Gonna yell a bit about one oc via phone cuz its 3:30am and insomnia sucks lol
I now have a better idea of Zuriel and what happened to her/them and how she ended up herasy (tho you may see a statue of how they used to look b4 the fall most likely in lust)
lore spoilers of events that take place b4 the game but are found in game:
I have the idea that Zuriel was an angel sent to look after king minos while the more important angels were called back to heaven when God just left to go get milk (i.e homie vanished for unknown reasons) And during that time, learned a lot from the king about humanity and how love isnt something that should be punished; esp since love is something their creator does welcome. With that in mind, Zuri opted to help king minos rebuild the layer of lust in secret; visiting heaven now and then once the council was finally established. Somehow, the council discovers the Lust renaissance and is like "yeah nah, gabriel go put an end to that sinning"
After getting word about how the renaissance will be ended by force, Zuri goes to tell Minos what will happen; he reassures them that he'll speak with Gabriel and he'll listen to reason once he sees the process of the lust layers denizens.... Unfortunately, this didn't happen and gabrial kills the king. Zuriel was then captured by Gabriel and brought forth before the council, after it was evident they were involved with the now failed renaissance. Their light was taken and they were banished to the layer of heresy; stuck as a living statue covered in grotesque plants and painful thorn vines for the rest of eternity (a play on the fact that they were an angel of nature n nurture).
Still debating if you can fight her as a secret boss there, but I haven't thought that far yet lol-

Realized I haven't actually introduced Allegra on here even tho I keep talking about her. So here is a messy lil ref sheet I threw together
+ a some timeline refs. Quick backstory beneath the cut
Allegra is Evander’s (and Gillian's) half sister. They share the same Centurion father but Allegra has a different mother
She escaped with her mother when she was a child and just about to start legionary training. Her mother died making their escape
After that Allegra ended up as a ranch hand for a while as a teen before becoming a courier more recently
It’s not until after the Second Battle of Hoover Dam that she goes looking for Evander and instead meets Cres and Sol

I present to you: A Vinehound Pack Leader.
Lore about them below the split!
Vinehounds are effectively living wooden sculptures of wolves. (Due to this, they do not need to eat or drink, but they still do need sleep.) Instead of having eyes where they would normally be, Vinehounds have a mane of flower petals, each petal in the mane holds an eye at its center. The petals can close, and when they do, it covers the Vinehounds entire head.
They usually travel in packs of either 8-11 members, or 3-5. One of them is designated to be the leader of the pack, as shown by mushrooms sprouting alongside the side of its body.
They have the ability to teleport between different locations; The only requirements is that there has to be enough plant matter and dirt in the location of where they want to teleport, and that their location is within a certain distance around them. (This distance is as the crow flies, not total distance.)
When a Vinehound teleports, they leave their body behind, which becomes either one giant plant that's found where the Vinehound originally teleported to, or it becomes a patch of multiple, smaller plants, also similar to the ones where the Vinehound originally teleported to. (This does mean that if a Vinehound can bring species of plants far away from where they would natively grow.) The total mass of the plants left behind will equal the mass of Vinehound that's teleporting away.
On the other side of the coin, when a Vinehound teleports to its destination, it will collect up an amount of plant matter, alive or decaying, equal to its mass before teleporting. This usually leaves barren spots in the place where it teleported to, as any available plant matter is used. If there is not enough plant matter at their chosen destination, then they will be unable to teleport.
