Occupation: Former attorney,  Owner of Harlow’s Refined Tobacco and Cigars

Distinguishing features: Long scar on back of left hand running between the pinky and ring finger and ending over the metacarpal bone, most often covered with gloves. Gold wedding ring on his left hand but is covered up for the most part with a pair leather gloves. Can often be found in pattern suits and oddly enough walking through the rain without an umbrella.

Personality: Often makes most people restless when he speaks to them as he tends to maintain long eye contact. He is in his own way, patient, but despises the feeling of being touched when unprompted or forewarned. Built with a sharp tongue and favors a glass of sherry in the afternoon, he is not to be trusted, he can and will lie at every turn. He may pick something up about someone else, but he might not ever voice it.

A brief rundown of relations by fandom:

Hosea Matthews- The older gentleman doesn’t trust the lawyer and often refers to him as a snake due to his shifty behavior around the edge of camp.

Micah Bell- A rat and a snake, watching each other out of the corner of their eyes. Otherwise, unknown relation

Arthur Morgan- Tolerates the lawyer for the most part despite his rather dandy appearance and mannerisms

Josiah Trelawny- The lawyer feels a certain connection with the magician but he’ll never be one to admit it

Dutch van der Linde- Polarizing. Either ready to snap at the other or enjoying a discussion of American literature

Mary-beth- The lawyer is charmed by her, in a very distant way. He hasn’t gotten to get to know her, otherwise, unknown relation.
