestures as he keeps his eyes on the marksman.
Usopp is listening raptly, a fond grin on his face and stars in his eyes. He’s nodding along, asking questions and making jokes.
As they laugh and converse, the duo seem to unconsciously lean toward to one another, as if drawn to their respective energies.
Sanji’s hand, the one closest to Usopp, comes to rest on the grass. As he adjusts, his fingers brush Usopp’s. Both men freeze before leaning back and snatching their hands away, averting their gazes with red-tinged faces.
“They do that all the time!” Luffy exclaims in exasperation. “They get closer and closer but then they pull away, like they’re scared. Usopp shouldn’t ditch me if he’s not even gonna do what he really wants,” he pouts.
“So, you think they love each other but they’re too scared to admit it?” Nami clarifies.
“Yeah! And that’s stupid. If you love someone, you should tell them.”
“Y’know Captain, I agree with you,” Nami says, a false sweetness to her voice. “But it seems that Sanji and Usopp haven’t gotten the hint.”
“I think the two of them need a little push,” Robin suggests. “Perhaps their Captain can help them get their affairs in order?”
Luffy stands with a decisive nod. “I’ll do it. I won’t let anyone stand in the way of my crew’s happiness. Not even my crew!”
Without another word, Luffy hops onto the railing and stretches his arms downwards. He gets one hand on Sanji’s shoulder and the other on Usopp’s, startling the two men. They don’t even have time to protest before Luffy is launching himself at them, knocking them all over.
“Usopp! Sanji!”
“What’s the big idea, Luffy?!”
They all sit up, Sanji and Usopp glaring at their Captain while he frowns back.
“I’m mad at you two!”
“What? Why? What’d we do?”
“You two aren’t being honest!” Luffy accuses.
“We aren’t being honest about what?” Sanji asks, frustration obvious in his tone.
“Your feelings! Usopp loves Sanji, and Sanji loves Usopp, but neither of you will say so! It’s dumb!”
Luffy continues his rant, unaware of how he’s rendered his red-faced crewmates speechless.
“Don’t forget that we’re pirates! We’re supposed to be free and take what we want! And we’re nakama. We’ll always be there for each other, no matter what. Do you get it? If you love each other you should say so!”
“B-b-but Luffy—”
“No buts! Get your shit together, Captain’s orders! In fact, you guys should kiss right now.”
“We are not kissing in front of you, Luffy!”
“But you will kiss, right?”
“I-I mean, if Sanji wants to…”
“I want to! I really want to.”
“Great! So go kiss, lovebirds!”
Usopp and Sanji sit in stunned, embarrassed silence for a few moments. Ultimately, Luffy’s expectant look is what spurs them into action.
Sanji jumps to his feet. He’s practically glowing from how hard he’s blushing, but he pushes through his overwhelm to extend a hand out to Usopp.
“Come with me to the galley?”
Usopp blinks up at him in astonishment for a moment before he takes Sanji’s hand, allowing him to pull him to his feet. The sniper grins shyly at the chef, softly twining their fingers together.
“You really want to kiss me?” Usopp has to ask, bashfully batting is long, dark lashes.
“I do,” Sanji smiles. He looks at Luffy, then up at Robin and Nami, who he’d noticed are watching them. He cringes at the attention, returning his gaze to Usopp. “Just, not in front our crewmates. At least, not the first time. And I’ve got some things I want to tell you that are probably better said in private, for both of our sakes.”
“Me too,” Usopp whispers.
“Well then, looks like we’re in agreement. Shall we?”
Sanji leads Usopp to the galley, both of them ignoring the cheering from the nosy trio. The door slams behind them, muffling the sound of shared laughter and whispered confessions.
Luffy launches himself back up the ship so he can peek inside the window and check on his handiwork.
“So, Captain?” Nami asks, leaning over the railing above him. “Did they keep their promise?”
Luffy giggles happily. “They sure did! They look super happy now. Problem solved!”
He takes a moment to observe his crewmates as they seal their bond. Robin and Nami watch as a look of panic overtakes his face as he seems to realize something. “Wait! Now that they’re in love, will Usopp spend even less time with me? And will Sanji be too busy to make me meat and snacks? No!”
Nami shakes her head and Robin chuckles as the Straw Hat bursts into the galley, loudly interrupting the union he insisted on.
Neither of them try to stop him to protect the moment for the newly established couple. Their Captain needs his food and attention, after all.

I can’t understand how people are angry with the kiss. Yes, it didn’t come from the best of circumstances but that scene was utterly perfect in all aspects of emotion, music, writing, and acting.
I definitely do not like angst but while I was sad with this scene I was also extremely happy. Even though they is a rift in the relationship. Even though Aziraphale has chosen to leave, they still recognized their feelings.
We saw it first on Aziraphale’s look to Crowley when Gabriel and Beelzebub were being lovey dovey, he wanted that and knew he wanted it. Then Crowley has the talk with Nina and Maggie and actually fully recognizes his romantic feelings for Aziraphale!!
He pleads with Aziraphale not to leave him because he sure as Hell isn’t going to Heaven. He’s always wanted it to be them but now knows why. It isn’t because of an apocalypse that he could also reasonably run away from himself. No. He wants it to just be him and Aziraphale (+ Earth if we’re being honest here).
And Aziraphale acknowledges this. He wants it to be them. Us. But in heaven, a place that Crowley would never want to go unless he absolutely needed to. He knows now that Crowley feels strongly towards him, more than he knew before, he welcomes it on one condition. However that condition is too much of an ask for Crowley, who knows the truth.
Crowley tells him the the nightingale is no longer singing. It’s heaven or him and Crowley knows the choice that Aziraphale is making. But he still wants Aziraphale to truly know what that means.
They both plead more but Aziraphale has had enough and turns away. He can’t face his own feelings head on when he knows Crowley can’t come with him.
For Crowley this head turn is the last straw. He has no more options. Aziraphale has chosen. He’s not going to budge. But that turn shows Crowley that Aziraphale is willing to leave him and the long life that they’ve lived together.
In a desperate plea he rushes over and pulls Aziraphale into a kiss. For most of their time on Earth they couldn’t even admit to being friends. In the past few years they’ve slowly been able to admit that. But they were still closed off.
Demons, angels, they didn’t need to show any physical indication that they cared for each other. They just knew.
For Crowley, he was impulsive and always following the newest fashion trends. He moved too fast for an Aziraphale who held on to what he could of the past. He ran a damn antique bookshop where he refused to sell any books for fucks sake.
For Crowley, once he realized his feelings the decision to kiss Aziraphale was an easy one to make. But for Aziraphale it was catastrophic. It was too much all at once.
But he still tried to hold onto Crowley. He tried to savor something so unusual yet so wonderfully full of love. He’s still scared. It’s evident when Crowley pulls away.
He tries to say the first thing that comes to mind but he stops himself. He forgives Crowley for what he did. He forgives Crowley for trying to influence him one last time.
Tired of it all and his terribly dense angel, Crowley leaves.
Aziraphale needs him so bad in this moment. He almost starts crying as he touches his lips. Something so full of love that had to occur at such a terrible time.
He’s stuck on his decision but can’t help but look back to Crowley before leaving for heaven. Even when he didn’t want to admit it, they were always on their side. But their side didn’t exist anymore.
