we’re struggling with how to organize some new tags that’ll be a part of the tag refresh, so we figured we’d ask if anyone had any suggestions!!

we have various top-level tags that act as categories. tags like “genders”, “orientations”, and so on. previously, things like vesils, vior terms, personalius terms, and the like would go under “identities”. we realized though that we don’t really like this, since it can imply that genders, orientations, and all of our other top-level tags aren’t also identities

so now we need top-level tags for the following types of terms: vesility, euphoria & dysphoria, vior, formatial, affial, affinity, aliaspective, chronosian, opinierique, personalius, POSIC+, theoret, wiretype, xeniden, relationship anarchy, collector terms, monoamory & polyamory, fluid & flux & fluix, gizmorial, and omninoun

we already know that we want to group relationship anarchy in the same as monoamory & polyamory. we know there’s also an term for what monoamory and polyamory are, but with the wiki down and our poor memory, we can’t remember

any suggestions would be appreciated, even if not eventually implemented!!!

so MOGAI stands for Marginalized Orientations, Gender Alignments, and Intersex. think xenogenders, that kind of thing.

and LIOM stands for Labels, Identities, Orientations, and other Minorities. It’s a wider category that includes MOGAI, but also things like MAD pride, alterhumans, physical and mental disabilities, vesilities, omninouns, so on.
