1, choose the correct grade of pure engine oil

2, do a good job of crankcase vent maintenance
Diesel generator crankcase fueling port cover has a small hole, the role of this vent is to make the crankcase and the atmosphere. When the diesel generator work, the gas at the top of the piston through the cylinder and piston, piston ring leakage between the crankcase so that the crankcase pressure increases. 3, to ensure the technical condition of the piston ring
Firstly, ensure the opening gap and side gap of the piston ring. Secondly, ensure that the oil ring and piston ring groove small oil hole is smooth. Piston ring is divided into compression ring and oil ring two, compression ring mainly play a sealing role; and oil ring scraping role, that is, the cylinder wall oil scraping down, through the oil ring in the oil hole, re-enter the crankcase, do not cause oil into the piston top combustion. 4, the correct installation of piston rings
(1) chrome-plated compression ring to be installed in the first piston ring groove.
(2) with torque ring, its direction should not be installed in reverse.
(3) piston ring opening do not align with the combustion chamber, the opening of the upper and lower ring should be staggered.
(4) piston ring to be test-fitted in the ring groove, otherwise jamming will occur.
(5) formal installation, the piston, cylinder wall, piston ring to apply a thin layer of clean oil.
5, cylinder water-resistance ring do not leak
If the cylinder sleeve water barrier ring leaks, there will be a lot of hot water into the oil sump, so that the water barrier ring lose elasticity, aging deterioration. Prohibit the use of burrs, air holes, sand holes, cracks, etc. water resistance ring. 6, exhaust gas do not flee into the crankcase

2) Ensure the correct clearance of the valve stem and valve guide.
(3) often check the cylinder, piston, piston ring and other wear and tear, and replace immediately when exceeding the limit.
7、Oil pressure and temperature should be appropriate
Oil pressure is too high and too low, indicating a fault in the lubrication system, or crank rod system wear, or oil thinning, thickening, aging and deterioration, etc., so in the work should often check whether the oil pressure is normal. Oil temperature is too low, oil viscosity increases, affecting lubrication; oil temperature is too high, oil thinning, lubrication performance decline, so the diesel generator oil temperature must be between 70 ~ 85 ° C.
8, maintain a good oil filter
Good maintenance of the oil filter, you can ensure that the oil clean, so that the diesel generator parts get good lubrication. Maintenance of them must be on time, according to the number, according to operating procedures.
9, replace the oil, clean the oil passages, oil sump
The oil replacement cycle should be carried out according to the factory manual. Oil replacement must be cleaned and oil sump according to the regulations.
10、Prevent leakage

What are the advantages of Honing process
What it honed tube?
Honed tube is well known as hydraulic cylinder tube in many industries. This is because honed tubes are the most important materials of manufacturing hydraulic cylinders. And as this kind of tubing is usually honed in tube inside diameter, it is known as honed ID tubing also.
The honed tubes are suitable for various kinds of Precision Mechanical Tube, Honed Cylinder Tubing and Hydraulic Cylinder, Construct use Multi Joint Tube, Steel Axis Pipe, Injection Machine and Robotic Arm.
Honed tubes are the main materials for manufacturing and repairing hydraulic power unit cylinders and pneumatic cylinders with piston rod. What is Honing Process?
Tube honing process is mostly utilized to produce smoothly inside surface finishes, and to ensure accurate dimension tolerances on inside diameters.
The honing process uses abrasive stones and paper to machine the inside diameter of the cold drawn seamless tubes, which “grinds” stock away to eliminate the surface defects from the cold drawing process; and to reach the required tolerances and surface roughness. And usually we should use cutting fluids to offer easy cutting action and also to clear away the cut material from the inside surface.
What are the advantages of honing cylinder tubes?
High processing accuracy of the inside diameters
Good surface quality: the surface of honing is cross-grain, which is beneficial to the storage of lubricating oil and the maintenance of oil film.
The honing speed is low (one tenth of the grinding speed), and the oil stone is in surface contact with the hole, so the average grinding pressure of each abrasive grain is small, so that while honing, the surface of the workpiece is almost without thermal damage and metamorphic layer, the deformation is small too. The honing machined surface has almost no sand and extruded hard layers.
What is Skiving & Roller Burnishing process?
The skived & roller burnishing process is a single pass operation that uses a cutting tool (skiving knives) on the forward path, to remove the stock to machine to the specified dimension, and then uses roller bearings on the reverse stroke, to burnish the inside surface to achieve the highest surface finish tolerances.
What are the advantages of Skiving & Roller Burnishing cylinder tubes?
The honed cylinder tubes which are processed by Skiving & Roller Burnishing have a surface residual compressive stress left on the surface layer, which contributes to the sealing of the surface micro crack and hinders the expansion of the erosion effect. Thereby, the surface corrosion resistance is improved, and the generation or expansion of the fatigue crack can be delayed, thereby improving the fatigue strength of the honed tube.
Through Roller burnish forming, the rolling surface forms a cold hardening layer, which reduces the elastic and plastic deformation of the grinding contact surface, thereby improving the wear resistance of the inner wall of the honing pipe and avoiding burns caused by grinding.

There are two standard core cylinder modules, the DTS and the DTK, both of which can be configured in myriad ways using any of the available attachment guides. These can be spec’d initially or added later with our add-on kits. The DTK has a shorter piston/yoke assembly than the DTS, allowing an overall length footprint as much as 42 percent shorter, while still offering the same stroke length as the DTS.
