Anywhere in the world that one can find shallow, sheltered waters that don't freeze over, they will likely find colorful schools of little Millifish. It is not uncommon for these to teem with tens of thousands of individuals, and yet no two of them are the same. Every single Millifish possesses unique coloration, partially inherited, but effectively limitless in potential variety. In waters that they share with their many predators, mottled, camouflaging tones favor survival, and so these individuals are most common. However, rainbow-barred and piebald and solid black and every other description are mixed among them, finding safety in close proximity to their countless schoolmates.
When not among the cover of aquatic vegetation or river rocks, Millifish stick close to each other for shelter, creating very cohesive schools that can resemble a seamless, round, multicolored mass. They tend to spread out more while feeding, pecking at tiny invertebrates and algae, but will quickly consolidate into a blob again when trouble is spotted. When food is abundant or the water warms, males and females alike compete for partners in the school. After pairing up, ideally with a large and persistent mate, the female adheres her sticky eggs to a sheltered surface, and the male fertilizes them. He remains to guard them until they hatch in a few days, after which the fry only have each other for safety, taking several months to reach maturity.
Millifish germ bodies are vaguely fish-shaped themselves, silvery and reflective, and tend to aggregate into masses as they cruise around in search of hosts.

“People need to understand that ‘growth’ is not the same as social progress.” Hickel is one of the leading lights in a growing post-growth or degrowth movement. Its proponents argue that economic success cannot be measured through the crude metric of gross domestic product (GDP) and that there needs to be a managed reduction in growth in carbon-intensive countries and industries. “Growth simply means an increase in aggregate production, as measured in market prices,” says Hickel. “So, according to GDP growth, producing £1m worth of teargas is considered exactly the same as producing £1m worth of affordable housing or healthcare.” Hickel says that what matters in terms of social progress is not aggregate production but the production of specific goods and services that are necessary for improving people’s lives and achieving ecological goals – and a reduction in overall growth in high-emitting sectors and countries. “Every time a politician says they want more economic growth, we need to ask: growth of what and for whose benefit?” Opponents of the post-growth movement counter that a shrinking economy would be socially destructive, leading to a rise in unemployment, a reduction in tax revenue and therefore less money available for public services. This, they argue, would lead to increasing levels of hardship and destitution, which is already hitting marginalised communities the hardest. However, economists in the post-growth movement say a planned and purposeful reorganisation of the economy would benefit the vast majority of people. According to their vision, this could entail an organised downsizing in production of things such as mansions, SUVs, industrially produced beef, cruise ships, fast fashion and weapons – all of which are profitable to capital but ecologically destructive. At the same time, there should be a massive increase in investment in what would benefit people the most, from healthcare, public transport and renewable energy to affordable housing, nutritious food and regenerative agriculture, which offer less profit but are also less ecologically destructive. Hickel says: “In high-income countries like the UK, we have absolutely massive aggregate output. But this output is mostly organised around what is profitable to capital – and beneficial to elite consumers – rather than what is necessary for the wellbeing of everyday citizens. So despite high production we still have widespread deprivation … More than 4 million children live in poverty, and you can see the misery on our streets when you walk around. It’s madness.”

One punch man and flirting with romance
Romance, in my opm? More likely than you think.
There are many instances in one punch man where the author and the mangaka specifically tip their toes into showcases of implicit romance than explicit, but it is there and I'd like to jump into the romantic cruise ship and put down some of the cases where romance has been implied.
Starting with number one, Fubuki and Psykos implied to be kissing under a tree as teenagers where Fubuki seals off Psykos' powers with an implied kiss, where Psykos is also seen blushing right after. Rest of their interactions also ooze romantic overtones.
Number two is cd audio drama, Saitama and the mysterious heroine, where Saitama and Genos go see a movie and Saitama starts talking about relationships after seeing Suiryu flirt with a woman, then goes on tangent about girlfriends and such.
Saitama: That’s not the point... I have the feeling that things like a heart to heart interaction, sharing an umbrella, warmth, are all things broken away in my life. Other people can have things like big events and circumstances happening, romances and such bringing happiness in their daily lives. I have the feeling something broke and that sweet-like fluffy, nice stuff just fell right off from me. That's what I meant.
Saitama: Genos, look, have you ever seen a hero anime without a love interest in it? Genos: I don't remember watching a lot of anime in the past.. Why do you ask? Saitama: Well, we're heroes, right? We're working and living as such. And yet, why are we indifferent towards things like love interests or girlfriends? In some way it seems obvious and logical, but is it really ok? Are you ok with reality being so much harder than fiction?
It is obvious that Saitama would still be interested in romance, as he seems to be a romantic at heart, yet after becoming so strong he struggles with his emotions, his apathy.
Saitama also reads romantic shoujo manga on his spare time, as seen on season 2 OVA.
Number three is fairly recent addition where it is implied that Genos interest in Saitama as a disciple may or may not be entirely platonic. 3 different people (Zombieman, Flashy flash and Amai-mask) take note of Genos growing interest in Saitama. Genos has also been noted very much be interested in his master's physical appeal in audio cd dramas and below excerpt.

