Changyi was often quite calm about everything to do with himself, his past, and his current life. He grew up Gwangju with his two guardian. He was raised normally, not really ever knowing who or where his birth parents were. But to put it blandly he didn't really care at this point. He grew up a happy child who was determined to win at mostly everything, he's humorously competitive and open mouthed. When he was sixteen he skipped a grade because of his 'unlimited potential in mathematics' but never wanted to continued down that path. Instead halfway through his senior year of high school he left and set off to become an idol trainee.
He joined beat interactive after a year of failed auditions and did wonderfully. His facial expressions and attitude on stage earned great attention and he was soon set to debut as the groups leader, centre, and lead vocalist. Changyi was the first member to be released by the company and he brought i a heard of fans once they did.
He debut and was complimented on taking care of the others and becoming the quote 'mom' of the group, all his fans take almost everything he does as a joke and don't dig to deeply into what he says. Which on his part is good. Because he says many things that people could misinterpret. He gets stressed ad worried easily now that hes an idol, and dread crawls at his insides everyday. But he puts on a strong face of content for everyone. And the proceeds t break down the second he's locked inside the comforting four walls of his bedroom. He's just working on improving himself and the other. Boosting them up so he wont get tarred down himself.

Cultural Fashion: Katara's Ba Sing Se Dress
Tumblr media
Katara's Ba Sing Se dress is inspired by changyi robes (氅衣), which were full-length gowns worn by Manchu noblewomen during the Qing Dynasty (1644–1911). Characteristics of changyi include high slits on both sides of the dress, prominent trim along the openings of the robe, and a rounded cross collar (pianjin/偏襟). Around the beginning of the 20th-century, standing collars and more fitted silhouettes also became common on changyi and other Manchu women's clothing. Overall, Katara's Ba Sing Se dress possesses many characteristics of a late Qing Dynasty changyi.
However, similar to her headdress, her robe isn't 100% historically accurate. The standing collar doesn't appear to be directly attached to the pianjin opening and her sleeves appear to be modeled more after hanfu than qizhuang (Qing Manchu clothing). Nonetheless, her design still alludes to a very specific period in Chinese fashion history, rather than simply being a generic "Asian-esque" dress. Plus, the design is just lovely!
Fun Fact: The cloud pattern on Katara's dress is known as xiangyun (祥雲) or "lucky clouds" in Mandarin. Clouds are considered auspicious imagery in Chinese culture due to the Mandarin word for cloud (yún / 雲) sounding similar to the Mandarin word for good fortune (yùn / 運).
Like what I’m doing? Tips always appreciated, never expected. ^_^

what happened when wwx went to gusu summer school in the wrh raises wwx au?
"Thank the heavens," Lan Xichen laughs, when Lan Wangji presents himself at the Hanshi after returning from his latest monthlong night-hunting tour in Huai'an. "Shufu has been at his wits' end in your absence, didi."
Lan Wangji lifts an eyebrow and begins to unpack the basket of tribute gifts he received from the Huai'an magistrate. "Why? My duties were to be delegated to Changyi-tangxiong while I was away; and whatever Shufu might find wanting in his temperament, I have never known him to be anything but diligent."
"No one has dared replace you as head of discipline," his brother says wryly. "And according to Shufu, this batch of guest disciples has worse manners than most."
"Shufu rarely has trouble with the guest disciples," Lan Wangji points out, frowning. The lone exception to this rule was Nie Huaisang; but no one in the Cloud Recesses has ever bothered disciplining Nie Huaisang, even before his older brother was betrothed to Xiongzhang. "Who does he wish me to discipline this time?"
Inexplicably, Lan Xichen only grins at him and scoops a handful of icy-red lychees out of the tribute basket.
"Go to tomorrow's lecture in the Lanshi," he teases, "and perhaps you shall see."
Lan Wangji could not see the sense in this. If one of the guest scholars was being impudent in the Lanshi, Shufu ought to have sent them to the Pavilion of Discipline to receive punishment instead of waiting for him to settle matters; for as Head of Discipline, Lan Wangji's main duties consisted of revising the codex of appropriate punishments and patrolling the Cloud Recesses after hai shi on alternate fortnights.
But the next day, he made his way to the Lanshi as bidden—and the moment he crossed the threshold, he understood exactly who had been making trouble for his uncle, and why he had been left for Wangji to handle.
As ever, all four of the other Great Clans were represented among the guest disciples: Yunmeng Jiang disciples in violet and jade-green, the Jin in cream and gold, Nie Huaisang and his shixiongdi in their familiar black and silver-gray—and by the window, the fiery scarlet and gold of Wen Ruohan's delegation, dressed in silks so fine that they would not have looked out of place upon an imperial concubine.
