The Ultimate Thread Of Koincidences (2020) Part 2
Ok, I exceeded the pictures limit. So here's part two of all the Koincidences I could find for 2020.
If you haven't seen the other part, I highly suggest you do before reading this one:
Fall of 2019 (X)
2020 Part 1 (X)
As always, I'll include links to posts about specific part of Kaylor Lore to give more context. So when there's a (X) beside something it's to give you more information and help you understand better.
July 23rd:
Where we left off.
Karlie also posted that day a video for Kode With Klossy with a code. And in the code you can read really well : "Easter Egg"
July 24th:
Folklore is out.
So many references to Karlie in there.
But two things worth mentioning:
That line.
Source: Kwyw
And the fact that baby is the 13th word after Levi in cardigan:
Also. Shoutout to the Cardigan's merch that has three stars just like Karlie's Express bomber's jacket (from 2017).
Thanks Vegasborn on Twitter for finding this.
Another thing worth mentioning is that in Big Sur, there's a vineyard called Folktale and the font is really close to Folklore's.
Still July 24th
Kimby post a bunch of pictures of Big Sur on Instagram
July 25th:
Kimby likes a Folklore meme on Instagram:
AND
Karlie likes a post of Christian Siriano that says that mentions Taylor.
ALSO
This is the day of the infamous : "OMG did you just called me "daddy"?" tweet.
July 26th:
Martha Hunt does a post wearring a Cardigan with the caption "Peter losing Wendy"
Karlie liked that post
July 27th:
Derek did a post about Cardigan on Twitter. (I can no longer find it).
July 30th
Taylor comment a tweet with two fairies emojis....
Just like Karlie's caption on her post dancing in a Cardigan, 13 days before Folklore's release...
Also.
Karlie does a post on Twitter wich is a recall of a 2015 photoshoot, where she posed as Betty Crocker...
With the caption:
August 2020:
August 3rd:
Karlie's Birthday. Exile becomes a Radio single.
This is one of the two tracks where William Bowery has writting credits.
August 17th:
Betty becomes a radio single.
Still in Karlie's birthday month.
It's the second track where William Bowery has writting credits on.
August 18th:
The Lakes official lyrics video is out.
"I don't belong, and my beloved neither do you"
August 20th
Karlie does a YouTube video on Klossy.
Lots to unpack in this video.
Let's start with how it tied to The Lakes and those lyrics.
One of the books she presents is nammed "Beloved".
Also. Behind her, the firs clok on the wall is the same as the clock in Cardigan's MV, without the mechanism and glass.
And another very cute Koincidence is this:
youtube
youtube
Novembre 2020:
Novembre 13th:
Taylor has her Musicians on Musicians interview with Paul McCartney. (X)
So many interesting things in that interview...
We learn that Taylor was in LA when lockdown happened... and so was Karlie.
2. This whole part about Peace. She is litteraly describing her relationship with Karlie and the Love Blackout.
Swift: That’s the best. I want to hear current things, too, to update me on where the artist is. I was wondering about lyrics, and where you were lyrically when you were making this record. Because when I was making Folklore, I went lyrically in a total direction of escapism and romanticism. And I wrote songs imagining I was, like, a pioneer woman in a forbidden love affair [laughs]. I was completely …
McCartney: Was this “I want to give you a child”? Is that one of the lines?
Swift: Oh, that’s a song called “Peace.”
McCartney: “Peace,” I like that one.
Swift: “Peace” is actually more rooted in my personal life. I know you have done a really excellent job of this in your personal life: carving out a human life within a public life, and how scary that can be when you do fall in love and you meet someone, especially if you’ve met someone who has a very grounded, normal way of living. I, oftentimes, in my anxieties, can control how I am as a person and how normal I act and rationalize things, but I cannot control if there are 20 photographers outside in the bushes and what they do and if they follow our car and if they interrupt our lives. I can’t control if there’s going to be a fake weird headline about us in the news tomorrow.
McCartney: So how does that go? Does your partner sympathize with that and understand?
Swift: Oh, absolutely.
McCartney: They have to, don’t they?
Swift: But I think that in knowing him and being in the relationship I am in now, I have definitely made decisions that have made my life feel more like a real life and less like just a storyline to be commented on in tabloids. Whether that’s deciding where to live, who to hang out with, when to not take a picture — the idea of privacy feels so strange to try to explain, but it’s really just trying to find bits of normalcy. That’s what that song “Peace” is talking about. Like, would it be enough if I could never fully achieve the normalcy that we both crave? Stella always tells me that she had as normal a childhood as she could ever hope for under the circumstances.
3. That part where Taylor has many questions about fame and having kids.
Swift: Did that give you a lot of anxiety when you had kids, when you felt like all this pressure that’s been put on me is spilling over onto them, that they didn’t sign up for it? Was that hard for you?
Novembre 17th:
Karlie announces her pregnancy online.
She also wears the Amulette de Cartier.
Novembre 22nd:
Taylor does the biggest lie of all time.
There's also the Swift-Kloss Family Crest in the frame on the table.
VERY important piece of Kaylor Lore (X)
Novembre 24th:
Did Karlie just announced the first re-record? (she did announce Folklore in advance as well as Midnights and Speak Now and so much more).
Also eye theory.
Novembre 25th:
Long Pond Studio Session is released on Disney +
There's A LOT of hints to Karlie in there:
She wears the same boots that she wore at Big Sur.
She wears a ring called "Soleil" (sun).
Almost the same as she wore in Cardigan MV
And she wears a daisy shirt
Another interesting thing. Is that part where she talks about who William Bowery is.
And Jack is like : "I thought you were doing a bit when you said "Joe and I wrote a song"... I thought it was gonna be like when people write cute songs about their animals "
Karlie's dog is nammed Joe...
youtube
Decembre 2020:
Decembre 1st:
Spotify wrap is out. And in Taylor's there's two adult cats and a baby cat.
And a post-it saying : It still feels like March.
(Levi was born on March 11th)
Also the post it seems to point where the possible due date.
The Grammy's were pushed back only in January, so she had no way to know they would happen in March yet.
Source: KwYw
There you have it! All the Koincidences I could find for 2020.
If there's some missing, don't hesitate to tell me so I can add it.
Here's the two masterposts that hepled me make this one: (X) (X)

Oh, my god. Hi Ted talk anon, thanks for the compliment about my analysis. Thank YOU however for this new analysis because I’m gathering more information on these new posts. I also wanted to clarify that when you thought “bottle smash, I raise my hands” was about the plane incident,
This is all hypothetical and theoretical. None of this is proof or evidence unless Andy Biersack himself admits to theoretical situations.
TW: ABUSE, pictures of black eyes
WDHTD was released beforehand.
It has been documented in the past on this page (I believe) and other tumblr accounts that Juliet would scratch and punch him because in the past there were unexplained punch bruises on his face that weren’t cat scratches.
Pictures coming in three, two, one…
The first three are from the same incident. No Andy did not comment, nor provide explanation.
Before people come with the conclusion that a cat did this, look at his inner eyes and the circles around his eyelids, not the scratch. I’ve gotten into multiple fights with abusive people and I’ve had the same black eyes with nails punctured my eye corners like Andy’s.
Now the last two pictures merged, I will be calling them LEFT and RIGHT.
As someone who’s lived and witnessed people beating down on each other in extreme “love” relationships, I can confirm not with Andy but with other situations that there are busted lips and scratched eyes like him. Yes it was a woman beating on a man whom ive witnessed and she would not stop beating on his face and looked exactly like Andy’s on THE LEFT and RIGHT. To Juliet saying “I’m 5’6, I can’t beat a 6’2 man in the face”
And before anyone comments that Andy is 6’4, he himself on video said he’s 6’2.
I’ve seen 5’2 women beat 6’0 foot men in the face, the same 8 inch difference with all the force and damage and looked EXACTLY like Andy’s. Don’t try that shit with us.
“How would a woman beat on a man? What would it look like?”
These next few images are NOT MINE and I DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO THESE PHOTOS. I only searched up “black eye after fight”
Forgive me if anyone owns these images, I’m using them as an example of what black eyes and busted lips look like and I cropped out the majority of face to conceal identity.
And notice they all look like Andy’s. I didn’t have the heart to post what busted lips look like because it was more graphic.
If anyone is wondering where the busted lip of Andy’s is, it’s on THE LEFT bottom, in black and white. It’s on his right lip line.
THE LEFT and THE RIGHT pictures were taken on two different occasions circa the hair differences.
So, those lyrics saying “bottles smashed, I raise my hand” are indirectly saying someone threatened him with a broken glass alcohol bottle aka abuse and physical assault, and he raised his hands in survivor mode trying to calm the attacker down.
Recently, Juliet did a black eye filter on Instagram and it was indirectly suggested that She was either going to do it to Andy or something that is either untrue in all..
He’s a survivor and there is so much theoretical proof that he is a survivor.
Also, forgot to mention THE RIGHT shows indented bruises on his forehead and those are like punch bruises.
If hypothetically, this was someone close to him putting their hands on him, it would make sense why he were to be silent and silenced. It would make sense that after the plane incident when he buzzed his hair off that he was physically assaulted. It would make sense that he would, HIMSELF, take pictures of his black eye as proof he was being domestically abused.
Dear new fans, the first three photos are THREE years after he fell down and broke his nose.
The last pictures are a month/two after the plane incident and around 2017 while he was still doing Andy black THE SHADOW SIDE TOURING.
By the way, the shadow side means all the things left in the dark that you have to heal from.. and most of the songs are suggested about Juliet and the love songs were him hypothetically being guilted to write them about Juliet while he was at his weakest begging for mercy and a saviour and hence, the name, the shadow side album.
Also the hypothetical reason why Andy had to publically say Juliet was his hero. She’s not his hero, he didn’t want to get hurt in any way when he got near her.
Also… new caption on Lilith’s Czar’s photo has a threatening aura around it. Everyone wish Andy protection because things are not looking good for the couple and we’ve seen very aggressive online behavior from Juliet the past three days while Andy was in California. Very threatening attitude.
A/N: i'll never forget when he said he got a cut from hitting himself in the face with a car door. like??? especially knowing the car he drives. plus i'm 6'1 so around Andy's height and my face is not even close to the car door when i get in so idk how that's possible.

