Hi! I was wondering what would other K-Pop idols or celebrities (like CNBLUE, Shinee, Twice, BlackPink, etc.) think about Jennie and Jungkook’s relationship when it’s made known to the public? Would they be big supporters of them? What would they say in their interviews if they were asked about Jennie and Jungkook? Can you give a couple of examples? I’m so sorry for asking a lot of questions. I hope I’m not asking too much.

I’m so excited to write their relationship reveal. I have a vision for it. I hope it turns out nicely when I write it. I wanted it to be unique and lowkey trolling Dispatch in a way since they be so nosy af. I’ll hook it up.

That BREAKING: BTS’ Jungkook and Jennie confirmed dating by Big Hit Entertainment is going to hit different 😭❤️ and it’s a new challenge for writing. Writing their relationship to the public. I’ll write the “Hello, this is Big Hit,” post and everything.

What other idols will think of JenKook:

CNBLUE: I believe they’d be encouraging of their young love and think it’s adorable. I don’t think they’d think about race or anything. Just that they can see why they fell in love with one another. Especially after watching the videos posted about them

“Big Hit said they’ve been dating since January of 2016 but from the videos and photos it looks like they have been in love with each other way longer,”

“They seem very serious about each other,”

“I’m more stunned they went on to announce it themselves. But I see why they did it instead of Dispatch leaking their relationship,”

Shinee: I feel like the members will be surprised at their reveal, not expecting them to date each other and think that the pairing is unexpected. They do hope those two will be alright regarding the media and public opinion

Gfriend, Seventeen, EXO, Twice, Monsta X, GOT7: I feel like it’ll interest all of them with this big relationship announcement. Those who are the closest to them will be excited. I do think some will also worry about their safety as well because people be acting delusional about relationships. There have been a handful of idol couples but they believe there will be something different regarding JenKook. With Kai and Baekhyun from EXO I see them thinking about when their relationships were leaked by Dispatch and the fact that JenKook bravely announced it themselves will impress them.

Mina and Jihyo from Twice will be giggling to themselves and smiling a lot whenever they see JenKook together. They’ll love all the videos and photos they reveal of each other.

That 97 Liner group chat will be jumping too. 😂 i should make some scenes for the story about that.

IOI: Shooked to see them go this route to publicly announce their relationship before the media. Seeing Jennie help train them during their show to continuing to thrive in BTS to being a part of one of the most biggest K-Pop announcements in the industry will surprise them.

BlackPink: Admires their bravery and would be surprised they’d go that route.

Red Velvet: I feel like some members would wonder if dating within the group is a good idea and pondered the what if’s like if they break up and if it would be awkward for the group.

CLC: I don’t think many would be that fixated on the couple but a bit taken aback they’re dating and announced it proudly to the world. However, Yeeun will be cheering with excitement that they finally revealed their relationship and will be vocal about it

BAP: I think about Zelo being disappointed about them dating because he’s becoming fond of Jennie. (i just haven’t written anything about it just yet.)

With everyone, whenever JenKook are asked about each other, they will notice how their eyes light up and how their smiles get bigger, which is more proof that what they have is real.

I do want their friends to be big supporters publicly. After Jennie posts a photo of her and JK on her IG before taking a social media break, I see friends leaving supporting messages.

Jennie deserves all the love she gets.”

A while back I was on Pinterest researching photos for example of posts for their relationship. Here are some:

Lol I love the sleeping photo of Jen’s face claim, Ryan Destiny. I feel like Jennie would feel so cozy when lying on Jungkook that she’d fall asleep. I see Yoongi snapping this picture of them and being the one to post it on their Twitter when showing support for their relationship.

Also feel like one of their love languages is definitely physical touch with lots of hugs and affectionate touches. As well as Jungkook and Jennie being so silly and annoying with each other. 😁 okay! I hope that sorta answers things hehe. I loved these questions. When writing it for future chapters I’ll put it in more detail

"Republicans are threatening to use their gerrymandered supermajority to remove the newly elected Wisconsin Supreme Court justice who could strike down their gerrymanders."

The Republican leader of Wisconsin's Assembly late last week threatened impeachment proceedings against liberal state Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz if she doesn't recuse herself from cases involving Wisconsin's legislative maps, which GOP lawmakers have aggressively gerrymandered to give themselves what experts say is an illegal electoral advantage.

In a radio interview on Friday, Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos accused Protasiewicz of "prejudging" the outcome of a potential case challenging the legality of Wisconsin's maps.

Earlier this month, a coalition of voting rights groups and law firms filed a lawsuit over the maps, appealing directly to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to strike them down.

Protasiewicz, whose election victory earlier this year ended conservatives' 15-year dominance of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, was critical of the state's maps during her campaign, calling them "rigged" and arguing they "do not reflect people in this state."

"I don't think you could sell any reasonable person that the maps are fair," Protasiewicz said in January. "I can't tell you what I would do on a particular case, but I can tell you my values, and the maps are wrong."

During his Friday interview, Vos characterized Protasiewicz's comments as sufficient grounds for recusal, claiming that they show she can't be an "impartial observer" on cases related to the state's maps.

But critics see Vos' suggestion of impeachment proceedings as an anti-democratic threat by a supermajority worried about losing its grip on power.