Lan Wangji narrows his eyes at them. Each one is haughtier than the next, though not quite brazen enough for Shufu to blink at; but then his gaze moves to the disciple sitting at the front, and freezes as the boy rolls his shoulders and turns around to greet Wangji with an insolent, lazy smile.
This is the one, he realizes, as the disciple flutters painted—painted?—lashes at him before turning back to look at Shufu. He is the one Uncle wants me to discipline.
"Wangji," Shufu says, with such open relief that Lan Wangji looks away from the Wen disciple in surprise. "At last. Have you come to attend lessons with the guest disciples?"
Wangji puts his hands together and bows. "Yes, Uncle."
"Excellent. But before you sit down, go take Wei Wuxian to the dormitories, and see that he washes his face and removes those ornaments from his hair."
Lan Wangji nods and takes three great strides towards the Wen disciple. "You heard your laoshi," he says. "Come."
The disciple—Wei Wuxian—gives no reply; but luckily, he rises from his chair and follows Lan Wangji out of the Lanshi without protest. As soon as the doors to the lecture hall fall closed behind them, Lan Wangji opens his mouth to deliver a short lecture on the virtues of modesty and simplicity in dress—only to snap it closed again in shock, for he has never seen a man who painted his face like this outside the theater troupes Xichen used to visit with him when they were children.
Wei Wuxian's lips are a wet, shining crimson, as if he had dipped them in blood before arriving at the Lanshi; and his eyes are lined with fine black paint and red rouge mixed with some kind of bright, sparkling dust. Worse yet, he had even painted his eyelashes, to make them seem twice as long and dark as any man's lashes ought to be—and as if all of that were not enough, the heavy locks of his hair are fastened with chains made of solid gold.
"Why are you looking at me, Lan-er-gongzi?" Wei Wuxian asks. He puts his head to one side, and despite himself, Lan Wangji hears music; for someone had woven small golden bells into Wei Wuxian's braided hair.
"Enough talk," Lan Wangji says flatly. "Follow me back to the dormitories so you can wash and brush out your hair."
To his astonishment, Wei Wuxian does not object. He keeps pace with Lan Wangji all the way to the compound reserved for the Wen disciples; and then, without another word, he vanishes into his lodgings and leaves Lan Wangji behind to wait for him on the porch.
Puzzled, Lan Wangji seats himself on a convenient stool and wonders why Wei Wuxian had obeyed him so easily. It was only too clear that Shufu first tried to teach him the virtues of simple adornments at least a month ago, if not longer; so why had he flouted Uncle's wishes and honored Lan Wangji's?
Perhaps he is being too obedient, says a small voice in the back of Lan Wangji's mind. Perhaps he has run out through the back of the house, and gone off to frolic in Caiyi.
Lan Wangji frowns more deeply than ever and raps on the door with his knuckles. "Wei-gongzi? Are you finished?"
"Nearly," Wei Wuxian calls. "You can come in, if you'd like."
Wangji highly doubts that Wei Wuxian is really making himself presentable (or at least, not as he ought to be doing) so he enters the house and finds his charge wiping his face with a damp towel.
He lowers the towel at the sound of Lan Wangji's footsteps, and then:
"You were not meant to paint yourself in a different fashion," he says, incensed. "Wash your face properly at once."
Wei Wuxian blinks at him in confusion.
"I have washed it off," he says. "Look."
And then he leans forward and grabs Lan Wangji's hand, drawing it up to the damp skin of his face before Lan Wangji can turn tail and flee. He drags Lan Wangji's fingertips over the smooth bones of his cheeks and forehead, and across the bronzen skin circling his eyes—tanned and not painted, Lan Wangji realizes—and presses his full lips to the heart of Lan Wangji's palm, so forcefully that any traces of rouge left upon them would have been imprinted on Wangji's skin.
"There!" Wei Wuxian says, beaming—and completely unaware that Lan Wangji is very near to bursting out of sheer fury. "I'm as clean as a new jian."
"Your hair," Lan Wangji croaks; for if he dared raise his voice any further, he would scream, and then he would be the one submitting himself for punishment at the discipline pavilion. "Comb it."
Wei Wuxian nods and unravels his braids. Rather than undoing them one by one, he merely snaps his fingers and lets out a burst of spiritual energy; and immediately, the gold fastenings fall loose and clatter onto his dressing-table, leaving the glittering mass of his hair to slide down his broad back like a waterfall coursing down the face of a mountain.
Suddenly, Lan Wangji finds himself unable to breathe.
He flings himself out of the guest house and up the hill towards the Jingshi, where he spends an hour meditating in complete silence before he can bring himself to set foot out of doors again.
"Brother," he says, when he finally works up the courage to return to the Hanshi two days later. "I fear that I may be unable to take over the duty of disciplining Wei Wuxian. He made me angrier than I have ever been in my life."
