I. Conclusion of Contract

1. By entering into any sort of business relationship with CIPHER, be it as an employee of CIPHER, employee or member of any of CIPHER’s associates, independent contractor or otherwise, the party in question becomes affiliated with CIPHER themselves.

2. Affiliates of CIPHER, regardless of individual status or rank within the organization, are subject to the following rules and regulations.

II. Primary Duties

1. The primary duty of all members and affiliates of CIPHER is to protect and serve the interests of CIPHER.

2. Orders issued by leadership of CIPHER (ranks Admin, Chief Admin, Head and Grand Master) are to be followed without question. 

3. Assets of CIPHER (finances, properties, contracts, business relationships, etc.) are not to be compromised under any circumstances. 

4. No details about any business relating to CIPHER may be disclosed to third parties, unless explicitly approved by leadership (cf. II. 2.).

VIII. Damages

1. Should the affiliate violate any of the rules and regulations listed above, they are liable for damages. 

2. This applies in the case of intent and negligence. Any clause contained within agreements between the affiliate and CIPHER or third parties that states the affiliate shall not be held accountable under specific circumstances, be it for ordinary negligence or otherwise, is void. 

IX. Liquidation of Debt and Other Payments

1. If an affiliate of CIPHER is liable for damages or fails to pay a debt within an appropriate time limit, CIPHER may collect due payments through the CECD*, CLED** and CFID***.

2. The appropriate time limit is determined by whichever department is concerned with the original matter or the CFID or leadership (cf. II. 2.). 

3. The same applies to any sort of claim CIPHER has against the affiliate. 

4. CIPHER does not agree to any further negotiations and reserves the right to move on to debt collection without delay. 

5. In order to liquidate debts, CIPHER may seize any assets of the affiliate. This includes the affiliate themselves, if the total debt is higher than the estimated market value of their person according to the NANWL*. 

X. Consequences of Seizing the Affiliate

1. The affiliate is immediately transferred into ownership of CIPHER.

2. CIPHER receives the right to make use of their work capacity, skills, qualifications and other individual qualities as it sees fit. 

3. The affiliate is prohibited from citing any international human rights regulations or constitutions of other regions to deny or prevent any debt collection measures taken by CIPHER.
