The display his trauma so much better in this than in the animation. In the animation it's just "I'm stronger than you! AND I'M STRONGER THAN BIG BROOOOOOO!!!!"

That line made me mad because like... where's the depth...? ALSO WHO CALLS THEIR SIBLINGS "BIG BRO" OR "LITTLE SIS" I'M SORRY BUT I HATE WHEN THE DO IT, ESPECIALLY IN ANIME-

THE MANGA GIVES ALL OF OUR FAVOURITES MORE SCREEN TIME TOOOOO!!! Because, a load of characters don't get much screentime until they're respective chapter, so we know a sit ton about Toko and Aoi and Byakuya etc. but we really don't know much about minor characters, because they die too soon, or get TOO much screentime you just know they're going to die anyway, so why do their FTES.

Also, we were robbed, GIVE ME A FULL SET OF ISHIMARU FTES NOW!!! I WANT TO SPEND TIME WITH KIYONDO AND NOT HATE HIM SO MUCH!!!

I love Ishimaru but reading the manga he wasn't the best- he's still my favourite but he would be annoying IRL let me be real here-

Also, it proves my point further that Celes has no humane motive and shouldn't be considered an extremely popular character! People mainly like her because of her design, but no hate to those who do enjoy Celeste as a character. She just wasn't my "cup-of-tea" :-)

Do you think that Chuck's death was some kind of foreshadowing for Daiya's death?

Like if Mondo STILL gets emotional over his DOG'S death what about his brother? If his dog's memory causes him to get pretty sad and leave Makoto then and there what does his brother's memory cause him to do? To what lengths does it push him? Does this make sense? Am I coherent?

Ramble about Hyperfixation Chars.

No of course I don't relate to a character so much. Of course, my best friend doesn't relate (s) to said characters' best friend. Nope. Of course, I don't have the majority of that character's traits. Of course not, what are you thinking?! Of course, I don't react similarly in SOME situations. (Keep in mind I was never put in a KG-) and don't think without speaking and then later regret it and overthink. OF COURSE NOT *nervous laugh*

*shuffling through my brain for fun ishimondo ideas*

okay so i think that Mondo is afraid of thunderstorms, so whenever he hears one he has to hide under his blankets (and ideally, hug someone, which used to be Daiya but is now usually Michi or Taka when he can find them)

like, he has to cling onto them super tight until the storm passes, whether that's for 1 hour or 4. which has definitely upset Taka's schedule before, but he grins and bears it because he cares about Mondo's wellbeing so much :]]

Big scary biker is secretly very human, more at eleven.

I have a similar headcanon that sometimes traffic noises can make Mondo very squirrelly. Especially if he’s already having a tough day.

Occasionally he’ll be leaving school with Taka and the squeal of a tire or a lengthy truck horn will make his breath hitch and his knees buckle.

Taka grabs his arm to ground him, waits for Mondo to nod, and continues walking like nothing happened. He knows from experience that he doesn’t wanna talk about it.
