hero/villain showdown but one of them has a spontaneous medical emergency and the battle gets put on hold while their archnemesis drives them to Urgent Care
#it should be like. a hernia. or diverticulitis#something intestinal for maximum Awkward Scenario#and the entire car ride alternates between awkward silence and the driver lecturing their nemesis on the importance of regular check-ups#this is funnier if the hero is the one having the hernia tbh. but both options are Very Good#want to emphasize that it is a 'medical emergency ' that is clearly not extreme enough for the emergency room#and the sidekick/henchperson gets stuck in traffic so the hero/villain stays for moral support#they spend 8 hours in the waiting room playing Uno (it devolves into a screaming match)#at the end of the ordeal one of them vows to burn the hospital to the ground with their laser eye powers#and it's Not The One You Think#oh oh oh! ALTERNATIVELY:#it's an allergic reaction; one of them accidentally poisoned the other by using like. soybean derivative in a tranquilizer dart#emphasis on *accidentally*. yes they were technically fighting but That Wasn't Supposed To Happen#so now they're obligated to take responsibility and Stay In The Waiting Room#(can't decide if it's funnier if it's the hero or the villain stuck in this situation)#(probably the villain)#“why didn't you TELL me you were allergic to soybeans???”#“um because you would use it against me in combat?”#“as opposed to NOT telling me! which has worked out fantastic for you!!!”#villain being genuinely offended bc they have a biochemistry degree and have invented literally dozens of untraceable poisons#they have the scientific skill to poison their favorite jackass in hundreds of ways#(and have done so before! in admittedly non-fatal outcomes but that was by design okay)#but it's “dangerous” to do them the simple curtesy of informing them about a SOY ALLERGY????#above all else they consider themself a scientist#and they're LIVID that their favorite (reluctant) test subject lied about their medical history#“technically i didn't LIE--#“I read you the questionnaire! the very first time i held u hostage i READ YOU THE QUESTIONNAIRE!!!”#“...the what now”#“the MEDI--holy shit you weren't even paying attention were you#i had you bound and gagged over an ACTUAL BUBBLING ACID PIT and you couldn't even be bothered to--#“--so i was obviously a bit BUSY at that moment! I'm sorry i ignored your VILLAINOUS MONOLOGUING while the BLOOD WAS RUSHING TO MY HEAD but

PJ Questionnaire Part 4
A look into PJ’s preferences, both new and old.
So a long time back, I got tagged by @sparkling-chi-64 with a Make Your Choice Tag Game, and I’ve been working on it for a long time now. Originally I was going to wait until it was all done before I posted the full thing, but seeing how long that’s taking me, I’ve opted instead to post it as I finish each consecutive section, with the option to see one section early on my Ko-Fi, here.
💙💜Support me on Ko-Fi💙💜
(Additional Note: I used the College Habit design created by @redrumrose. The next page will be delayed with it's upload to Ko-Fi, as I'm wanting to get this published sooner. Stuff is currently hellish and I need some support for my work. So if you like my artwork, donate or commission me on my Ko-Fi, please. I'll remove this part of the blurb when stuff is OK again.)

OC Questionnaire
Never done one of these before but nevertheless, here's some details about my latest oc (can't stop drawing her help)
Tumblr media
Name: Josie Gallo
Gender: Female
Height: 5'3"
Orientation: Sees herself as straight/a little bicurious (has had romantic feelings toward women)
Nationality/ethnicity: Italian-American
Occupation: Mailwoman (takes her job WAY too seriously)
Favorite season: Autumn
Favorite scent: Fresh-cut grass
Average hours of sleep: 5, but she can get by on much less.
Dogs or cats: Both, though she’s a little iffy of very large dogs.
Personality: Positive, energetic, hot-headed, generous, says what’s on her mind.
How easy is it to make them angry? She can get extremely angry in a flash, usually about minor things, and then chills out completely after a few minutes.
Where are they from? Boston.
Do they have any pet peeves? When people don’t keep their mailboxes free of spiders and other critters.
Have they ever broken any bones? If yes, how? Broke her hand in middle school punching a bully.
Do they have a “type” that they are usually attracted to? Smiley, golden retriever-type men. Appearances don’t matter too much to her, but she prefers the company of older people, as long as they're fun to be around.
Do they have any favorite possessions? Her postal service uniform (she’s a little too proud of it).
Do they have a certain skill that they’re particularly proud of? She’s very physically strong from carrying heavy packages all day, and she’s quite proud of her strength, especially considering her small stature, and she’ll never turn down a chance to show this off.
Do they have any personal insecurities? Being short. She’ll fight someone about it if they tease her enough.
Is there anything that immediately instills fear in them? Spiders and rain-soaked mail.
What is the weirdest thing your oc has ever eaten? Anchovies straight out of the tin (for protein).
How easy is it for your character to laugh? Very easy. She tries not to take things too seriously.
Do they consider laws flexible, or immovable? Very flexible.
What is their preferred mode of transportation? Her mail truck, though she also enjoys jogging around.
How do they treat the things their friends come to them excited about? Are they supportive? 100% supportive, no matter what it is, even if it’s stupid or crazy (she’s a little crazy herself).
Do they actively seek romance, or do they wait for it to fall into their lap? Enjoys flirting for fun, but actually will not seek romance unless it’s right in her path (or she falls insanely in love).
How are they in a relationship? Pretends not to be affectionate in the beginning, but ends up being extremely affectionate and romantic, usually in a cheesy way.

