Unimportant but slightly funny thing i just found and had never seen mentioned before: The variable used for displaying what chapter you started your deltarune save in on the light world’s stats screen (oddly not the dark world’s...?) is called “krispreservationsociety” (society for the preservation of krises)

i actually somehow never noticed this was a thing that displayed at all this whole time i suppose i just never looked at this screen in chapter 2...

After doing a little bit of research (comparing the two different dvd boxes and playing with settings), it seems like the reason the better (extended) version of Muppet Christmas Carol isn't widely available compared to the lesser (theatrical cut) version is because it seems that the song cut is only available in full screen. There doesn't seem to be a wide-screen version of the extended cut available. So that's likely why the easiest to watch version is the theatrical cut, because Wide screen has become the default format.

And that's also likely why I didn't know there WAS a theatrical cut until after we lost and replaced the disk. The DVD we had was so old it only had full screen as an option, and the full screen version is the extended version of the movie.

Anyways, this is all just an educated guess. I didn't google the actual reason I just presume this based on what the boxes say, personal experience, and the fact that on the DVD that allows you to choose, full screen is the extended cut and wide screen is the theatrical cut.

someone fucked up a torr*nt file for the miniseries i’m watching bc it shows that some of these episodes are... 2 hours 42 mins long and 3 hours 18 mins long when in reality it ends at 1 hour something

Judging from the preview, next week’s case will be about comfort women and if the returning lady theory is correct, then it’d be perfect to tie it all up to Ryeon’s arc that I’m hoping begging on my knees is gonna be the focus of the last 2 or 3 episodes because I feel it’s about fricking time we got her story

Have you seen the original 60s film Little Shop of Horrors?? One of my all time comfort films. It’s even more batshit than the musical adaptation and I swtg 70% of the comedy sounds like shitposts here on Tumblr. I think you’d like it

no, i've never seen it! i definitely need to check it out. it's a difficult thing to do, cause the musical adaptation is my comfort film, so whenever the need arises i always go to that, but it's gonna be great to see where it all came from!