BDRPWriMo Task #28 - Closet
BDRPWriMo Task #28: Your character’s closet! Or, 15 iconic Franny Robinson outfits
1-4. Franny’s (four) wedding dresses
Cornelius and Franny’s wedding was heavily influenced by Cambodian wedding traditions. [read here and here, later I’ll post a full HC post about what Khmer traditions they followed and how, and which ones they forwent - like obviously Neil didn’t pay a dowry for Franny]
A traditional Cambodian wedding is comprised of many ceremonies, music, meals, gifts, and guests lasting for three days and three nights. Cambodians choose the number three because of its relation to “three jewels” of Buddhism: the Buddha, the Sangha, and the Dhamma. So Neil and Franny’s wedding ceremonies lasted three days, only family and close friends were invited to the majority of the ceremonies, with the Actual Wedding and reception happening on day three.
Neil paid for all of her mother’s surviving (post Khmer Rogue years) siblings and extended family to fly in from Cambodia if they’d remained there, or from the other countries they’d been resettled as refugees to. For some of her siblings and cousins, the lead up to the 2002 wedding was the first time Sophea “Sophie” had seen them since before the fall of Phnom Penh in April 1975.
They wore traditional Khmer wedding costume for all three days, but Franny changed into a Western style dress shortly after the first dance.
Day 1
Day 2
Day 3 - The Actual Wedding
Apart from her wedding, she has four aesthetics:
Stage
#vintage
Professional pencil skirts and pantsuits
Dress to DEPRESS
5. Nature Dress
Franny wore this nature scene dress when she accepted her most recent Grammy award.
6. “Who’s This Farmer’s-Wife-Lookin’ Girl?”
... was the first thought Atlanta Jazz Festival 2005 festival goers had when Franny Robinson stepped onstage in a dress and boots straight from her closet.
“I didn’t have things like stylists or sponsored outfits back then,” said Robinson in a 2014 interview. “I’d already made a bit of splash as far as songwriting went; by then I’d had full or partial credit for writing and-or composing twenty-two songs. Mind you, I’d only graduated from NYU with my Bachelors’ in ‘02, and finished my Masters’ in England in ‘04. But as a singer, I had only released an EP and featured on other singers’ tracks. I wasn’t, you know, Franny Robinson yet. The 2005 Atlanta Jazz Festival was the first in a series of test runs.”
When asked why the Atlanta Jazz Festival when she was already living in England at the time, Robinson answered, “Atlanta is my home. The jazz festival was one of my favorite things about growin’ up here, so I wanted to launch my music career here.”
To this day, the outfit remains one of the most iconic Franny Robinson looks. Instagram captions of fans wearing similar outfits often read “channeling my inner Franny Robinson today.”
7. Baby Pink Cherries
In 2009, Franny and her lifelong friend and song-writing partner, bluegrass and folk singer and multi-instrumentalist Daniel Maitland (fc: Martin Sensmeier), formed the duo Dara & Danny.
From an article:
Robinson and Maitland have known each other since middle school, when Maitland moved to her small town outside of Atlanta from Alaska. They started out as fiercely competitive rivals before Maitland proposed they marry their talents and begin playing music together. It was a match made in music heaven.
Even when Franny went to NYU and Daniel went to East Tennessee State [the only university with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bluegrass, Old Time, and Country Music Studies, which he holds], they remained in steady contact and spent their summers at home playing and writing together. The first few years of their music careers were spent breaking into their respective primary fields - jazz music for Franny, bluegrass and folk for Daniel - and coming together to write music and lyrics for each other.
It was again Maitland who proposed they perform together, this time, professionally.
Dara & Danny, a duo made up of jazz musician and bluegrass musician, flirts with jazz music but is primarily influenced by bluegrass, folk, and indie rock a la Rilo Kiley.
“Dara & Danny is where I get to explore the music besides jazz that made me. I grew up in rural Georgia, bluegrass, country, folk music, that was all around me. And I loved it. I love all music,” Robinson said. “Like, I love hip-hop. My husband got a crash course in Outkast and the rest of the Atlanta hip-hop legends when we started seeing each other.”
The pink cherries dress was worn at the 2010 CMAs when Dara & Danny performed. They weren’t nominated for anything that year, but were super jazzed to have been invited to perform.
Dara & Danny, funnily enough, has been Franny’s most commercially successful project. Meaning, tracks have featured in movies, tv, and its what gets the most radio play. Her work in jazz is more highly critically acclaimed, and she is much more prolific with composing jazz music than anything else, but there are more people who first discover her through Dara & Danny that then find out she’s a world class jazz musician than the other way around.
8. Met Gala 2018
You know, the Catholic-themed one. She wore a dress depicting Adam and Eve.
9. National BIcon Franny Robinson
Franny is known for not changing gender pronouns when she sings songs originally performed by men. Prior to her coming out as bisexual in 2017, Franny dodged the questions by simply saying, “That’s how the song was written.”
In 2018 she appeared in a 1940s aesthetic music video for a song by her friend, fellow jazz singer, and out lesbian Lora Lopez. Franny starred as her love interest. There was seduction, there was making out, there was stealing from men. It was so gay.
The ‘Making Of’ video is hilarious because Lora kept laughing every time she grabbed Franny and kissed her because the first time she grabbed Franny she was like “oh my god I’m sorry, was that too rough?” and without thinking Franny went “you’re good, I like it rough, you can make it real kinky and slap me if you want.” Because that’s the kind of jokes Franny makes. And for like five takes Lora could not stop laughing when she grabbed her and kissed her.
10. Seoul Hanoi’d at Glastonbury 2016
Franny’s second most active music project - apart from her constant solo work - after Dara & Danny is Seoul Hanoi’d, the best pun I have ever made in my life. She is a founding member and co-lead singer of the band. Seoul Hanoi’d is a genre-bending performance group entirely made up of Asian-diaspora singers and musicians whose main careers are in various genres.
[I’ll make a full hc post about Seoul Hanoi’d later, too!]
The name, a pun on ‘so annoyed’ comes from the capital of South Korea and a city in Vietnam. Seoul Hanoi’d currently consists ethnic Korean, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Malaysian, Indonesian, Mongolian, Kazakh, Chinese, Nepalese, and Thai diaspora who rotate out for live shows as their schedules permit. The "core” members are almost all at every performance. Of the core members, Franny is absent the most however, because of her wildly busy schedule. She has a hand in composing almost every original song, arranging most of the covers, writing a huge chunk of their lyrics, and is the common thread between most of the other musicians, so she is considered the leader of the group.
Franny wore this outfit during their set at Glastonbury 2016, their first year performing there.
11. Swynlake Adult Prom 2019
The Gatsby-themed one? That was Franny’s JAM. She killed it with her art deco dress!
12. Postmodern Jukebox
Franny’s been featured in a Postmodern Jukebox video, and wore this green velvet dress.
13. Twinning Pink Ao Dai at a Vietnamese Festival with a Vietnamese Friend
The co-lead singer of Seoul Hanoi’d is a Vietnamese-American named Vanessa Pham. Franny and Vanessa met when they were students at NYU through their involvement with the university’s Asian Student Union. Franny, a jazz studies and musical theater performance double major from Georgia, and Vanessa, an engineering student from Texas, found that they had a lot in common.
They were both the only daughters of war refugees who came to the United States in the 1970s. They were both from the South. Franny even spoke Vietnamese almost as well as Vanessa, as she spent her first four years living with her mother in the home of a Vietnamese couple who’d taken her mother in when she was pregnant with her. In both Franny’s hometown in Georgia and Vanessa’s in Texas, the small Vietnamese and Cambodian diaspora groups were very interconnected, so each other’s culture was almost as familiar to them as their own.
They both liked to put bacon in their cheesy grits and put hot sauce on their rice when their moms weren’t looking. They both loved authentic Chinese food as much as the next self-respectin’ first-generation gal, but they also could put away some crab rangoons because cream cheese was truly king. They both could absolutely destroy their older brothers in a fight. They both knew all the worlds to every Dolly, Tanya Tucker, and Dixie Chicks song, but also found their parents’ old Khmer or Vietnamese music comforting.
Franny could count on one hand the number of other Cambodian students she’d met in her time at NYU, so even meeting Vietnamese Vanessa who knew how to order in hesitant, broken Khmer at the Cambodian restaurant they found was exciting. More than that, Vanessa was hilarious! And smart! And such a good, loyal friend. She had a hidden talent as a singer and wanted to do music like Franny, but her parents made her go into STEM for ‘job security.’
Vanessa graduated with her engineering degree and went on to get her masters’, but after working as an engineer for four years she quit to pursue music. It was shortly after she took the leap that Franny approached her to form Seoul Hanoi’d.
On Franny’s Instagram, there’s a picture of her and Vanessa wearing matching pink ao dai at a Vietnamese culture festival earlier in 2019 with the caption, “Thank you for sharing your beautiful voice, laughter, and culture with me for twenty years and counting!”
“What I love the most about Asian cultures is just how many of them there are.” Robinson said in a 2019 interview. “I love when my Desi friends are like ‘hey! be my plus one at this wedding!’ and they invite me to wear their traditional clothing while celebrating with them. I love learning new Vietnamese phrases from my friends. I’m always so honored when I’m invited to participate in my friends’ cultures, because I know when I invite somebody to Cambodian New Year events, or a traditional wedding, its because I trust them to appreciate this important part of me and participate respectfully. Our cultures are so diverse, and beautiful, and vibrant!”
There’s a similar picture of Vanessa and Franny together at a Cambodian New Year celebration, where Vanessa’s wearing traditional Khmer clothing with Franny.
14. Plaid Dress
Franny wore and performed in this dress at the 2011 International Bluegrass Music Awards when Dara & Danny won the New Artist of the Year, and Song of The Year.
15. That Kickass Outfit
Franny wore this outfit when she attended and performed at the 2015 BRIT Awards, and won Best International Female Solo Artist.

