I would have loved to see a little spin off or some shit about Du'met settling in to his second manor house after the first one goes tits up from the Lonnit crew. Just him quietly having to restart and get everything prepared in a new space after having to leave behind so much shit from the Murder Castle.

Add to that the fact he got cheese grated when he was pulled off the boat by a fucking anchor lodged in his shoulder I would loved to see a more dishevelled and torn up Du'met that's had to patch himself up and keep moving on to... you know... murder...

Like that man leaves behind authentic H.H. Holmes memorabilia, Manny Sherman's corpse, all his old shit from being Hector Munday, his fucking dead mother and he's still going! I want to know what that man has stored in this second place I want to know what its like moving in to there after losing years worth of absolutely everything.

I want to see what he does to prevent a Lonnit Crew situation from ever happening AGAIN!! What traps does he have now? What precautions does he take now that the media are keen on him? What will he do about his lost kill streak? Would he start counting again or would he continue from the number he left off at?

I'm aware that he returns in Switchback but until I play that game for myself my answer to anything he does in that game is NUH UH!!!

Spared (Granthem Du'Met x G/N!Reader)

Y/N heart pounded in their chest as they watched through the crack of the boathouse door that they were hiding in.

They had hoped to escape with Mark, the only other person who was left alive, but unfortunate he was killed by Du'Met when he was trying to start the boat and escape.

They could remember Mark begging Y/N to run before Du'met finished him off.

As they waited in the dark, their hands were shaking as they tried to look around for the killer, to make sure the coast was clear to leave.

But then a hand grabbed their arm, forcing them to turn around and pinned them to the wall.

Tears fell as Du'Met had a knife up to their head with his left hand as his arm held them in place against the wall.

"Please no..." Y/N mumbled under their breath as they squeezed their eyes shut, the cold blade of the knife dragged down their cheek, cutting open the skin a bit, causing them to hiss in pain.

But as they waited for the psycho to kill them, instead, they felt a bit of their hair being grabbed and then a small yank and the sound of something being cut.

Opening their eyes, Y/N saw Du'Met holding a little bit of their hair in his hand.

"What..." but they were cut off as he backed away from them and simply walked out, leaving them terrified and confused.

Waiting for a couple minutes before leaving, Y/N then ran back towards the boat where luckily the keys were still in the boat but Mark's body was nowhere to be seen.

They didn't know why Du'Met just let them go, but they will use the time to get the hell of the island, not knowing that the man was a good distance away, watching as Y/N left, the sound of the boat becoming more and more faint as it left the island.

Not done talking about Du’Met (1/??)

So, I watched this video of a theory about who Du’Met really might be.

And yes, I can see it. Except that I think that Munday is the one making the animatronics out of corpses. It seems like a weird “hobby” a profiler would start because they were not able to save someone in the past, so they started bringing corpses back to life (there is also a real life person who did that, Anatoly M., source, source).

But to take it a little further.

The newspaper reference, Gemini. What if Munday and the other person are twins? Which would explain the same look. The mother wanted to keep it a secret. So only one of them to be out in the world at the time (like in the movie ‘What happened to Monday?‘). As the mother realized one was smarter than the other, he (Hector Munday) was allowed to be out more often. The other living in the shadow of his brother, sometimes allowed to be Munday, without an own personality. Otherwise staying home with their abusive mother.

When H. Munday caught and interviewed Sherman, maybe they switched places for one time. The brother was not allowed to talk, just go in the room with a box and listen. And he was fascinated by Sherman and Holmes. If he didn’t have an own personality, he could become Holmes. He became Shermans apperentice, not H. Munday, who was “just” making animatronics out of corpses.

The murders began. Of course, H. Munday was suspected. Although it was his brother. Loving (or at least having a feeling that he must protect him, pay him back for staying in the shadows) his twin brother Munday covered him and the lifestyle they led. Munday faked his own death.

Does his brother know? I don’t think so, he was too distracted by becoming Holmes. He even didn’t realize that his mother was dying. Munday did everything to keep up a image for his brother. Munday turned his mother into an animatronic.

From then on, they both became Granthem Du’Met.

Teasing (Kate Wilder x Fem!Short!Reader)

"You know, your cute when you get frustrated."

Kate looked down at Y/N and arched an eyebrow.

"You should talk shorty." She snickered back, which caused Y/N to cross her arms and glare up at the taller woman.

When they first met they didn't get along mainly because Kate liked to tease Y/N for her height, but after working together for about a year, the two became close friends, even if Kate still liked to tease Y/N about her height.

Recently Kate has been frustrated about working with Charlie, which Y/N understood how she felt.

Charlie was a pain to work with most of the time, but Y/N knows he is just stressed and frustrated just as everyone else was.

"In all seriousness, just give Charlie a break, he's just as much frustrated as you are."

This made Kate scoff.

"Charlie is acting like a child. I can't stand working with him anymore. After this trip, I'm done working for Lonnit Entertainment."

This surprised Y/N but she also saw it coming, and to be honest, she couldn't blame Kate.

"Well, I'm gonna miss you when you do leave." She said as she leaned against the railing.

"Well, you can always come with me." The taller woman said as she placed a hand over Y/N's hand, causing the shorter woman to blush.

"Really?" She asked looking up at her.

Kate blushed as well but nodded.

"Yeah, but I mean, you don't have to if you don't want to. It's your choice and..." but she was cut off as Y/N tugged on the collar of her shirt, pulling her down a bit for their lips to meet in a passionate kiss.

But as Kate was about to kiss back, Y/N pulled away, her face beat red now.

"I'd like to." She quietly said before rushing off, leaving Kate alone, grinning like a child on Christmas day.