Genos for a long time, has been a prime example of a potential fool in love, but it is still handled in implicit rather than explicit manner. Shoujo sparkles and all that included.

Number four is a most recent addition of Blast and his partner, possibly holding hands under the panel. Blast's partner is specifically referred to as "partner" and not a collaborator by Sitch, giving his partner some more importance in the scene than rest of Blast's teammates. This one may be reaching, but we'll be seeing in future arcs how correct that assumption is.
Number five, Saitama and makeover audio drama where Genos has given Saitama's attack a long name.
Saitama: (Serious voice) Super shining and lightning, that’s right, this next punch will overwhelm you like a gust of northern urban wind deep in December, this illusionary, fantastical, understanding punch from the heart, starting from hyper dreaming attack the final, a never-ending eternal forever endless sentimental with a high sense aggregation of full throttle, godless, loneliness, can’t stop falling in love and as soon as fighting…
Number six, monsters named Maiko plasma and Electric catfish man appear to be a married couple. Maiko plasma refers to Catfish man as "darling" in multiple occasions, so they appear to be involved.
Number 7, where Tatsumaki thinks that Saitama is attracted to her because he's gripping her hand.
Last but not least, number 8, romantic alternate universe comedy part between Fubuki and Saitama in high school audio drama, where Fubuki thinks Saitama wanted to confess to her.
youtube
OPM may not yet have any really explicit romance, but implicit...there is a boatload. ONE does not leave fans cold when it comes to romantic undertones. :D