Reputation Era: Gay Masterpost
For starters, if Taylor keeps on doing what she’s doing, there will definitely be a part two, but about a year into the era we have plenty for this masterpost. If you’re new here, this is a fine place to start, just check out some of the other links I leave at the end!
August 2017: The Reputation Era begins.
Look What You Made Me Do: The first single wasn't exactly screaming gay, but there were definitely some things hidden in the music video that you could consider hints.
We have this scene from the music video where Taylor is essentially in charge of all these plastic women, models, maybe? Could be a nod to Karlie.
We also have the dance scene. You know the one. Todrick’s in it. So are 7 other presumably gay men. You know how many “boyfriends” Taylor has had? 8.
It’s clear Taylor is in charge of them. She’s front and center and anything she does, they do too. Taylor’s beards are paid to follow her around, to be told what to do.
Oh, and let’s not forget this. Now, this is a stretch, but is anything really a stretch when it comes to Taylor? She knows what she’s doing. Everything is planned. Especially in a music video full of references.
Take a look at this gif of Karlie...
Definitely similar vibes... but I’ll let you decide for yourself.
Now steering away from the video a little bit, we can’t forget about Swiftgron making it’s appearance somehow, at all times. Dianna posted this on instagram just three days before the Look What You Made Me Do music video came out.
If you don't want to click on the link to watch Dianna’s instagram video, here’s a screenshot.
Notice the caption? “ZOMBIE LOVE”
I doubt I actually need to bring this up for you to make the connection, but I will anyway.
Taylor was literally a zombie in the LWYMMD video. Call it what you want (haha), but I find it hard to believe that when it comes to Taylor, there are ever actually coincidences.
September 2017:
We started off September pretty gay with Kaptain Kimby, well, being Kimby.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again... Kimby’s likes could be a Kaylor evidence masterpost in themselves.
...Ready For It
“Younger than my exes but he act like such a man”
First let’s talk about why this can’t be about Joe.
Case closed.
Now, let’s talk about why this CAN be about Karlie.
Taylor’s first girlfriend’s age isn’t readily available online, but she IS older than Karlie.
“I-Island breeze and lights down low”
I love this one because everyone called this lyric before we even knew about Reputation. As soon as Taylor went on this
vacation with Calvin we knew there would be a lyric and that this was clearly meant to cover up the vacation that she had gone on with Karlie.
Most likely, the reason that there is no The Making of a Song for ...Ready For It is because it’s to obvious about when the song was written. My guess? It was written before Taylor and Calvin’s vacation.
October 2017:
Gorgeous
Do I even have to say anything about this? It’s called GORGEOUS.
Now even if the word gorgeous was an adjective typically used for men... Have you seen Joe? I’m going to get attacked for this, but he’s the blandest looking white man Taylor could have chosen.
Also, sidenote... Joe’s gay.
OH, and also the lyric “Ocean blue eyes”
Karlie posted this literally just DAYS after the song came out
Now uh, Joe’s eyes are pretty blue
But he still just isn’t gorgeous :/
The Making of Gorgeous came out in November, but I’ll just add here that one of the lyrics she was considering was “And I’m so curious” instead of “And I’m so furious” so thats the tea
November 2017:
Album Release:
I’m not going to over analyze each song, but the most important (gayest) ones (That haven’t been mentioned) are:
So It Goes...:
There’s a lot to say about this song. Not only is it gay, but it also marks the spot in the album where the songs start getting much gayer. Everything inside the So It Goes... ...Ready For It is just very homosexual (with the exception of TIWWCHNT because thats not about a relationship anyway.)
Taylor is describing her bearding relationship quite clearly in this song. She refers to her boyfriend as her “magician”. She then refers to herself as an “Illusionist” which stands out even more because of a written portion of the magazines that is mentioned below.
Getaway Car
There are no gender specific pronouns in this song.
King Of My Heart
“Drinking beer out of plastic cups”
“ ‘Cause all the boys and their expensive cars with their Range Rovers and Jaguars never took me quite where you do”
This line stands out to me specifically because of how it’s worded. Take it how you want, but a lesbian saying that even if a guy had everything she would still rather have the girl with nothing is the exact same thing.
Dancing With Our Hands Tied
“I, I loved you in secret”
Name a man that Taylor had a secret relationship with.
“Oh, twenty-five years old”
Taylor would have been around 25 when her and Karlie got together.
Basically this song is about a secret relationship that could be ruined by people talking too much, but the people in the relationship don’t care. Nothing anyone says can affect them.
This song could have been influenced by Kissgate
It wouldn’t be a Taylor Swift masterpost without this gif.
Dress
Guys, again it’s about a secret relationship.
“Our secret moments in your crowded room”
This lyric could definitely be about one of the many Victoria Secret Fashion Show’s that Taylor sang in and Karlie walked in.
“They’ve got no idea about me and you”
“All of this silence and patience, pining and anticipation” also “All of this silence and patience, pining and desperately waiting”
“My hands are shaking from holding back from you”
“I don’t want you like a best friend”
This is a really weird thing to say. No one has every called any of her boyfriends her ‘best friend’. But you know who she has called her ‘best friend’?
(WATCH HERE)
A lot of people think this is about Karlie, it isn’t just Kaylors
(These photos are from a post @oliro9 made. Link (X))
Taylor’s Magazine’s
I’m not going to delve too far into this, but a really important message that Taylor put out there for her fans is basically “Just because I show you something doesn’t mean it’s the complete truth. There is always more to a story.”
December 2017:
Taymoji for Gorgeous
Obviously Gorgeous is the most blatantly gay song on Reputation. This Taymoji came out and many people thing that both hands are female hands.
This is likely for multiple reasons, but the size of the arm, wrist, and fingers of the hand that cannot be seen definitely points to female.
The December Gay was pretty little to none, but we did get more people realizing the gayness of reputation
January 2018:
In January I did this twitter poll and it’s results are very gay
The End Game music video came out in January as well and if you don’t think it was gay af then take a look at my End Game mv analysis (X) I highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t.
And here are some things that Taylor did in the music video that are gay
the rainbow dress kinda speaks for itself
So... uh, that’s Taylor... In a rainbow pride dress... Kissing a girl?? She exceeded her gay.
Also, side note: Many people believe that this party that she’s at is a New Years party, possibly hinting that New Years Day is about a girl
February 2018:
Taylor went to Big Sur on what is believed to be Taylor and Karlie’s anniversary. Karlie was also in the area.
March 2018:
Obviously it can’t be confirmed if this is Taylor she was calling... butttt
Karlie weirdly covered the name on this FaceTime which was weird, but could be because she didn’t want Josh’s number shown? But why wouldn’t she have Josh’s number saved.
Also, Josh has been shown with an android in the past. Taylor has an iphone though.
Not solid proof, but interesting.
Also this blind item is thought to be about Taylor
Now back to the things that Taylor actually did that were gay:
Taylor defended Hayley Kiyoko and LGBT+ artists when a quote said by Hayley was misconstrued
Here is the article from The Independent (X)
This ask is most likely not true so I’m not going to put a screenshot of it, but I’ll link it anyway: (X)
May 2018: TOUR
This was a busy month for Taylor so not a lot went on, but the tour did start and there are a few gay things that are worth mentioning
Openers: Charli XCX and Camila Cabello
Both of them have intent gay rumors. Especially Camila who was rumored to had been dating Lauren Jauregi who has since came out as bisexual.
Taylor wears the rainbow dress during Delicate!
June 2018:
Babe by Sugarland released. Taylor wrote the song and was featured in the music video. Some think this song was written about Dianna since it was written during the Red era.
Link to video: (X)
This also happened:
July 2018:
July was WILD
Taylor came for all the gays and brought Hayley Kiyoko on to sing Curious which is a gay anthem
Here’s some links to them singing together
(X)
Here’s Taylor’s instagram story after
Hayley tagged her post with #20gayteen
So to finish off this masterpost we have this gem
As you can see, this past year has been GAY. I hope to make another post like this a year from now, but with with as gay as Taylor’s being.. I might not have to ;)
I tried to use a lot of gifs from Tumblr so that credit was already given when I used them, but if used a photo from you and you want credit LET ME KNOW! I will gladly give it :)

