Besides becoming a Dad of two early on, what else is different about Ash from the SM! Timeline? Do the growth serums affect his aura abilities?

Yup!

-Like Indigo's Danger Sense, Ash's Aura sense goes HAYWIRE. For a solid 2 - 3 years (closer to 2 1/2 years) Ash cannot see. Zilch, zero, nada.

It's all just washed out in blue, and while it looks like he can see, he's really just following motions and depending on others to help him see things he cant. Ie, Rocks, Balls, inanimate objects that have no light to them.

This also leads to him avoiding souls that are waiting to pass on, so often times, people see him avoiding something that no one else can see.

It also means that huge outbursts of power are very much blinding to him. It hurts to see and he needs to calm em down immediately. Peach going Mega the first time was blindingly painful, even if she was a baby.

- Ash struggles to walk normally for a few years. By the time he, Indigo and Peach go to travel, he's a little less clumsy, but long periods of walking exhaust him. Being, technically, blind for the first few years, he had to float to avoid tripping over things and it sorta latched on out of habit. It took a longtime to even relearn how to stay standing down. Its no where near Peach's initial come in in canon.

-Because he was treated older, Ash sorta misses the branch of growth that other kids get- Indigo too- and they both lack very noticeable social cues because of it. They manage easier as time goes on.