How To Buy A Boat Online: A Complete Guide
The idea of owning a boat has long been associated with adventure, freedom, and luxury. With more boats for sale online than ever before, navigating the waters of boat ownership has never been easier. Whether you’re looking for a power catamaran, a pontoon boat, or even a kayak, the digital marketplace offers more convenience, variety, and transparency than traditional methods.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about buying a boat online — how to do it smartly, securely, and with confidence.
Why Buy a Boat Online?
Convenience at Your Fingertips
Gone are the days of visiting multiple boatyards or flipping through endless classified ads. Online platforms offer a vast inventory of boats for sale, available to browse anytime, anywhere. Whether you’re in Florida searching for used boats for sale or just daydreaming about your next yacht rental in Miami, digital listings bring your dream boat closer to reality.
Competitive Pricing & Variety
Online marketplaces aggregate listings from all over the world, offering a wider range of options, be it budget-friendly small boats for sale or high-end luxury yachts. You can easily compare prices, features, and models without dealing with high-pressure sales tactics.
Informed Decisions
Digital platforms usually offer detailed specifications, high-resolution images, inspection reports, and even video tours. This means you can make informed decisions before even stepping onboard.
How AdamSea Simplifies Online Boat Buying
One platform that stands out in the online marine marketplace is AdamSea. Unlike basic listing sites, AdamSea offers a complete ecosystem for both buyers and sellers, streamlining every part of the process.
A Verified Marine Community
AdamSea connects verified buyers, sellers, and service providers within a single, secure network. This reduces risks, especially for high-value purchases like yachts or power catamarans.
Smart Matching
The platform’s intelligent search tools help buyers find boats for sale based on preferences like type, location, price range, and even services such as inspection or documentation.
End-to-End Support
AdamSea offers features beyond just listings, such as secure payments, and certified boat inspections.
Inspection, Delivery & Secure Payments
Trust, Verified
One major concern with online purchases is trust. AdamSea mitigates this by offering third-party inspections from certified professionals. This ensures that what you see online matches what gets delivered.
Delivery Without the Hassle
Whether you’re buying a pontoon in Vancouver or a sailboat in Miami, global delivery support makes it easier than ever. Logistic partners coordinate everything from pickup to drop-off, even across borders.
Safe Transactions
AdamSea uses secure payment method, ensuring funds are only released when the boat passes inspection and is officially handed over. This adds a layer of financial protection, especially useful when dealing with high-ticket purchases.
What is the best way to buy a boat?
The best way to buy a boat is to follow these essential steps:
Decide on the type of boat you need based on usage, location, and budget.
Search verified listings on trusted online platforms.
Request a professional marine inspection or survey.
Review ownership documents, including title, maintenance records, and registration.
Use a secure payment method to protect your funds.
Arrange insured delivery or pickup from the seller.
Following these steps ensures a safe and informed boat-buying experience.
Pro Tips Before You Hit “Buy”
1. Know Your Needs
Don’t just get swept away by sleek designs. Think about usage: Will it be for fishing, leisure, or water sports? A pontoon is great for family fun, while a catamaran suits longer cruising.
2. Set a Budget
From affordable small boats for sale to luxurious yachts, there’s a wide spectrum of pricing. Factor in additional costs like insurance, docking, fuel, and maintenance.
3. Verify Documentation
Always ensure that the title, registration, and maintenance records are in order. AdamSea provides assistance with boat documentation and compliance, making this process much simpler.
4. Test & Inspect
Wherever possible, schedule a sea trial. If you’re buying remotely, a certified inspection can act as your eyes and ears, ensuring peace of mind.
Final Thoughts
The marine industry is rapidly evolving, and online buying is becoming the norm. Platforms like AdamSea not only showcase boats for sale but also offer a secure, end-to-end solution tailored for modern buyers. From Florida’s vibrant boat rental scene to international yacht purchases, the online boat market is vast and ready for exploration.
So, whether you’re a seasoned sailor or a weekend explorer, your dream boat is just a few clicks away.

Excerpt from this story from National Geographic:
Ship collisions with the world’s rarest whales have garnered global attention. But until recently, scientists didn’t realize these same vessels are likely killing whale sharks, an endangered species and the world’s largest fish.
In a new study, over 75 researchers came together to quantify the threat shipping may pose to whale sharks, which live in warm tropical and sub-tropical waters around the world, including the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic Oceans.
The scientists mapped whale shark aggregation hot spots—known as constellations because of the sharks’ star-like patterns across their backs—in 26 countries and overlaid them with information on the positions of large ships, provided by Global Fishing Watch, a nonprofit that uses technology to increase transparency around how our oceans are used and managed.
They found the sharks were most in danger in heavily trafficked regions of Ecuador, Mexico, Malaysia, the Philippines, Oman, Seychelles, and Taiwan. While it’s unknown how many sharks are dying, their proximity to so much shipping activity suggests the burden is high, says lead author Freya Womersley, a researcher at the Marine Research and Conservation Foundation and the University of Southampton in the U.K.
Whales, such as right whales, stay near the surface to breathe air, making them particularly vulnerable to hitting ships. Although whale sharks, which often reach 32 feet long, don’t need to come up to breathe, they spend around half their time cruising at the surface feeding on plankton.
“The data the study pulled together from tagging whales sharks all over the world just shows how much time they're spending in that high-risk zone,” says Michael Heithaus, a shark ecologist at Florida International University who was not involved in the study, published in May in the journal Science of the Total Environment.
As shipping increases globally, these experts say it’s vital to act now to protect sharks: There are more than 100,000 ships moving goods worldwide, and the number could grow by as much as 1,200 percent by 2050.