20.If you could see me now
"Unlovable" from the album "The Tension and the Spark" released in 2004.
Preformed by Darren Hayes- https://youtu.be/ZfzK6NFenLc
Favorite part- and yet again with him being a lyrical genius this whole song speaks volumes to me but I will only single out the 2 main verses as my favorite parts. "Cynical, jaded, faithless, disappointed, disillusioned, used
If I could take back all my sweat, my tears, my sex, my joy I would
My time, my love, my effort, passion, dedication
In case of mistaken identity I gave these things to you
If I sound angry, bitter, sad, infatuated, it's the truth
Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, just a few
Stages of acceptance that it's really over
It's just so complicated and I'm stupid for believing in you" and "I had your back, I held you up, I told you you were good enough
It was not reciprocated, you kept affection and yourself apart
You fed your love to me like crumbs to pigeons in the park
Sometimes I think you're satisfied to see me begging like a dog
I wasn't armored, you were king, I gave my everything
Because sometimes you showed me just a hint of you and then
For just a moment I romanticized the notion
I can take away the torment, I can love you like they never did"
"Death of a Bachelor" from the album "Death of a Bachelor" released in 2016.
Preformed by Panic! At the Disco- https://youtu.be/Fl2OvKxMA0s
Favorite part- I can't choose one but if I had too it would be the chorus.
"Something Inside" from the soundtrack of the movie August Rush (2007) staring Freddie Highmore, Kert Russell, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Terrince Howard, and the late Robin Williams.
Preformed by Jonathan Rhys Meyers- https://youtu.be/3itqF3eoXaY
Favorite part- oh this is a hard one the whole song itself is absolutely beautiful but if I had to choose it would be either "When the one thing you're looking for is nowhere to be found, and your back stepping all off your moves trying to figure it out" or "So long you've been running in circles around what at stake. But now the time has come for your feet to stand still in one place." And lastly "It was your first taste of love, living upon what you had." What really sells this song for me is the emotion and the raspieness of his voice.
"Bach/Break" from the soundtrack for August Rush (2007)
Preformed by Jonathan Rhys Meyers- https://youtu.be/D2JFTm8_UyA
Favorite part- one of them is actually apart of the music itself, at the beginning when the orchestra fades into the rock it always gives me goose bumps and then lyric wise it's either the chorus because just his voice in the chorus is amazing and then "Falling from a night of cold, a piece of me that I can not hold."
"This Time" from the soundtrack for August Rush (2007)
Preformed by Jonathan Rhys Meyers- https://youtu.be/MRme-wcQ3JE
Favorite part- first let me just start by saying that this is an absolutely beautiful song it's my favorite from this movie/soundtrack but anyways my favorite part is probably either the chorus, "The angel on the stairs will tell you I was this. Under the front porch light, on a mystery night" or "The Neon lights in bars, and headlights from the cars have started a symphony surrounding me" and lastly "Then things I've left behind, have melted in my mind. Now there's a purity inside of me." Just the pure raw emotion in his voice leaves me with goose bumps everytime.
"Enter Sandman" from the self entitled album "Metalica" released in 1991.
Preformed by Metallica- https://youtu.be/YxRxd8aNd6I
Favorite part- the prayer
"Turn the Page" from the album "2004-08-28: Chicago, IL, USA" released in 2004. This was originally a song by Bob Seger.
Preformed by Metallica- https://youtu.be/8WVyFoMIxC4
Favorite part- in the beginning when the song drops ugh that part gets me every single time and lyric wise it has to be the bridge.
"Perfect" from the album "÷" released in 2017"
Preformed by Ed Sheeran- https://youtu.be/ORrFJ63nlcA
Favorite part- the whole song I can't choose a favorite part!
"Fires" from the album "Fires" released in 2012.
Preformed by Ronan Keating- https://youtu.be/oEjQqvalKpQ
Favorite part- it has to be "Now we're locked in time, out on the wire, I wish that I could fight the war for you." Because that line alone speaks volumes and it's the perfect "intro" to set up the rest of the song. I also really love the chorus it gives such a positive message!
"If You Could See Me Now" from the album "#3" released in 2012.
Preformed by The Script- https://youtu.be/ujrHuKRRNhE
Favorite part- I love this whole song, this song means so much to me. It reminds me so much of my mom and everytime I listen to it I always break down and cry. But my favorite parts are the chorus, "I'm trying to make you proud. Do everything you did. I hope you're up there with god saying that's my kid!" "If you could see me now would you recognize me? Would you pat me on the back of criticize me? Would follow every line on my tear stains face, put your hand on the heart that is cold as the day you were taken away?" And lastly "Would you call me a saint or a sinner? Would you love me a loser or a winner? When I see my face in the mirror we look so alike that it makes me shiver."

