Shadow massaged his temples. "Chaos, release me from this hell..."

I found this song cause of my debate coach- he likes playing hype songs for us on the bus ride to and from the competition and WHEN I TELL YOU THE MOMENT THIS SONG PLAYED I ALMOST CRIED!

All I can imagine is the opening being Sonic, then the female voice that comes in after being Shadow.

My comfort zone is being at home (inside or outside depending on the weather), with a hot cup of coffee, music in the background, wearing my favorite pair of blue fuzzy socks, and a sticky note with a pen just in case anything random pops into mind and I wish to write/draw it down.

3. Is there a trope you wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole?

Self-insert ones are not my cup of tea.

9. Which fic has been the hardest to write?

Currently, the Power, Seduction, and Cries one because of the formal language and making certain that the small details fit with the era in which the story takes place.

Shadow opened his mouth but closed it the second after. He repeated the gesture again, failing to come up with an answer. It was a simple yes or no question. Still, the blue hedgehog made it seem like he was asking if alkali and alkaline earth metals were generally extracted by electrolysis…

To which the answer was yes—he mentally facepalmed. Basic chemistry was easier to understand compared to whatever this thing was going on between Sonic and him.

I honestly feel like this song could fit both ways or just both perspectives for Sonic and Shadow. Maybe not together? 🤷🏻‍♀️
