Securing a PhD is certainly a big academic achievement, but the process is by no means easy—least of all when defining your research. For us, the initial stages were hampered by confusion, indecision, and an overall sense of being on the wrong track. We regularly felt swamped, unsure how to organize our thoughts, and uncertain which direction to head in. The principal offender? Our lack of understanding regarding research design in research methodology .
After spending hours reading about qualitative, quantitative, and mixed method research, we still weren't able to identify the structure that best fit our research questions. Our literature reviews were exhaustive, and goals clearly defined, but our overall research structure was disjointed and disjointed. Each time we tried to sketch the outline of our methodology section, it was like forcing puzzle pieces that didn't match together.
One of the most prominent problems was misinterpreting the relationship between methodology and research design. We used them as equivalent terms instead of using them as associated ones. While methodology speaks to the overall strategy and purpose of our research, research design in research methodology sets the outline of how that strategy will be carried out.

These video games also facilitate improve behavior and eliminate behavioral problems with learning games designed for this specific intention. As a future educator, I am hoping to learn strategies through which I would help parents of school-going children to make effective use of technology with time restrctions and parental control. It would encourage better emotional, behavioral, and physical welfare of their children.