jams meme: best of 2017
@blotthis tagged me in a jams meme!! thank you :D since it’s the new year, i thought i’d do a little retrospective of some of my favorite songs to come out of 2017! so here we goooo
“i wish” by wjsn
this song came out literally 3 days into the new year, but as soon as i heard it i knew it would be one of my top tracks of 2017. and i was right!! i loved “happy” too, and “happy moment” was one of my favorite albums this year, but i’ll always be especially weak for wjsn’s spacey concepts. this song is so pretty and light and pink, and the mv is a lisa frank dream, and the choreography is so whimsical and charming… great on all fronts. all hail the rookie pop princesses.
“wanted! wanted!” by mrs. green apple
mga have become one of my top favorite bands after i discovered them earlier in the year. i love how sweet and fizzy and fun their music is, and i love their lead singer motoki’s voice (i’m not sure what it is about it, but it makes me so happy). i feel like this song is a great example of their particular super-hyper brand of pop. this is a good one to blast in the car :o)
“vanilla” by fickle friends
another band that’s shot to the top of my list of favorites after finding them this year! their sparkly-pool-water 80s vibe is sooo up my alley. i love the percussion and the bright guitars in this song, and i have such a crush on natassja’s voice. (i’d also highly recommend “swim,” which has been one of my top jams this year and is also my favorite fickle friends song, and which i would have included, but it it came out in 2016, lol.)
“the song” by zion.t
i loved this song the moment i heard it. zion.t has one of my favorite voices not just in kpop but in general, and it sounds sooo nice and smooth here. and the simplicity of the song is so good?? it’s nothing frilly or explosive, it’s just a pleasant little tune. i like that the lyrics reflect that too—i love the “i’m not trying to write a hit song, i just want to write you something sweet” attitude. also for whatever reason i think the line “let’s stick together all day like alley cats” is so cute? and the mv is so wonderfully bizarre (the colors are sooo good). the rest of the album is great too; got me through a lot of shifts at work.
“when you love someone” by day6
i really thought “dance dance” was gonna hold tight to the title of Emma’s Favorite Every DAY6 song, but then “when you love someone” came out and immediately took its place. this song like the aural equivalent of a warm hug and a hot drink and it makes my heart feel so at peace every time i hear it :( also the lyrics are a complete K-O. those first few every day6 releases were SO ANGSTY, and even though i loved them i was like “will poor youngk ever write a happy relationship song???” but then he started releasing shit like this and it killed me and i immediately regretted ever asking. (also not to be a bitter betty but i’m still cheesed that we never got resolution on sungjin and wonpil’s story!!!!!!!! @ jyp i still have questions)
“we find love” by daniel caesar
“freudian” has become one of my new favorite albums. it’s so perfect for the winter—daniel caesar’s woozy gospel sound is so warm and cozy. there’s not a song on the album that i don’t love, but this one is particularly soothing and comfy. with the harmonized background vocals and the gentle piano, it sounds like something you’d hear on the radio late at night when you’re tucked into bed trying to fall asleep while the snow is drifting down outside. and daniel’s voice has this… i don’t know how to explain it. he sounds so assured and smooth when he sings, like he’s been doing this forever. i can’t get enough.
“cut to the feeling” by carly rae jepsen
2017 was the year that i remedied my worst mistake of never having listened to the power-pop gem that is carly rae jepsen’s 2015 album “e•mo•tion,” and is it too hyperbolic to say that that changed me as a person?? her brand of fizzy fluttery 80s-inspired sugar is everything i didn’t realize i needed. i’m dying for a new crj album, but in the meantime, “cut to the feeling” has done a good job of holding me over—it’s all the shout-about-your-crush-from-the-rooftops euphoria that miss carly does so well. extremely good for car rides, especially when the bridge kicks in.
“praying” by kesha
kesha has been my other pop queen this year. i liked her before, but then i listened to “rainbow” and cried like three different times while doing so, and i fell in love. every single song off of “rainbow” is great (the range of style is amazing, she goes from acoustic to pop to rock to country and back, and each one is just as great as the last), but “praying” is so raw and special; it doesn’t matter how many times i hear it, it hits me just as hard every time. i love how it builds—from the simmering power of the first chorus, to the stomp of the second (those pounding piano chords really get me), to the fireworks of the last (that fucking whistle note!!!!!!!!! also the way she sings “some say in life you gonna get what you give, but some things only god can forgive” with those horns behind her in the bridge…….i get shivers every time)… every second of it hurts so good. you can feel all that anger and pain, and also the euphoria and the healing. i’m so glad that kesha is finding herself again; she deserves the best.
“mic drop” by bts
i thought “baepsae” was my favorite “kiss my ass” bts banger, but then “her” came out and “mic drop” fuckin beat “baepsae” to a bloody pulp. the original and the desiigner/steve aoki remix are both sooo good: i love the dark grungy slink of the original, which sounds like it could play during the trailer for a movie about a scrappy gang of crime syndicate underlings who are sick and tired of being underestimated just because they’re all so young, so they’re ready to go off the books and pull a heist so big, no one will ever underestimate them again; but i also love the extra shot of adrenaline in the remix—desiigner’s verse is like whiplash (seriously, how does he manage to rap that fast???), and minimizing that bouncy little riff in the verses to focus on the vocals and the beat makes the chorus hits so much harder (also the “hella thick”/“hella sick” echoes are so much FUN to sing along to (and of course yoongi’s “baby watch your mouth” is…great, to say the least)). i really couldn’t pick between the two versions; although they share a teeth-bared-knuckles-bruised attitude, they’ve got unique vibes to me and i love them differently. that said, i’m linking to a performance of the original version because 1) yoongi and hoseok’s undone bow ties are really fucking me up; 2) apparently the reason why yoongi doesn’t do the last line of his verse is to prove to people accusing them of lip-syncing that they don’t use a track when they perform, which cracks me up because that’s such a yoongi thing to do; and 3) whoever wrote the captions added some little personal notes of their own and they’re so CUTE and funny.
“beautiful” by monsta x
idek what to say about this song anymore; it’s been 9 months and those opening bars still make my heart race. “beautiful” has become not only one of my favorite songs of 2017 but one of my favorite songs period. i’m a mess for mx and i love everything they do, but this song is really something else—rap line are in top fucking form, vocal line kill it (minhyuk’s lines are a Blessing), and the choreography is still one of my favorites from this year. i’ve listened to this song so many times i really thought i was gonna get sick of it, but i haven’t yet, and i don’t think i will.
“baby” by astro
i’m surprised my teeth haven’t rotted out of my skull after how many times i’ve listened to “baby” this year, because this song is like pure sugar. i love the snappy percussion and the bouncy bass and the bright melody, and astro have such sweet vocals to boot (especially mj, oh man ;___;). and the choreography is so!! good!!! it’s got this old-fashioned swing to it that i love. ugh. it’s all perfect. i remember a few months ago i was having a bad day for whatever reason, but after i watched a few live stages of this i instantly felt better.
“new fears” by lights
“skin&earth” was hands-down one of my top favorite releases of 2017—it’s the gritty post-apocalyptic cyberpunk album of my dreams. i’ve loved lights since like middle school, and it’s so amazing to see how her music has grown and changed; this is my favorite work from her so far. “skin&earth” has SO many good tracks, but “new fears” is probably my favorite. i love the eerie beginning, and the heavy beat in the chorus, and the lyrics!!!!!! they nail that feeling of “i would give myself up to keep you safe” in such a raw and heart-wrenching and beautiful way. just reading them gives me chills. the idea of getting new fears when you start really caring about someone……i never would’ve thought of it that way but it’s so true. UGH! lights if ur reading this i love u
“do it” by masc
god am i glad i stumbled across this one night when i was catching up on mvs, because masc have become one of my new favorite groups. i love the retro vibe, their vocals are so good (heejae’s voice…i’m weak), the choreography is SO freakin cute (i’m still not over the superman move in the chorus), and the mv is so colorful and goofy (two of my favorite things!)… truly a dream. the fan service dance practice and honestly any of the live stages are also a delight.
so there’s some of my faves! happy new year everyone!!! 2017 you kinda sucked sometimes but thanks for at least bringing some sweet jams. i’ll tag @anyhao @shinwhoohoo and @onlyoongi if you’d like to share some of what you’ve been listening to lately!
#tagged in#there are so many honorable mentions but if i listed all of those we'd be here all day lol#these are the ones that stuck out to me though#also i'm sorry if this somehow tagged anyone twice slkdfj the links didn't work the first time so i'm trying to repost#pls work this time

