CHECKMATE. uhh so I promised myself that I wouldn’t try to make another blog until I got settled in here for like a month - but surprise to no one, that didn’t happen. 5 Times the Love

Send “5 Times the Love” and I will write a drabble about the five times my muse fell in love with your muse

Sora’s feelings for Riku had always been there, and maybe that’s what counted the first time.

He was part of the journal, and the model he was based off of was from none other than the person the journal had written about. And as what Sora had asked and worried about at the time was about Kairi and Riku, it was natural for the data being to have affection for the data versions as well. So that may be the reason why he never noticed it.

Come by the second time, when Riku, his Riku (it felt oddly right, saying that Riku was ‘his’) reprimanded him of doing something foolish. He was Sora, of course he was bound to do something foolish! But this time it was different. There was the usual round of scolding, and then there it was.

The talk about deletion.

He knew from Riku before that he had a previous journey, a previous memory that was wiped off because of being reset, and while Sora didn’t show it, he was deeply bothered by it.

Third time stated it was etched in his heart, but there was still that lingering want to get it back. It was different if someone told you as opposed to actually remembering it. It was the same time as the second happened, but here, it was one of those few chances he saw Riku not be so uptight. There was worry, concern, regret in his voice and actions. He had never seen Riku without his defensive walls down. But there it was, and Sora felt confused that he was actually happy to see it.

Slight kisses and near kisses were what comprised the fourth time. He had always been the one to initiate them, a peck on the cheek or a way too close one on the lips that never touch, and Riku would blush and be embarrassed, and the brunette had to admit, it was cute. By then, that feeling of love (how weird it was to even think of that) had blossomed, and was ready to burst out of his chest.

But even with him openly admitting it, saying it to the other was an entirely different thing. A trait he had unfortunately got from the real person.

Thank goodness for the fifth time that the silence had been broken. He and Riku had learned about ribbons, and that tying them around specific parts of the body meant something. With him being, well, Sora, he went with tying ribbons that symbolized friendship and trust on Riku. But there was that one, the one that meant love, a secret love. His wasn’t so secret, but to the other, it probably was. What if Riku didn’t feel the same? He shouldn’t be forcing this upon his own friend–

It was then that Riku grabbed the ribbon and tied the one end around Sora’s finger, and the other on his own.

That feeling exploded like a burst of fireworks, and Sora couldn’t be any happier.

well it’s mostly cause I couldn’t log back into my account again laskjdf guess i was using the wrong log in and stuff, so i just kinda gave up- I really liked layton but I just couldn’t keep muse up anyways ><

yea i know that feel, sometimes it is/was hard for me to keep up with luke since he’s so cheery n im clinically depressed? (pats ur head) if u ever feel the dire need to rp as mr. mentor again tho hit me up n we could do somethin on skypr if ud be down with that

( oh gosh, i've been searching desperately for something both kh and ouat share in terms of plot/overall synopsis and it's clearly that the worlds are connected, but ariel was in season three yeah? she could travel realms, so that to me was definitive proof a verse could be really plausible )

( ive borrowed my friends netflix so i can get myself caught up til' the end of season 3.

but yesss, i'd love if we could throw in max to the verse (and just the regular kh verse too since max is so great), and i'll definitely be pondering how to connect the two worlds together for the next few days! )
