Using crystals in bathing rituals is quickly becoming a rising trend and I can totally see why! 💜 Tonight I figured I’d add just a tad extra! This is a mixture of Epsom salt, premium quality pink Himalayan salt from Pakistan, dried lavender, dried jasmine, lavender essential oil and Amethyst crystals. The ultimate stress reliever and great before bed 🌙 Amethyst is a natural tranquilizer—it relieves stress and strain, soothes irritability, balances mood swings, dispels anger, rage, fear and anxiety. Making crystal infused water this morning ❤️ . I'm mostly running on my own intuition here. I did research and find that most quartz does not dissolve in water, making them okay for this kind of work 🍶 . I added rose quartz to keep the heart open and full of compassion ❤️, smokey quartz to open the crown chakra and assist in manifestation ♥️, and clear quartz to intensify this in the water 💙 I also surrounded the glass jar in clear quartz points. .