Interviewer: Miho Takahashi
Dreamcatcher is a 7-member K-Pop girl group. They debuted in Korean on January 2017. They have also released 'What -Japanese ver.-', their first Japanese single. We were curious about their 'Nightmare' concept, and about how their musical style centers around heavy rock sounds. As the group released their second Japanese single, 'PIRI~Fue wo Fuke~-Japanese ver.-', we seized the chance to have Dreamcatcher appear for the first time on our magazine, and had a lengthy conversation with all of them.
--First, how was the 'Nightmare' concept, which you've been setting forth since your debut, born?
JiU: Our agency first came up with it, and it took shape while we talked about it together.
Gahyeon: We wanted to present a team color that would be different from othe groups.
--You each have a Nightmare assigned to you. What do you think about them?
Gahyeon: I am 'the dream where you fall from high places.' In Korea, they say that having dreams where you fall from high places means that you'll grow taller. So when I first heard it, I thought it got assigned to me because I'm on the shorter side within the group, to tell me to grow taller.
--I see. Another assigned Nightmare that I found interesting was Yoohyeon's 'dream where you wander unfamiliar places.' How does Yoohyeon herself feel about it?
Yoohyeon: I think that the 'unfamiliar places' can also be understood in a non-physical sense, that the situation you find yourself in is completely unfamiliar. So it seemed very mystical to me.
--Were you each basically told that 'this is your Nightmare'?
ALL: Yes.
--And like the two members who already told us, you each have your own interpretations of them. Now, another unique trait of Dreamcatcher is its heavy musical style. Can you give us your thoughts about your style?
Siyeon: I'd liked rock even before becoming a member of Dreamcatcher. So I'm very passionate about our style.
--Which band do you like, Siyeon?
Siyeon: ONE OK ROCK..... (In Japanese) is a band I like.
--Oh! I'm happy that a you mentioned a Japanese band. Are there other members with Japanese artists they like?
ALL: (In unison) BABYMETAL!
--Oh! Do you all like rock a lot?
Siyeon: No, we like music, regardless of genre.
Gahyeon: During live performances, we often cover songs that each of us likes.
JiU: I like Mika Nakashima's 'Sakurairo mau koro'.
--There's another thing that I'm curious about. You all dance on stage. How do you feel about dancing along to these heavy Rock sounds?
SuA: When I saw BABYMETAL's performance, I thought it was amazing and novel, how a band would go on stage along with the dancing members. Still, since all 7 of us dance, I thought that to express our powerfulness, rock sounds would fit perfectly, like with BABYMETAL. I feel like it allows us to convey our spirit-filled performance to everyone.
--Among Korean groups that sing and dance, there are many that are 'bright' or 'cute', but groups that could be described as 'heavy' or 'dark' like yourselves are hard to come by. How do you feel about this uniqueness of yours?
SuA: I really like that about us. Still, we're not just dark and chic. We have bright songs and we also show off our cute side. We are a group with many faces.
--Uh huh. I see that, especially now that I've met you in real life. So you'd like fans to see your various faces as well?
Dami: (In Japanese) We'll do our best!
--Dreamcatcher has a deep world.
JiU: We're immersed in it ourselves. (Laugh)
--When I watched the music video, I felt that a lot was being conveyed through your rich facial expressions. What do you think about as you perform?
JiU: Each of our members has an amazingly deep understanding of our songs. So we're able to be completely absorbed in the world of the song. We carefully read the scenarios and have a deep internal understanding of the world we're expressing. That shows in our facial expressions and gestures, I feel.
--Do you think about becoming the main character within the song, or something similar?
JiU: I think Dreamcatcher has two selves. For me, I have my original self, and myself as a Dreamcatcher member.
--Along with such deep elements, 'PIRI~Fue wo Fuke~-Japanese ver.-' also contains parts that feel like cyphers that transcend borders. These parts, such as 'Pirireul Burora', 'Pil-lil-lil', make the song catchy. Do you want everyone to hum along to these parts, or to dance along to these parts?
Siyeon: Yes. We do say 'this song is very addictive' when we introduce the song...(In Japanese) The choreography is also easy to follow!
SuA: I want the song to be so widely known that people all over the world think of 'Pil-lil-lil' whenever they hear the sound of a flute.
youtube
"Pil-lil-lil" is Dreamcatcher's signal as they attempt to escape the Nightmare
--I also felt that the musical style wasn't just heavy rock anymore. It became more dancable and melodic, incorporating many elements that make it very trendy. Performance wise, the Raps are sharp around the edges, the vocals are gentle and sad, and it felt like there were many points of note within the song. Tell us how you felt after singing or rapping for the song.
Gahyeon: This time round, I tried out rapping for the first time. The thing that I kept in my mind the most was 'the attack'.
Siyeon: (Gesturing) That beating feeling?
Gahyeon: (Laugh) In terms of the vocals, I was given directions to perform certain parts sweetly, sadly, and the like. I kept those in mind.
SuA: Regarding the vocals, I tried to avoid simply following the letters and paid a lot of attention to the pronunciation and the like, so that the listeners wouldn't get bored.
JiU: 'Pil-lil-lil' isn't a real word in Korean, either. It is Dreamcatcher's signal that we send as we attempt to escape the Nightmare. We talked a lot and put a lot of thought into how we would do the song, saying 'Doesn't this feel better?'
--You sang in Japanese for this single. Was there anything that you found difficult or ended up liking?
Siyeon: I found 'If you could hug me (抱きしめてほしい)' from PIRI very memorable. The lyrics mean the same thing in the Korean version as well. I closed my eyes and imagined that nobody was left, that I was the only one left behind. The emotions that I felt from that are still with me.
Dami: I'm the main rapper of the group. In Japanese, you have to use more syllables compared to the Korean version no matter what, so it was a challenge to say the lyrics clearly.
SuA: Also, in Korean, there are sounds called 'Badchim (Stop consonant)', so a syllable can end with a consonant. In Japanese, all syllables end with vowels. Because of that, the song feels somewhat different. So I thought maybe the song was going to sound off. But when I heard the finished track, I realized that it had it's own unique feel to it.
--So each version has its strong suits.
SuA: Exactly.
--When I hear something like that, I want to compare the song to the Korean version.
SuA: They'll give you slightly different impressions, I think.
--I also listened to 'GOOD NIGHT-Japanese ver.-', and 'Wonderland-Japanese ver.-' on the B-side. It was clear that you were trying out diverse styles of music. Please tell us if there were points that you found difficult or liked while singing the Japanese version.
Handong: 'Wonderland-Japanese ver.- is a very mystical song. It makes you feel like you're inside something infinite. It felt fresh for us too while we were singing it.
SuA: I always thought that a Japanese version of 'GOOD NIGHT' would allow us to convey our charm even better. And then we did it, and it really was like that. I think it'll be a real crowd pleaser at concerts as well.
Gahyeon: Yeah. It's a song that works well in Japanese too.
JiU: The lyrics for it were suprisingly easy to pronounce.
SuA: We re-recorded the rap part for the Japanese version. As I listened to the song, I realized that my tone for the rap part was lower compared to the original Korean version. The fans liked it, so I got totally pumped. (Laugh)
--GOOD NIGHT-Japanese ver.-' is deep, but also includes cute parts like 'Tik tok tik tok'.
Dami: That part was really challenging. In Korean, it's 4 syllables, but in Japanese, it becomes 8.
--I see! What impression do you have about Japan and Japanese fans?
Siyeon: (In Japanese) They're cute! It feels like there's a lot of shy middle aged ladies, and it's cute. But it's not like we can see them every day. When they see us for the first time in a long time, some fans burst into tears from joy. It hurts to see that. I want to come to Japan to meet with them as often as possible.
JiU: Even in concerts, as soon as we go on stage, the Japanese fans stand up and listen to us. They don't sit down until the members tell them to. They're that respectful towards us.
--You have been active not only in Korea and Japan, but world wide. K-POP is also drawing world-wide attention. Dreamcatcher, within just two years since debut, is building up some impressive records, such as reaching 5th place in the iTunes World Album chart. How do you feel about it?
Gahyeon: It doesn't feel real.
SuA: I keep thinking, 'really? THE iTunes that I know?' (Laugh)
--(Laugh) Still, you probably do hope that people from around the world would listen to, and dance along to your songs, right?
All: Of course.
--I'll look forward to your activities, not only in Japan, but world-wide. Lastly, please send Japanese fans a message!
Yoohyeon: Soon, we're going to be holding concerts in Tokyo on May 2nd and in Kobe on May 4th as a part of our Asia Tour, 'INVITATION FROM NIGHTMARE CITY'. To meet your expectations, we're doing our best to prepare for them. We'll be glad if lots of you come to play with us.