Republicans have controlled the Wisconsin Legislature for 12 consecutive years, and they have the two-thirds majority necessary to convict in the Senate. Just a majority vote in the Assembly is needed to impeach.

As the Associated Pressreported Sunday, the Wisconsin Constitution "requires legislative districts 'to consist of contiguous territory,'" but "many nonetheless contain sections of land that are not actually connected."

"The resulting map looks a bit like Swiss cheese, where some districts are dotted with small neighborhood holes assigned to different representatives," the outlet added. "Wisconsin's Assembly districts rank among the most tilted nationally, with Republicans routinely winning far more seats than would be expected based on their average share of the vote."

Stephen Wolf of Daily Kos Electionswrote in response to Vos' comments that "Republicans are threatening to use their gerrymandered supermajority to remove the newly elected Wisconsin Supreme Court justice who could strike down their gerrymanders."

"Gerrymandering let the GOP win exactly two-thirds in the state Senate in 2022 despite Dems winning most statewide races," Wolf noted.

Even if the Republican-controlled Wisconsin Senate doesn't ultimately succeed in convicting Protasiewicz, her impeachment in the Assembly would, under Wisconsin law, prevent her from hearing cases until her acquittal, observed Michael Li, redistricting and voting counsel at the Brennan Center for Justice.

"If the Senate drags its feet in holding a trial, that might be enough to leave gerrymandered maps in place for 2024," Li warned.

The Campaign Legal Center (CLC), Law Forward, the Election Law Clinic at Harvard Law School, Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, and Arnold & Porter argued in a petition filed with the Wisconsin Supreme Court earlier this month that the state's legislative maps are "extreme partisan gerrymanders that violate multiple provisions of the Wisconsin Constitution."

The lawsuit demands a redrawing of legislative maps and special elections for state Senate seats that wouldn't otherwise be up for reelection until 2026.

"The legislators elected in November 2022 took office in unconstitutionally configured districts," the lawsuit states. "That constitutional infirmity has persisted for over a decade now, and Wisconsinites have suffered under this unconstitutional system for long enough. Legislators have no right to complete a term of office that was unconstitutionally obtained."

What made you fall in love with Kpop

So, that's an interesting, yet common story.

Before entering in the kpop world, I was a huge western pop enjoyer, like I knew all the new release and I followed daily the charts. Out of nowhere, in these charts appeared a bunch of songs of these group, called Blackpink. I am talking about Hylt, Du-ddux4, kill this love and being an edm enjoyer, I instantly liked them.

Now, that was a big turning point for my mentality, because before I had a terrible opinion about Kpop: I thought that they were just a bunch of guys and girls doing cosplay and silly dances. Oh boy, if I was wrong. Only on one thing I was right: how much problematic are the fandoms (at least many of them).

So, while accepting my new interest, I spent 4 month watching only Blackpink content, but at one point the stuff to watch was over. So, slowly I started to discover new groups like Itzy, Everglow, CLC. All groups with a strong identity.

But more time I was in that world, more genres, so I started to love and appreciate Red Velvet, Twice, G-friend and the list is very long lol. Heck, even boy groups.

And now, I am the biggest multistan ever, I guess.

In general, I love the variety of music and sound in the industry and how much stuff is released every day, not only music, but variety, reality, dance practice, interview, ecc too.

　I went to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This is my first visit to the country. We went to some community learning centers (CLCs), took a tour of the facilities, and interviewed the staff members. CLCs in Mongolia are so different from the systems and programs of Japanese Kominkan that I was inspired by them. 　I even rode a horse and camel. These were experiences that we could only experience in Mongolia. I had a great time!

KAMPOT VISITATION SITE #2

The Cambodia Lutheran Church’s (CLC) visitation team went further towards the coast to get to Pastor Tikea’s home/church.  He is a recent member of the CLC, and so is growing in his understanding of Lutheran theology and practice.  How great it was, then, to visit for the first time, get to know his congregation.  The members of the church were very welcoming. As we do at every visitation, we interviewed pastor Tikea to get baseline data on his congregation, about everything from joys and challenges to worship life to mission outreach and more.  Further, we taught God’s Word and distributed resources (from Lutheran Heritage Foundation).  

Afterwards, we treated Pastor Tikea and his wife to a delicious seafood meal on the riverfront.  These meal times are a crucial time to build relationships and trust outside of the formal context of the church.  Thank God that I get to be a part of these opportunities!

i like leaders a lot cause theyre usually the oldest member and when groups generally have age ranges of like 17-22 or something then that means the leader is the closest in age to me, but actually what i vibe with way more is when the oldest member of a group ISNT the leader, lmao. 

like basically what that says to me is yeah this person is the oldest one but they just dont really want to be the leader / arent good at leading / arent as good as someone else in the group is at it, etc. which like.... same, bro. extremely relatable. i would never wanna be the leader in a group lmao i wanna be the aloof person who’s in their own little world but comes around now and then to say “hey kids whats up? hows things? alright yall have fun now, see you around” and then maybe some other nonsequiturs and then i leave. i’d let someone younger than me do the actual job of keeping the squad in line lmao, that’s not for me at all. nayeon, vivi, seonghwa, jinho... i see you
