If you read Geneva’s page, you’ll already know she and Olly swapped a lot of traits in development.

Olive, formerly Eloise throughout RS in its entirety, was focused on fashion designing instead of drawing, hence her radically different designs between seasons. While the bow was a trademark of her design, the beret ultimately won out.

ICT roughs her out in some spots, namely her shorter, spikier hair and arm tattoo. Her high energy levels and bubbly demeanor are gone in favor of making her more down to earth and casual. By this point, she’s just along for the ride.