Martin Freeman Says Backlash Over Age Gap in Ortega Movie Wasn't Fair
Eve Crosbie Apr 27, 2024, 8:36 AM ET
Lionsgate
Martin Freeman addressed the controversy around his latest film, "Miller's Girl."
Freeman, 52, plays a teacher who has a relationship with his student, played by 21-year-old Ortega.
He said the movie isn't endorsing age gap romances any more than Holocaust movies endorse genocide.
Martin Freeman addressed the controversy caused by his latest film, "Miller's Girl," in which he stars opposite Jenna Ortega, who is 31 years younger than him.
The movie, which landed on Netflix on April 25, follows a high school student, played by Ortega, who begins a sexual relationship with her English teacher, played by Freeman.
Audiences were quick to criticize the film due to the age gap between the two actors — Ortega is 21, while Freeman is 52. Some said the film romanticizes the relationship between minors and those in positions of power.
Speaking with The Times of London for an interview published Saturday, Freeman defended "Miller's Girl" as "grown-up and nuanced."
"It's not saying, 'Isn't this great,'" he said of the film's dynamic between his character and Ortega's.
Freeman said the film had been "tainted by association" with a difficult subject.
He said that derision wasn't distributed equally, though — saying that people seemed to understand the level of distance involved in stories depicting Nazism.
"Are we gonna have a go at Liam Neeson for being in a film about the Holocaust?" he asked, referring to Neeson's starring role in Steven Spielberg's 1993 film "Schindler's List."

Although the controversial relationship at the center of "Miller's Girls" prompted a lot of comment, the film wasn't a hit.
It premiered at the Palm Springs Film Festival to underwhelming box office numbers.
The R-rated film was given a small theatrical release in the US, showing at just 350 screens for just one week domestically, earning $321,000 in ticket sales, according to box office tracker The Numbers.
It took an additional $568,522 at the international box office, bringing its total gross to $889,522 — less than a quarter of its $4 million production budget.
On review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes, the film earned a critic score of 29% based on 58 reviews. Its audience score is 42% based on 50-plus verified ratings.
This could, of course, change now that "Miller's Girl" has been on one of the most popular streaming platforms."
(Disclosure: Mathias Döpfner, CEO of Business Insider's parent company, Axel Springer, is a Netflix board member.)
Dear GOD. Did he just... Martin, I know you're not this stupid, so seeing you being put up to behave like this, is just...gross. Your co-star had just come off of an Antisemitic publicity stunt with Tom Cruise, she's a one note actress, and we all know how films that are supposed to be cautionary tales, usually get turned into the opposite. Wall Street kicked off the age of Greed. The Fight Club inspired real underground fight clubs. If a film is not clear about its moral stance, then it WILL be misinterpreted. I don't know what's going on with you, but I'm going to pray for you, Martin. You need it. Especially working for Lionsgate.

All Hallows - Ghoul City
The gateway to Ghoul City is located on the right side of the entry plaza as you enter, on the opposite side from Trick-or-Treat Village and Pumpkin Acres, and the contrast is both striking and deliberate. Rather than a friendly small neighborhood or a quiet farming town, Ghoul City is a chaotic metropolis of tall buildings and short patience...and plenty of monsters among the citizens. (It's subtle rather than explicit, but there is a bit of meta-narrative worldbuilding here: in Pumpkin Acres, the horror is hidden/plausibly deniable whereas in Ghoul City, it's right out in the open, and which situation is preferable is a matter of opinion.)
The entry sign takes the form of an American highway exit sign identifying the location as Poul City, with the P overwritten by a GH in dripping red spray paint. Upon entering the area, guests immediately find themselves downtown, on a street between tall brick buildings with boarded-up storefronts at ground level and residential units above. Every spare bit of wall is peppered with graffiti suggesting the existence of monster gangs, and the area is littered with interactive gizmos—ring a doorbell and an irritated wight shouts down at you from an upstairs window, or step on a certain manhole cover to have a motorcycle roar from the nearby alley while its rider's eyes glow red.
As with Pumpkin Acres, the setting for Ghoul City is entirely contemporary, with some old-fashioned twists...but here, rather than being held back by isolation and basic conservatism, the locals indulge in nostalgia. The 1950s, the decade which redefined monster movies, and the 1980s, the one that reinvented the horror genre and Halloween itself (and launched the Goth subculture), are major design influences. This is especially true of the area music loop (framed as a radio broadcast), which probably comes closest to exemplifying what most people think of as a “Halloween playlist.”
Past the first block is the city center, dressed as an open-air mall, complete with a small food court. From here, guests have a choice to go right toward the waterfront (AKA Gilman Municipal Beach) or left toward the suburbs. Each sub-area has its own attractions.