Dustin Lynch released his fourth full-length studio album on Friday, and if the early returns are any indication, Tullahoma will be a hit.
The 11-track record features two singles that have already reached #1 on the US country charts (Good Girl & Ridin’ Roads) and with standout tracks included on the rest of the listen, fans are going to be able to dive into Tullahoma for a full listen. At 35 minutes, it comes and goes maybe a little faster than we’d like, but asking for more than 10 songs on an album these days feels kinda greedy, so we’ll take this offer from Dustin Lynch and be happy about it.
Hit play to check out Lynch’s most recent (and 7th overall) #1 single, Ridin’ Roads.
youtube
The album kicks off with Lynch’s most recent single, Momma’s House. The song has already picked up more than 150,000 plays on its YouTube lyric video, and when you add in streams and early radio plays, there’s a chance for this one to climb the charts too.
The new album’s name comes from Dustin Lynch’s hometown of Tullahoma, TN. And if you’re wondering why he chose to name the album after the town (but there isn’t a song with the name), here’s what he has to say…
“The new album is titled Tullahoma for one reason – It’s a tip of the hat to my hometown. Every song on this album is something I’ve lived.”
Sitting about 75 miles southeast of Nashville, Tullahoma comes in just under 20,000 people and dates back to 1852, has a state and country-wide recognized band program at the high school level, and has produced pro athletes to go along with Dustin Lynch and his seven #1 hits. Stop at Route 55 BBQ & Catering if you go through, the reviews look great and Tennessee BBQ is right there waiting for you.
The first standout song on the album for me though came at track number three with Thinking ‘Bout You, featuring the very talented voice of Lauren Alaina. It’s a classic story of long lost feelings and love. Maybes and ‘could be’s. And looking to future with an eye on the past. The addition of rising star Alaina on the song is a great move, giving it more depth and the standout moment that we’re thankful for. We don’t know if it will go to radio, but we’d cheer for it if it did.
youtube
The rollout of the album came in spurts, with Ridin’ Roads, Small Town Livin’, and Red Dirt, Blue Eyes being released in March 2019. And later in the year, Songs From Tullahoma hit Spotify, adding Good Girl and Momma’s House to the list of advanced songs.
And now that the whole thing is out, country music fans have some time to learn ’em all before Lynch hits the road and headlines his Stay Country Tour, and then goes out with Old Dominion and Carly Pearce for the American dates of the We Are Old Dominion Tour. We don’t know which of the new songs will land on those setlists, but we’d guess that fans will hear the #1s Good Girl and Ridin’ Roads, the new single Momma’s House, and we’d place a little bet on Dirt Road, Old Country Song, and Workin’ On You too.
This slideshow requires JavaScript.
Dustin Lynch co-wrote six of the 11 songs on Tullahoma, so we believe him when he says he’s lived these stories. We know from experience, and from listening that the authenticity that comes from singing something you believe can’t be well-faked. It doesn’t feel like this is being faked at all. There are swings in tempo and sound and style throughout, but it never feels like he’s lost the direction of the album. And while some may pine for Cowboys And Angels (we get it, it’s a great song), that was eight years ago, and evolution happens.
It may have taken two and a half years for Lynch to get Tullahoma ready and released after 2017’s Current Mood (with #1s Small Town Boy & Seein’ Red), but with the staggered release we mentioned before, lots of tour dates in between, and continued streaming, radio, and chart success he hasn’t lost his momentum.
Check out the full setlist below, the tour dates, cities, and venues for the Stay Country Tour, and hit play on the Tullahoma album stream to listen to Dustin Lynch’s new album today!

She’s here!
At midnight on Friday, Miley Cyrus dropped her highly anticipated new EP, She Is Coming — and to the delight of fans, the pop star is unapologetically herself throughout the lyrics of the five-song record.
In the first song on the EP, “Mother’s Daughter,” Cyrus, 26, sings in the chorus, “Don’t f— with my freedom / I came up to get me some/I’m nasty, I’m evil / Must be something in the water / Or that I’m my mother’s daughter.”
She also references how her mother, Tish Cyrus, always told her she’d “make it” and sings, “I put my back into it, my heart in it / So I did it, yeah I did it.”
Cyrus keeps that same attitude in her next track, “Unholy,” in which she sings in the chorus, “I’m a little drunk, I know it / I’ma get high as hell / I’m a little bit unholy / So what? So is everyone else / I’m a little drunk, I know it / I’ma get high as hell / I’m a little bit unholy / So what? So is everyone else.”
She then addresses how she has been viewed by people as “obscene.”
“Wake up in the middle of a breakdown / Have sex on the table with the take out / I’m sick of the fakin’, the usin’, the takin’ / The people callin’ me obscene / You hate me, you love me, you just wanna touch me / I’m only tryna get some peace / So let me do me,” she sings.
Cyrus continues with the drug motifs on her next track, “D.R.E.A.M.,” which is actually an acronym for “Drugs Rule Everything Around Me.”
“Always last to leave the party / Drugs rule everything around me / Wake up with new tattoos on my body / Drugs rule everything around me,” she sings in the chorus. “Hit the ghost, raise a toast, pop the Molly / I can go toe to toe, like I’m Olly / We’re all tryna feel the lonely / Drugs rule everything around me.”
RELATED: She Is Coming! Miley Cyrus’ New EP to Drop Friday: See the Cover
Toward the end of “D.R.E.A.M.,” Cyrus appears to reference her godmother Dolly Parton as she changes the second half of the chorus’ lyrics to say: “Hit the ghost, raise a toast, pop the molly / All the girls in my room look like Dolly / We’re all tryna feel the lonely / Drugs rule everything around me.”
“D.R.E.A.M.” finishes with an outro by Ghostface Killah, who raps, “The drugs rule everything around me / You could call me a king / I got it all in my store, you should crown me / Purple Perc, sticky green Mollies, sipping lean / Got the white that’s sure to light the floor like in ‘Billie Jean’ / Scarface nights / 500 thousand on the pinkie, Broadway ice / We throw bangers at weddings and y’all throw rice / Lollapalooza, Coachella custies, that’s my type / Party all night.”
“Party Up the Street” — which features “Sunflower” rapper and singer Swae Lee — and “The Most” are the more laid-back tunes on the EP. On “The Most,” Cyrus sings to a lover, “Oh, and even in my darkest days, even in my lowest place / You love me the most / And even when I can’t stay, even when I run away / You love me the most / So why do I hurt you so? Is it ’cause I know? / Why do I hurt you so? Is it ’cause you love me the most?”

Cyrus’ new song “Cattitude,” which is also on the EP, recently made headlines when she performed it at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend festival on May 25. In the sassy rap song, Cyrus briefly mentions rappers Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, saying, “I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi.”
Making light of the eyebrow-raising lyrics online, Cyrus then went on to caption numerous social media posts from her performance with different variations on the line.
“I love you Selena but I listen to Demi….” she captioned one clip, tagging pals — and fellow Disney alums — Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato.
Cyrus went on to reference both herself and good pal Ariana Grande in another post, writing, “I love you me but I listen to Ari.”

This is the first record Cyrus has released since tying the knot with husband Liam Hemsworth. The couple, who met on the set of The Last Song in 2008, got married in an intimate ceremony at their Franklin, Tennessee home last December.
Cyrus’ last album was 2017’s Younger Now, led by the single, “Malibu.” She also provided vocals to producer Mark Ronson’s tune, “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart,” which was released in November 2018.

