First day going back to the gym after my semester at uni had started.

I skipped class today and didn't hit the 10k steps

Had a pomegranate smoothie (just blended pomegranate with yogurt) for breakfast and a banana with peanut butter for after gym snack.

For lunch, I had eggplant with fake meat and avocado.

My snack/dinner was this Caroline Deisler cookies

I wanted to binge on something and this seemed the best option.

My whole day was a bore. Since I started to be more productive, laying around without doing anything became a chore.

I was so bored that I almost texted a guy who ghosted me. To eliminate any temptation, I deleted his number and his messages. Now I can't reach him.

I made another tray of cookies today because tomorrow I'm having tea with a friend and I'll bring it as a gift (and a healthy option for me to eat).

Going to listen to some bambi subs while I read and try to sleep to wake up early tomorrow (I'm not even tired, in fact, I'm wide awake. But I don't want to mess up my sleep schedule

I didn't go to the gym today, but did some Caroline Deisler workout. Any movement is better than nothing.

Going to walk a bit more before going to sleep to hit 10k

My diet was trash because we're having a masters thing at uni with lots of free food and I'm enjoying it.

Saturday I'm back at my standard diet

Today a girl asked who am I closest to in my class and I had to lie. I know a lot of people and many like me, but I can never seen to cross that line between colleagues and friends.

I'm here since March and only made 1 real friend. I'm deeply grateful for having her in my life, but I miss having a group of friends to hang out with