this isn't art, so im posting it here instead of my art blog.
know someone who wants a fursona, but doesn't know /what/ they want? maybe they're looking to you for help designing one?
then this is for you! the fursona questionnaire, 80% guaranteed to help alleviate choice paralysis! includes as many options as i could think of without being too overwhelming, i hope!
("fictional species" refers to pokemon/monhun creatures/etc, "open species" refers to things like manokits, wickerbeasts, etc!)
this is free to use, as long as it helps you organize your thoughts for that long-desired fursona, or helps someone you know do the same!

OC Questionnaire
Thank you @tildeathiwillwrite and @willtheweaver for the tags! 👩‍💻
I'm answering for my main characters Nari and Abraham of Sanctuary Calling.
1. Is there any boundary you will not cross?
Nari: I would never kill someone. I would never sacrifice the things I love the most, like my hobby and dream job of aerospace engineering.
Abraham: I would never kill, cause physical harm, or fight back even if someone is trying to hurt me.
2. Do you believe that your government/laws are just? Why or why not?
Nari: Our government is controlling, but it keeps our community organized. I don’t like the restraints on my freedom, but I am a perfectionist. I love that my home is orderly. One part of me says I should say that our government is unfair. Another part says our government isn’t responsible for all of our problems.
Abraham: In the town we live in, the elders are strict with enforcing the rules of our faith. I find it unfair when people are banished and I myself could be banished for following my dream, yet I think banishment is better than the cruel punishments of other societies.
3. What does peace mean to you?
Nari: The things that anger people and cause heartache are gone. Our government claims to keep the peace, yet I feel if the government loosened up, less people would be angry.
Abraham: People willingly live humbly and peacefully, not out of force. Everyone understands the need to be humble and acts humble rather than worrying about the actions of others. The rest of the world is like my peaceful town because people pursue peace rather than revenge, anger, and pride.
If you could change the past, would you?
Nari: Yes. Before the story begins, I would have changed the past to prevent my friend Soo from breaking up with me. During the story, I would change the past to not go on the journey that got me into this trouble.
Abraham: No, I believe as my parents do that it’s better to accept what’s done is done. What happens is God’s will and happens for a reason.
Do you trust the ones supposed to protect you?
Nari: My parents are supposed to protect me. I trust them for the most part. They give me food and shelter. They raised me well. They care for me. Yet they want to control my life, telling me what I should be. I’m less happy with them each day as they try to control my future.
Abraham: My parents protect me. I trust them. They’ve never let me down. If there’s danger, I can depend on them. If I get hurt, I can depend on them. Our homestead is safe because of them.
Are you at fault?
Nari: I own my mistakes. If my plan has a malfunction or breaks, I check to see what I did wrong. I get myself into a mess that’s my fault, but I still have the right to be mad at those who helped get me there. Those rebels are still at fault for convincing me to join. My parents are at fault for making me want to get away from them. Our teachers are at fault for not honestly teaching how dangerous the earth is. Now that I think about it, I don’t own this mess as much as I thought.
Abraham: I’m expected to be honest and humble. Yes, I am at fault. But to be fair, my siblings are also at fault….
No pressure tagging: @kaylinalexanderbooks @buffythevampirelover @kaylark @g0ttest0d @ddgraywrites @mk-writes-stuff @illarian-rambling @leahnardo-da-veggie @drchenquill
Your questions:
What is your favorite song/book/movie/show/game/story/tale/other media form to quote from?
If you could replace one person in your life, who would it be?
If you could make one thing in life easier going forward, what would it be?

I’m only just recently getting back into Greek mythology, so reading your rambles about it is always interesting because i’m not too knowledgeable about it, and thank you for the kind comments on the art, your art is very cool, the designs are very pretty and unique !!
Oh thank you so much! That's so sweet <33
To be fair, we're all constantly learning more and more about Greek mythology and hey, I'm super glad to hear that you're getting back into it too :D Hopefully, you have fun while learning new things :DD
And I'm glad to compliment your art - I genuinely find it really compelling and the concepts are really cohesive. Super cool stuff. Of course, if you ever have any questions or just want to gush about your story, I'm all ears too!
Cheers to learning together!