Characters
Unlike the cozy communities across the way, Ghoul City is densely populated and fairly anonymous. There are only a few consistent named characters...but on the other hand, there are more roving “scare-acters” here than in any other part of All Hallows. You might see zombie commuters, punk vampires (only after dark, of course), and werewolf bikers. The aggregate effect is of the sort of “hidden society” commonly posited by contemporary urban fantasy novels.
The two named characters guests are likely to encounter directly, Albert U. Carden and “Batty” Betty Z, are both associated with Club Bloodsucker (see Attractions), as its manager/emcee and deejay, respectively. They are not explicitly vampires, but with the way they present themselves, they don't need to be very explicit about it.
Attractions
Club Bloodsucker: Located where the entry walkway wraps around the “city center” on the way to the suburbs, Club Bloodsucker is a genuine dance club, with live bands on weekend nights, a live deejay on weekday nights, and a randomized playlist during the daylight hours. Decked out like a Goth club, the music on offer also leans toward the Goth end of things but covers enough genres that most people can probably find something to bop to while enjoying refreshments from the bar. (Minors are allowed in as long as they have adult supervision.)
Attack of the Monsters in 3-D!: The signature attraction of the “suburbs” section, a dark ride homage to the monster movie genre as a whole. Guests board classic convertibles and cruise through a city currently under attack by nearly every sort of monster imaginable, from aliens to zombies! Jump-scares and dark humor abound, building to a climax of ultimate destruction!
City Cemetery: In the far end of the suburb area is a picnic area dressed as a picturesque graveyard. There are no rides or elaborate shows, but it's a nice place to take a break from the clamor of the rest of Ghoul City and play with more interactive effects.
Warehouse Maze: The Ghoul City maze attraction is themed as a warehouse on the docks. Loud noises and glaring “safety lights” add to the disorientation as guests weave between wobbling crates, squeeze through claustrophobic spaces between shipping containers, and are startled by inhuman dock workers.
Deep Dive: Located on the waterfront, a flume ride/“water coaster” themed around escaping from aquatic monsters...or are you the monsters, trying to escape the humans? It's open to interpretation.
Shops and Eateries
6. Food Court: The city center contains about half a dozen counter-service eateries offering various sorts of fast food. Individual locations bear names like Frankenburger, Spucci's Pizza, Jiang Shi's Midnight Wok, and Poultry-geist.
7. COSTUMES COSTUMES COSTUMES: Ghoul City's costume shop is framed as if it were a giant overstock emporium. The costumes available here include costumes that mimic the look of a specific decade (50s greasers, hippies, etc.), “career” costumes (e.g. cop, doctor, soldier), “sexy” costumes, superheroes, and famous horror movie characters.
8. Rock 'N' Reel: A video and music store specializing in horror films and Halloween specials and albums. Streaming may be the dominant media platform these days, but Blu-Rays and even DVDs aren't dead yet, and vinyl is even undergoing a revival.
9. Treasures of the Deep: A souvenir shop located near the Deep Dive coaster, featuring all the sea monster memorabilia anyone could want.
Other
Continue following the walkway along the edge of the cemetery to reach an alternate entrance into County Drakul.

Cruising to Victory:Manchester City vs. Young Boys – Champions League

Опубликовано на 7 ноября, 2023
“Manchester City” vs. “Young Boys”
Champions League Match Prediction and Analysis on November 7, 2023 The “Cityzens” are the sole leaders of Group G: Guardiola’s men have won every match with an identical score of 3-1, and two weeks ago, they defeated “Young Boys.” Their performance in the Premier League is also excellent, with four consecutive wins and an impressive goal difference of 14-3.
It’s not just Erling Haaland who displays impressive results at “City,” as he has scored 13+3 in 16 games across all competitions. Players like Julian Alvarez (7+5) and Phil Foden (4+4) have been outstanding as well, while the 21-year-old Belgian Jeremy Doku made quite an impact just before the match against “Young Boys.” He contributed 1 goal and 4 assists in a Premier League match against “Bournemouth,” and the summer signing has already gathered impressive stats of 3 goals and 6 assists.
Swiss club “Young Boys” currently shares the bottom spot in the group with “Red Star”: both teams played a draw in their head-to-head match (2-2) and suffered losses in other matches. “Young Boys” even lost to “Leipzig” and “Manchester City” with the same scoreline (1-3). In the national championship, things are going much better for the “bees” as they lead the league and even have a game in hand over the second and third positions. Before visiting the “Etihad,” Rafael Viki’s team came off two consecutive wins with a combined score of 6-1.
Prediction and bet on the Champions League match “Manchester City” vs. “Young Boys” The hosts are overwhelming favorites. In the three previous group stage matches, they consistently won with a two-goal margin, scored three goals each time, and are entirely capable of continuing this trend in their home game against the group’s underdogs. Moreover, considering all competitions, “City” has secured victories with a margin of at least two clear shots in nine out of 17 matches. On average, “City” scores 2.53 goals per 90 minutes. In their last two matches, the sky blues annihilated their opponents with an aggregate score of 9-1, and one of them, “Manchester United,” undoubtedly outclasses the Swiss team.
Recommended bet: Goal Kicks – Total 1: 3.5 Over.