Lan Xichen—who had heretofore shown no signs of being anything other than a kind, understanding brother—only stares at him, and bursts into laughter.

[Hanfu · 漢服]Chinese Immortal Traditional Hanfu Refer to Tang Dynasty Painting 《八十七神仙圖/The Eighty-seven Immortals》
【God of the Moon in Chinese Mythology-太阴星君/Tàiyīn xīng jūn】
Yesterday(9/29) was the Mid-Autumn Festival/中秋节(Zhōngqiū jié). I believe many people have heard the story about the Goddess of the Moon-Chang'e/嫦娥.
But there is another god of the moon in Chinese mythology that not many people know - 【太阴星君/Tàiyīn xīng jūn】
Folks often think that the 太阴星君/Tàiyīn xīng jūn is Chang'e/嫦娥, but scholars usually think that she is not or that she is Chang Xi/常羲, the wife of Emperor Jun/帝俊.
Changxi (Chinese: 常羲) or Changyi (Chinese: 常儀) is a Chinese lunar goddess worshiped in the traditional Chinese pantheon. Known from ancient times, the earliest historical information on Changxi can be traced back to the Classic of Mountains and Seas (山海经). She is the wife of Di Jun(Emperor Jun/帝俊) and the mother of twelve moons.
The earliest known mention of Changxi is made in the mythic text The Canon of the Mountains and Seas, romanised as Shan-hai Ching. A single line in it reads: "The Di Jun married Changxi, who gave birth to twelve Moons
The God of the Eastern Sky Di Jun had three wives, including Changxi, who was regarded as his first wife and Xihe(羲和)'s western counterpart; while Xihe(羲和) gave birth to the ten suns, Changxi bore twelve unique moon daughters that would complete a full journey across the heavens every day. She bathed her children in a water pool. Described as an "important early goddess", her significance amongst the deities gradually waned and she was eventually "demoted to a minor position"
Together, Xihe(羲和) and Changxi (常羲)are a representation of yin yang(阴阳). Xihe and her ten suns, and Changxi and her twelve moons represent the Chinese solar and lunar calendars respectively. Changxi is often confused with fellow lunar goddess Chang'e.

Period dramas dresses tournament: Orange dresses Round 2- Group B: Ulanara Yixiu, Legend of Zhen Huan (full dress in first gif of this gifset) vs Jodhaa Bai, Jodhaa Akbar (gifset)
Propaganda for Yixiu's dress (written by a submitter):
I think it seems kinda peachy? But it goes so well with her dianzi hair ornaments, and it's one of her signature looks throughout the show. I'm fairly certain it's a changyi? anyway it's what springs to mind when I think of her.

ATLA Gender Bender: "Toph"
Toph -> Toph
Since Toph was originally planned to be a boy, his name does not need to change.
I tried to change as little as possible for male Toph. Here he looks noticeably more muscular than normal, female Toph, but this is an error. At age 12, his physical build should not be that different from his female counterpart. I willl handwave this away by saying he is flexing really hard here.
His appearance is somewhat inspired by Hibiki Ryoga.
OUTFIT DESCRIPTIONS:
1: TV series Outfit.
His hair is tied in a Daoist topknot.
2: Toph's formal dress, based on men's fashion from the Tang Dynasty
Toph is a girl treated like a doll by her parents due to her disability and youth. So male Toph is a boy treated like a puppet for the same reasons. The tall hat and cumbersome robes are meant to symbolize the burdens he feels imposed on him by his family. These are clearly outfits that his mother forced him to wear, not something that he actually enjoys wearing.
His putou is based on a style that was worn during the Tang Dynasty (see: chinesehanfu.tumblr.com/post/6…). To create the image on the left, I referred to the following styles:
ziseviolet.tumblr.com/post/679…
hanfugallery.tumblr.com/post/6…
3: Toph's outfit while kidnapped, seen during "The Blind Bandit"
In the image on the right, Toph is wearing a changyi. This garment was worn during the Tang Dynasty, but I referred to a painting from the Ming Dynasty due to the colors being closer to Earth Kingdom greens.
4: Toph's Fire Nation disguise
While sparring with "Kannik", he would be shirtless, wearing the same pants and sash as regular, female Toph.
5: Comics Toph.
The pin in his xiao guan is based on badgermole imagery, making it a trapezoid.

Conflict between responsibilities and powers
Tumblr media
"The private sector is not a matter of the private sector at all."
What exactly is the private sector? Different HE Tuber companies will give you completely different answers. In some companies, the private domain department is a member operation center under the e-commerce department; in some companies, the private domain department is another e-commerce division parallel to Tmall and JD.com;
In some companies, the private domain department is the user operations team for the back-link of self-media;
In some companies, the private sector department is the digital middle office of the entire company.
People who work in the private sector will find that all the business of their own department is entangled with other departments, making it difficult to solve any problem independently.