Graphic design Questionnaire
Blog 3
Graphic design questionnaire to have a point of handling creative block faced by young adult designers (20-35):
Factors to be considered while designing a questionnaire.
1-Clear Question Structure
Questions have 3 parts, and each should be related with the others to have high quality information. These parts are the question stem, for instance, what is your age? Or additional instructions: Select one answer, and response part, for example< Under 18, 19-24, 25+(Alchemer research, May 2016). The wrong combination can make confusion for readers about the way they are going to answer. As a result, Confused respondents will lead to confusing questionnaire results.
2-Using clear language
The design questions should be considered with your target audience in mind That should be familiar with questionnaire subject and language and tailor our questions to them. ( Pritha Bhandari, psychology and cognitive neuroscience, July 15, 2021)
About readability and clarity, jargon or overly complex language must be avoided. And double negatives should not be used because they are harder to understand.
3- Avoiding biased and loaded words
Biased questions lead respondents in the direction of a specific answer. Some phrases or adjectives and adverbs may add bias to questions. Depending on how a question is presented, people can react in different ways, for example, asking a question using the word “loss” versus “gain”). The use of emotional, politically charged, or sensitive words can lead to a different response. Remain neutral regardless of topic and watch for wording that skews positive or negative. (Jennifer Leigh Brown, April 2017)
4-Logical flow
Questionnaires must have a logical flow, starting with general questions before going into more specific subjects. This will aid respondents to ease into the survey and encourages them to provide thoughtful responses. Group related questions together to maintain coherence and consistency. If the logic is flawed, respondents will not be able to continue further or the desired way. Logic must be applied and tested to ensure that only the next logical question appears when selecting an option. (Surveyor for Salesforce, June 2023)
5- Pre-test your questionnaire
When the question list is complete, it’s crucial to pre-test it to make sure what is asked is always clear and unambiguous. Pretesting is useful to catch any errors or points of confusion before releasing them.
Asking friends, classmates, or members of the target audience will complete the questionnaire using the same method used for research. By doing this we can Find out if any questions were particularly difficult to answer or if the directions were unclear or inconsistent and make changes as necessary. (Pritha Bhandari, psychology and cognitive neuroscience, July 15, 2021)
6- Informed Consent:
In this part it is important to be clear about the purpose and risks of the survey, In addition to this they have this right to know what are the benefits for them when completing the survey. With this ethical approach participants will be understood about goals of the questionnaire and nature of the study .
7-Respect for Diversity
What is meant by respecting for diversity is to design things  that are inclusive and representative of diverse audiences. It is necessary to make sure everyone feels valued. In a questionnaire, questions can show how designers incorporate diverse perspectives, cultures, and identities into their artwork ,as well as their awareness of the impact of design choices on different cultures.
. Aim of the questionnaire:
A creative block isn’t just frustrating, it can be career-damaging. When designers rely on their creativity to pay the bills and build the reputation, they can’t afford to be short of ideas or the energy to put them into action. The questionnaire here helps young designers to identify the factors in which they may get stuck in the process of designing. So, the focus would be on the awareness of these factors to get to know reasons of creative block in design and how to manage the ethical points in a design process.
- Key points I learned:
I understood that in a design process, to avoid mistakes and misunderstandings among cultural and religious background without including one self’s opinion will make a questionnaire more trustworthy and ethical. Moreover pre-testing questions and feedbacks are crucial to improve the quality of questions with a clear way of making questions , so that it would be clarified for the target audience and participants. By considering these items in a survey not only we reach to our goals and get the answer we want  but also to view other’s perspective in this industry.

Not to be self congratulatory but a classmate was doing a study for one of his game design classes and asked if I’d be one of his participants. I like him so I said yes and he had me do a questionnaire and then set me up in front of Street Fighter.
He had me with set parameters and told me to just fight it out so I did. I watched his eyebrows go up when I finished but he couldn’t comment until the end.
He asked if I played Street Fighter regularly and I said no. I told him I played stuff like Bloody Roar, Guilty Gear, Mortal Kombat and Smash Bros growing up socially, but it’s never been my genre.
He asked if I would be more interested to play Street Fighter after this test and I said no.
He started quietly laughing when I finished all the questions and I said, “What? Did I do poorly?”
“No. You finished the fastest out of anyone I’ve tested. You’re also the oldest and have the least interest in this genre of game, it’s just really funny.”
I told him my best friend growing up had consoles but I didn’t. He got to play and practice regularly so he tended to be better than me as a baseline. But. If I won he’d get so furious that he’d turn the console off and we could do what I wanted instead, so I developed an aggressive button mashing technique that has served me well.
