fucking THANK YOU, very appreciated 🤝🏼🧝🏻♀️
I mean I love Paul, he's a wonderful guy, so entertaining and good looking, but his tonsure will always have a horrifying effect on me - especially since some years prior he looked so good with blond hair and then THIS thing which makes me want to move to a monastery and pray the rosary five times a day to make it disappear ⛪

I hate it when somebody makes a well-researched and insightful post about aaaaaaaall the different issues with the usually but not exclusively American prison system (of which there are many), and then caps it off with "that's why we need to COMPLETELY ABOLISH all prisons, and don't come at me with nonsense about 'what about murderers and rapists?'"
People don't bring up murderers and rapists as some sort of 'gotcha!', you nitwit, they bring them up because you're entire argument ignores that even the current system is a massive step up from what almost universally used to happen to people accused (conviction optional) of those things. Stonings, hangings, lynchings. Reform wasn't on the table, being found innocent later down the line wasn't on the table, because they were dead.
And guess what? If you completely removed prisons from the equation, there's every reason to believe that all that would come back into fashion! We've got the red pill and the blue pill here, Neo; we can keep sequestering violent criminals in a way that helps protect the public from being further victimized and keep trying to chip away at the injustices that have taken root in that system, or we can let 'em loose until communities start snapping and dealing with offenses (real or perceived) in a more permanent way. You tell me which one is easier to swallow.

I like to think that in Demons, when the doctor that was about to kill Spencer was down and Derek was handcuffing him, he turned toward his babygirls- I mean toward his friends all "you guys alright- oh" and like Penelope is visible traumatized and curled in a ball at the floor and Spencer is going down from the adreline rush and downright faints. Like it would be so funny cause I just imagine Morgan at the middle of the room all 🧍🏾♂️🧍🏾♂️ and internally debating if calling a doctor would be the best idea considering that every single first-responder at this town had tried to murder them.

thinking about Holes (2003) again, specifically mr. sir (phenomenal name btw) and in the end its revealed that mr. sir’s real name is marion sevillo and he’s a wanted criminal, prompting the camp green lake boys to be like “marion? I didn’t know that was a man’s name” to which mr. sir says “it ain’t.” which leaves me with SO many questions, but mainly a really big one; is mr. sir trans?????

Do you watch CSI: Miami and New York?
i got another anon in my inbox asking me if i watched miami too. i did, a long time ago. pretty soon after i got into the OG i started watching miami and new york--honestly remember enjoying new york a lot more than miami for some reason. meant to rewatch both of them when i did my resurgence into the OG csi but i think i had trouble finding them at the time or something? i'm sure one day i'll go back to it though and watch all of it--i remember watching literally all the crime procedurals on cbs for like. a year before i stopped lol