If people in the private domain want to apply for membership status, they must be reviewed by the brand department to see if it complies with brand management standards;
If a person in the private sector wants to do a promotion, the e-commerce department must review the price discount to see if it disrupts the price order of others;
If people in the private sector want to attract new customers from offline stores, they have to cooperate with offline sales to bury data.
Essentially, the private sector and the private sector are two different things. The private sector is the result that enterprises want to pursue, but the private sector is only one of the means to achieve this result.
If an enterprise wants to do a good job in the private sector, it must break through all departmental barriers and balance all conflicts of interest.
Because the industry has different definitions and perceptions of the private domain, there are many private domain suppliers. Everyone says they are doing private domain, but they are not doing the same kind of private domain.
Who should I contact if I want to go private? “All external companies can only solve local problems”
Party A’s understanding of “private domain service provider” is basically one-sided. When a boss talks about doing a good job in the private sector, he and his team often have completely different understandings. Currently, there are several types of companies in the world of private domain service providers:
TP-type companies : They are familiar with the gameplay and rules of e-commerce store operations. Some agency operation companies can even help brands integrate logistics and warehousing, and directly introduce service providers to brands, but essentially they are doing traffic operations and transactions. Representative companies include Ruilaibang, Baozun Kunxin, Ruo Yuchen, etc.
Advertising company : The company itself is an advertising company, or the executives have worked for 4A companies. They are good at using creative methods to leverage user growth in the private domain, and are familiar with media strategies such as grass planting, fan operation, and advertising placement. Representative companies include Blue Label, Shengguang Group, and Changyi.
SaaS company : Supported by technology, it mainly provides digital system construction services based on SaaS. On this basis, it is combined with agent operation business. Representative companies include Shangpai, Youzan, Tencent Qidian, iCC Grow, Weimob, Shence, and Growing IO.
Social e-commerce company : Familiar with WeChat ecological gameplay and WeChat ecological tools, attaches great importance to building community and circle of friends content, and the overall gameplay is biased toward WeChat business style. Representative companies include Blue Whale, Little Fission, Circle Technology, etc. *The example in the article is that the company just focuses more on a certain type of business, or it started because of a certain type of business. Many companies have deployed multiple types of businesses and cannot be classified into a certain type. This article is only for illustration.
No matter which private domain provider a company seeks to cooperate with, he will find that all companies that provide private domain services can only partially solve the problem.
The so-called "full case agency operation" is essentially a pseudo-concept. Each type of company only extends its business to other private sector links in its own areas of expertise. But each type of business requires a different way of thinking from this team.
Suppose we conduct a new recruitment activity, and it is also a "whole-case operation company", but the methods of these types of companies will be completely different:
TP type company: Put the waiter’s WeChat QR code into the express package, and attach a 5 yuan coupon to attract users to add WeChat;
Advertising company: In time for the 520 node, plan an online flower delivery game to divert users to WeChat;
SaaS company: Make a small program and associate it with the cash register. Users must automatically follow the company's small program to pay;
Social e-commerce company: Find a product that costs 10 yuan, conduct a 1 yuan purchase event, and let users follow you for the purpose of picking up wool.
Each type of company has its own path dependencies and mental inertia. It's not that these companies can't do other businesses, but they don't have the cognition and thinking to do other businesses. This will lead to their "whole case" not being able to meet Party A's full case needs. Of course, the more important reason is that the private domain involves too many business links of the company and the interests of too many core departments. Private domain business is the result that enterprises should pursue, not the private domain department's own business. All private domain service providers can only partially solve local problems. Only corporate executives with a clear understanding and overall deployment can coordinate internal and external teams to achieve real private domain results.
Future trends: "In the private sector, we must also focus on long-termism."
In the past few years, the private domain has been regarded more as a sales channel and as another "Tmall", whose task is to sell goods. Later, private domain companies discovered that if the private domain was defined only as a sales channel, a series of problems would arise:
Random prices in the market: Consumers who come to the private sector must hope to get better prices. This price will destroy the price balance of Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, Pinduoduo and other channels.
Weak supply: The private sector not only needs lower product discounts, but also needs tailor-made products or services. However, the size of the private sector is far behind that of Tmall and Douyin. The factory cannot obtain large-scale orders and cannot provide independent products. Also because the volume of private domain orders is relatively small, it is difficult for logistics and customer service levels to keep up.
Human efficiency imbalance: Selling goods in private domains is different from selling goods on platforms. E-commerce platforms have complete digital facilities to help companies reduce operating costs. The sales of private domain basically need to avoid the sight of the platform to ensure higher profits. Therefore, the operating costs of private domains will rise dramatically as GMV increases. Compared with these annoying business problems, the more important reason that makes companies change their view on the private domain is that everyone finds that the value of the private domain goes far beyond selling goods.