Ed Sheeran interview: 12 random questions about (Divide) – BBC News
Image copyright PA
Image caption Ed Sheeran: “I think this year is going to be the high point of my career”
In the first part of our exclusive interview with Ed Sheeran, the singer talked about writing 10 different versions of his third album, (Divide), and revealed he had a song “better than Thinking Out Loud”.
Ed Sheeran: ‘I’ve topped Thinking Out Loud’
In this, the second part, we delve deeper, using (Divide)’s song titles as the jumping off point for a series of random, but revealing questions.
So, if you want to know how he burned his foot on a volcano, what he bought his girlfriend for Christmas, or when Taylor Swift’s new album is coming out, read on.
Track one: Eraser
You erased yourself from social media last year. Was that for peace of mind?
My mind was definitely more settled. I didn’t have as much anxiety, because I didn’t have as many people wanting things from me. Or I wasn’t aware of the people who wanted things from me.
Also, I started having conversations with people, rather than just going into my phone.
Is it true you got rid of your phone completely?
I don’t have one at all. It’s amazing.
I was at a house party the other day and 50% of the people were either Snapchatting or watching Snapchat. Someone said: “Why don’t you have a phone any more?” and I was like: “Look around you. This is exactly why I don’t have a phone.”
Image caption Planet Earth II: Essential viewing at Ed Sheeran’s House
Track two: Castle On The Hill
Now that you can afford to live in a castle, how do you make your songs relatable to fans?
It doesn’t matter how relevant they are.
My song Don’t isn’t very relevant to my fans. They aren’t going to “four cities on two planes on the same day”. But the truth of the song is the frustration and anger [of being cheated on]. Everyone can relate to that. So the key is truth. Just be honest.
On your last album, you sang about watching Blue Planet. Did you catch Planet Earth II?
I was a massive fan of Planet Earth II. I was actually saying we should put David Attenborough in bubble wrap for 2017, because we can’t lose another legend.
Whose death affected you most last year?
The George Michael thing really took me by surprise, because he was so young. He’s younger than my dad.
I had a party for New Year, and people played George Michael tunes the whole night.
It was amazing to see how many people were made happy by his music.
He really did affect a lot of people in a positive way, and it’s just so, so sad for someone like that to go so young.
Media captionHis albums are called +, x and but how good is Ed Sheeran at maths?
Track three: Dive
You burst your eardrum diving off a yacht two years ago. Were you worried it would affect your career?
Well, I was born without an eardrum in that ear. I got it replaced when I was 11, then I burst it when I was 18 and again I was 24. It’s actually quite a common thing, so I wasn’t worried. I only have about 25% hearing in that ear anyway.
Track four: Shape Of You
What are the best and worst diet tips you’ve been given?
I was hanging out with a model ages ago, and she used to dip cotton wool balls in diet Pepsi and that would be her meal for the day. That’s a bad diet tip.
The best tip is to eat what you want and exercise every day. It doesn’t have to be a lot of exercise. Just keep your metabolism up.
What’s your poison?
Beer is my biggest poison because beer puts on the most weight, and I can really guzzle beer. But now I tend to have one beer then move to spirits, rather than drinking beer all night.
Is that better for hangovers?
Well, my hangovers are quite bad. I find if you smoke cigarettes, your hangovers are horrendous.
A friend of mine swears you can avoid a hangover by drinking two cups of tea before you go to bed.
Yeah. I’ve been told to down a pint of water before you go to bed, and then you’ll feel fine. Apparently, flat Sprite in the morning is a good cure too.

Image caption The star is anxious to tour his new album, and says he’s rehearsed all the songs already
Track five: Perfect
What is the perfect song?
Something that makes you feel – whether it be happy or sad or whatever. I heard George Benson’s Give Me The Night the other day, and it just made me smile and want to dance.
The best songs of last year are the ones that came on the radio and you’re like: “Yes, yeah.” You never want to hear a song that makes you go: “Nyeh, that’s all right.”
Track six: Galway Girl
Galway’s called the “city of tribes”. What’s your tribe?
Suffolk folk – we’re quite easy going, we all own bicycles and we like our ale.
Is that song a cover of the Steve Earle classic?
No, it’s an original. I actually tried to find another lyric. I did Wexford Girl and Clonakity Girl and Cork Girl… none of them worked.
But the whole point of folk songs is taking inspiration from the past and making something new – so people will just have to deal with it.

Image caption Ed Sheeran’s cats: “I’ll give them medicine, then they’ll cough it up in my hand. That’s quite cute, actually.”
Track seven: Happier
What’s currently making you happy? Or sad, for that matter.
I’ll tell you what’s making me happy-sad: my cats.
They’ve got flu, but they’re just really cute. When they sneeze, that’s a happy-sadness. It’s like “Aah,” but also “Ugh.”
Track eight: Hearts Don’t Break Around Here
What’s the worst injury you’ve ever had?
I put my foot in a boiling pool of water when I was up a volcano. That was pretty bad… but when you asked that, my hand started twitching – so maybe it’s that.
What happened?
I smashed a bottle of beer into my hand and got 12 stitches before a gig.
Then I played the gig and split them open again while playing.
It almost hit a tendon and meant I wouldn’t be able to use this hand to play guitar.
So, yeah, that was the worst injury I’ve had.
I’m actually getting a bit twitchy thinking about it.
Image copyright PA
Image caption Ed Sheeran will pose for a selfie – but he’s thrown away his own smartphone
Track nine: New Man
Have you ever advised a girl to dump her boyfriend because you had a crush on her?
Probably, when I was 14. Not since then. Not when it’s been a serious relationship. Because I don’t really have much else to offer. I can’t be like: “You should leave your boyfriend,” and then disappear off on tour for four years.
Given your lyrics, do people think you’re wise romantically? Do they ask for advice?
I’m great at advice, yeah. I give the best advice. I just won’t always follow it.
Track 10: What Do I Know
Do you read your own press?
Yeah, all of it. At the beginning I got a bit upset, but you can’t sell 22 million albums, then read a review by one person and be like: “No-one likes me.”
But I used to have a hit list. I remembered the people who didn’t help, and then if they asked: “Do you want to go on the cover of our magazine?” I’d be like: “Hell, no.”
The list doesn’t really exist any more. It was just in the very early stage of my career.
Image copyright Taylor Swift / Instagram
Image caption Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran got together for a jam session last June, according to this photo on her Instagram account
Track 11: How Would You Feel?
What’s been the high point of the past five years?
I think this year is going to be the high point. I have a feeling about it. Seventeen is my lucky number, and everyone I was scared of releasing of albums around me released them all last year – people like Beyonce and The Weekend and Bruno Mars.
Taylor [Swift] isn’t going to be releasing until probably the end of this year – Christmas is the smartest time to release because that’s when everyone buys records. So I’ve got a full year of just all Ed, all the time.
Media captionEd Sheeran: Live Lounge Special (BBC Radio 1)
Track 12: Supermarket Flowers
What’s the least romantic present you’ve ever bought?
I bought my girlfriend a penknife for Christmas. Not romantic, but she wanted one. I got her a penknife, and she got me a Tech Deck – you know, those finger-sized skateboards you used to play with in school?
So you listened to what she wanted and bought her it? That’s the definition of romantic.
OK. Do you know what? I was watching the Bridget Jones movie, and they had that new Dyson hairdryer advert – and all the girls around me, all these mums and daughters, were going, “Oh, that looks great.” So I was like: “[clicks fingers] Sorted for Christmas.” So that’s probably the least romantic sentiment.
Ed Sheeran’s new album, (Divide), is released on Friday, 3 March, by Atlantic Records.

Image caption Ed Sheeran: “I think this year is going to be the high point of my career”
In the first part of our exclusive interview with Ed Sheeran, the singer talked about writing 10 different versions of his third album, (Divide), and revealed he had a song “better than Thinking Out Loud”.
Ed Sheeran: ‘Ive topped Thinking Out Loud’

Scotty McCreery Shares Picturesque Photo from Honeymoon in Tahiti
Scotty McCreery is a married man! The singer, who wed longtime girlfriend Gabi Dugal on June 16, is now vacationing with his beautiful bride in Tahiti. A day after he released the lyric video for his new single, "This Is It," the singer shared a photo of himself with Gabi beside the picturesque crystal clear waters of Tahiti. "Ia orana from Tahiti!" Scotty captioned the stunning image. La orana is a local greeting in Tahiti. Meaning hello, good morning or good evening—a popular Tahitian phrase used by locals. Scotty wed Gabi in a ceremony in North Carolina attended by 200 of the couple's close family and friends. His latest single, "This Is It," was inspired by his bride and their romance can be seen in the latest lyric video for the song. The "This Is It" lyric video features visuals from the North Carolina mountains where Scotty proposed to Gabi last year. In September of 2017, Scotty invited Gabi on a hike and when they reached the top of the mountain, he dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him. "Way up in the mountains, four thousand feet high / There's a trail through the trees to a cliff where Carolina meets the sky / Oh, and there's a view I just can't describe / No, I'm not there yet, just a few more steps, baby wait / Okay, you can open your eyes," he sings on the song. The couple, who have known each other since kindergarten, began dating six years ago when they were seniors in high school. “I’ve been planning this moment for so long that it feels surreal for it to have finally happened,” Scotty said upon their engagement. “Gabi is the perfect girl and my true love, and I cannot wait to begin building our life together as husband and wife.” Penned by Scotty, Frank Rogers and Aaron Eshuis, "This Is It" appears on the singer's latest project, Seasons Change.