The reality is that to achieve sufficiently rapid decarbonization, we have to reduce aggregate energy use in the high income countries, faster than what efficiency improvements alone allow. And that has to be done by scaling down less necessary forms of production. This is very specifically what degrowth means, and that’s SUVs, private jets, cruises, fast fashion, weapons, advertising, et cetera. There are parts of our economy that exist, more or less, only to service capital accumulation or elite consumption, have very little to do with human wellbeing. And in the middle of an ecological emergency, when we’re trying to rapidly decarbonize the economy, they have to be scaled down.

Your Guide to Scoring the Best Luxury Cruise Deals from the USA
For travelers seeking relaxation, adventure, and world-class service, nothing quite compares to a luxury cruise. These floating resorts offer an unmatched travel experience with gourmet dining, spa treatments, personalized service, and awe-inspiring destinations. But for many, the idea of luxury cruising also comes with the assumption of a luxury price tag.
The good news? Scoring the best luxury cruise deals from the USA is absolutely possible—even in 2025. Whether you're booking far in advance or looking for last minute luxury cruise deals, the right strategies can help you sail in style without overspending. In this guide, we’ll explore exactly how to find the best luxury cruise deals, when to book, where to look, and which cruise lines deliver the most value.
Why Luxury Cruising from the USA Is a Smart Choice
The USA is home to some of the busiest cruise ports in the world, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, New York City, and Seattle. This makes it one of the most accessible and affordable places to begin your luxury cruise journey. From Caribbean escapes to Mediterranean voyages, these ports serve as gateways to virtually every destination.
By departing from the USA, you also avoid the cost of international airfare, making it easier to find the best luxury cruise deals from USA ports with overall lower travel expenses.

When to Find the Best Luxury Cruise Deals
Finding great cruise deals is often about timing. While luxury cruises tend to fill up earlier than budget options, there are still several booking windows that offer strong potential for savings:
1. Wave Season (January to March)
This is the best time of year to book cruises of any kind. Cruise lines roll out their biggest promotions—including cabin upgrades, onboard credits, and sometimes even free airfare. Many of the best luxury cruise deals all inclusive are advertised during this period.
2. Last Minute Deals (30–60 Days Before Departure)
If you’re flexible with your travel plans, you can grab some amazing last minute cruise deals. These often include luxury cruises that haven’t filled all their cabins, leading to heavy discounts on premium suites and balcony rooms.
3. Shoulder Seasons (Spring and Fall)
Sailing during the off-peak months gives you access to the best luxury cruise deals, with fewer crowds and better weather in many destinations.
Where to Look for the Best Luxury Cruise Deals Online
To stay ahead of the best promotions, use a mix of these sources:
1. Cruise Line Websites
Top luxury lines like Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn, and Oceania often feature exclusive deals directly on their websites, including last minute luxury cruise deals not available through third-party platforms.
2. Cruise Aggregator Sites
Websites like Cruise Critic, Cruise.com, and VacationsToGo allow you to compare multiple cruise lines, destinations, and prices in one place.
3. Travel Advisors Specializing in Luxury Travel
Luxury-focused travel agents often have access to group rates, exclusive perks, and unadvertised deals. They can help you find the best cruise lines for luxury travel and navigate special promotions.
4. Newsletter Subscriptions and Deal Alerts
Sign up for email updates from both cruise lines and deal platforms. Many best luxury cruise deals are time-sensitive and may not be publicly listed for long.
