i think partly its jon letting him believe that for tim's sake, bc god he deserves to have Something, but also? tim bothering to do all that, to literally put a fight against some random monster they find on the road for him, it almost makes him feel like a human, perhaps (sidenote its even funnier in the small window of time where martin joined the party bc its like, literally God, a big fucking spider in a human suit, and Just A Guy with an axe, the latter being the main offense of the group sdfgdg) .

and i think tim's so protective at that point it'd be like a reflex to just put himself in between jon and danger Nevermind jon being all powerful he's their little attack dog .

he's filled with love and the leftovers of anger and he's lost everyone he loved at least once even if Some came back he WILL protect them damn it!!!!!!!!!!! .

I think the thing that isn't really mentioned is how Solas wouldn't know the inquisitor anymore. I mean any inquisitor, theres a big difference between watching movements of a person and getting to know a person. Having intel on someone isn't the same as sharing a meal and stories. It's not the same as knowing their favorite color. It's not the same as learning how they react when they're angry. 10 years is a long time and people change in 10 years.

What if your inquisitor likes something they wouldn't eat before? What if your inquisitor decides they hate the color yellow but used to like it. That's not the person Solas knew.

Even inquisitors who hate him change, their anger might strengthen or lessen but he doesn't know what that means like he would know before he left. A lot changes in 10 years no matter who you are and what relation you had to him.

Maybe your inquisitor decides to help him and then changes their mind or vice versa.

Idk I just think it's interesting.

In Gotham they don’t hold beauty pageants. They hold Rogue Pageants where average citizens dress up as villains and let people like Two-Face and Scarecrow judge them.

All the money raised goes to the Gotham children's hospital, the rogues take part because they get to come out and be cheered for by their fans instead of boo'd off the streets. Also, the majority of them actually like being seen in a positive light for once, batman even encourages them to participate as a healthy alternative to villainy.

Also, there's Joker doing drag during the commercials. And we all need that in our lives.
