Guess who bought more rare Raggedy merch to put up on archive!

These two 1979 cassettes with accompanying books are part of a set of 7(that I've found evidence of so far) that as far as I can tell were distributed to schools and libraries only. The books are in near mint condition, I even got two copies of one of them, and I'm looking for someone to digitize the tapes to preserve the audio as well. A couple other books in this series are already scanned on internet archive, Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy and Raggedy Ann Learns a Lesson.

The art style is one of my favorites, and this series of books are the only ones to feature the character Cynthia!

woooo another zinefic just dropped, because I like the structure of fanzines and I tend to go stir-crazy on breaks from school if I don't have some sort of deadlines to work with.

this one involves cynthia my dearly beloved! with a Perfectly Normal Day (by her standards, anyway. it's a day off from the league so she'll take what she can get.)

t'was written for volume 1 of the @extraordinaryzine (which y'all should check out because it's really cool! and it's free! idk about you but I always like free stuff, especially if it's good free stuff!)

Finally listened to Sons and Sonsability and WTF ??? THAT WAS CERTAINELY SOMETHING. ALSO SPOILERS BELOW

During episode 2 my jaw was just on the floor broken and hurt from all the twists and episode 3 was just INSANE, I was absolutly not expecting these turns of events while listening to ep 1.

one of cynthia's closest friends is sasmia, a tavern owner in the busy busy heart of taron ainen--she's also a trans woman and kinda plays friend, mentor, sister, mom, and aunt to cynthia all at once, being her senior by a number of years

she's happy to offer what she's got to anybody in need... as long as they ain't one of the not-as-kind-as-cynthia knights or one of the king's lackies. get off her ass, she's not doing anything illegal besides be generous. probably.

naturally, she also ends up as a friend and ally to the rest of the party, ready with warm food, the best cots she can manage, an ear ready to listen, a shoulder ready to cry on, and of course, drinks
