Lenny Appreciation Post

Holy Lenny, Sacred Lenny, Precious Lenny, I Love My Lenny.

Lenny has been such a big part of my life ever since he started sneaking into my house at night. keeping him was one of the best things ive ever done. i love him so much.

Lenny makes everyone happy. Lenny is the happiest boy in the world. he has the loudest purr i have ever heard. he sounds like a jackhammer. he has a funny little tail that is not quite big enough for his body. Lenny is a stubby tailed boy.

at 5 pm every day Lenny likes to run around and slap everything. but he never uses his claws. he is a nice boy. sometimes he likes to gently boop my snoot. he always tries to be sneaky when he slaps me. one time he projectile vomited in the fruit bowl and all over the kitchen because he drank too much water. as soon as it was over he was happy again. Lenny always lives in the moment.

this character's design was undecided for the longest time, since 2019!

but recently, i finally got the inspiration and motivation to come up with something i'm happy with, so meet RABIES !!

its about time i made a proper CMYK eyesore character :]

the design was originally concepted by SploogieSmoothie [second image], who allowed me to play with ideas and keep the design!

its shapes/silhouette design was sketched out and finished, but i was stuck with just lineart ever since- simply unsatisfied with my previous attempts at making their colour design [the only thing i kept were the main and countershade colours/pattern i picked]

each drawing besides the first one [the final design/ref for RABIES] is dated March 2019

Another recent commission; this one was a reference sheet for @sirmalican of their really cool oc Calypso! She's a Soggy Wet Beaste and I love her, 10/10 would smooch!

Interestingly enough this is my only hybrid piece between Sai2 and CSP; I sketched the side view before changing programs and finished it up in Clip~

Also used a 3d skull model as reference for the mouth which was fun!
