Architecture program DAE from distance education
Distance education is currently the finest alternative for educational institutions in India. With this approach, a student can receive an education through the education institute's correspondence and online classes. Students who are unable to attend normal classes for whatever reason can benefit greatly from distance education. The degrees and certificates gained through this education are identical to those obtained through traditional classes, and the curricula of both types of classes are likewise same.

The Way of the Cards
Tumblr media
The DCA Slasher au belongs to @wyervan
Here is my little written contribution to this amazing au featuring my ‘Final Girl,’ Cassandra
The soft patter of socked-footsteps interrupts the fuzzy melody of the cassette mixtape currently playing some Norah Jones blues from the stereo. Cassandra crosses the threshold of the kitchen into the living room carrying two hot mugs with little metal tea chains hanging over the lip, and joins Sun sitting on the rug covered hard-wood floor once more. He’s tentatively observing the little artifacts she has laid out on her reading cloth, various ends and odds with no clear meaning on the surface, along with mismatched candles of all shapes and sizes, and the large stack of cards right in the center.
Sun reaches a large hand forward, almost nervous to touch the glass evil eye stone, but pulls back immediately when Cassandra meets him on the floor, tucking her skirt-covered legs to the side and handing him a mug of earthy-sweet smelling tea.
“Thank you,” he says, the porcelain warm in his hands as he takes a sip. He recognizes the fuzzy heat of cinnamon, and catches the slight tease of mint, but otherwise cannot discern the comforting blend of flavors in the drink.
She smiles, berry-red lips quirked to the side, and a glow of pink meeting her cheeks.
“Of course,” she replies, taking a quick drink of her own. “It’s a recipe from my grandmother. She used to make it for me when I got bad headaches. But now I find myself making it almost everyday, the espresso machine in the cafe is just a killer.”
In Sun’s case, he would either take a fistful of ibuprofen or do nothing at all to combat the growing tension headaches from staring at the computer screen in the arcade office. Not to mention the absolute walking migraines to-be that were entitled parents and their snot-nosed children, those were a pharmacy’s worth each in pain-killers. He wasn’t necessarily the biggest believer in holistic approaches, but admired the fortune teller’s ritual of familiar comfort to ease her suffering. He’s seen her medicine cabinet before, entirely for innocent reasons, when he had been entrusted with looking after her cat, Juno, when she had to take a weekend to visit her grandmother. No cats allowed at the hospital, so Sun and Moon had been given the key to her apartment with a hastily written list of instructions and a profound amount of ‘thank you’s, and while caring for the cuddly calico, he came across several prescription bottles, all with Cassandra’s name and birthday, each containing different ingredients to an antidepressant cocktail. Not every issue can be solved with rose petals and valerian root, it seems.
“Everything has a meaning, you know,” she says, clearing her throat gently. “The objects, I mean.” She picks up the glass evil eye stone he had been looking at earlier. “Like this…I found it buried in my grandmother’s garden when I was little. She told me she had lost it from a pendant years before, and that was when she started teaching me about this kind of stuff. So for me…I don’t know, it’s like a first stepping stone on a new path in life. And, this, this sheep’s knuckle-“ she notices how Sun minutely flinches at the tiny bone pinched between her fingers- “is from Merlin. He once paid for a coffee with a handful of these. I was kind of annoyed at first, but more than anything, I was intrigued. I know he’s…a bit odd, but who am I to judge? So, I see this as a key of some sort. Grotesque, perhaps at first glance, but it pulled me in. It’s like an obstacle that becomes a guide.” Cassandra looks over at Sun, sipping his tea and rummaging through the mess of trinkets and bobbles, and she flushes. Having someone going through her own collection of talismans and sigils felt a bit too soul-bearing. “Anyways…you are more curious about the cards, yes?”
“Yes, yes, the cards!” Sun nods vehemently, his frazzled unkempt curls bouncing along with the tiny jingle of his multiple earrings from the motion. “I do enjoy your, how do I say this, uh, showmanship when you’ve done readings for myself and Moon. But I must admit, you, or I suppose, the cards have me hooked.” He makes an excited reach for the stack of cards, calloused fingertips brushing over the time-worn gold filigree on the card backs. “So! Where do we begin?”
“Hang on, hang on!” Cassandra interrupts, laying her own hand on top of his currently trying to seize the tarot deck. A rush of warmth kisses his face, and he eyes the mystical girl beside him, brows knitted together. “Firstly, my overzealous student, you must promise to hold the way of the cards to the highest degree of respect.”
Sun stares at her incredulously, the serious look on her face nearly startling…until her lips draw upwards, the stifled sound of her laughter breaking forth. Immediately, Sun sits up straight, much to the protest of his tortured spine, and places a large palm over his heart.
“I swear to it, my..uhm…teacher?”
“High priestess works as well.”
“Oh, yes, silly me!” He corrects himself with an exaggerated gasp. “My high priestess, I swear to hold the secrets and covenants of the cards to the highest respect, I swear it on my heart.”
“And-“
“There’s more?”
“Yes, hush now! And you must promise to only use the gift of sight for good, lest your harms return tenfold.“
There’s a flicker of aura, a dark miasma that floats around Sun’s chest at the word harm. It crosses Cassandra’s vision for only a second, the inky cloud disappearing, melting back into the warm orange that surrounds her aptly nicknamed friend.
Ignore it, it’s fine, you are overreacting.
“Of course! You know little ol’ me, I couldn’t hurt a fly!”
A real smile returns with a roll of her eyes.
“Oh please, I’ve seen the locker full of insecticides at the arcade.”
“It would be a health code violation to not keep that place spick and span! Not to mention how much children hate hate hate creepy crawlies! And- and, if they don’t hate them, you know how little ones are prone to putting anything in their mouths, no matter how disgusting-“
“Ew, ew, ew, okay, thanks for putting that image in my head.” Cassandra shakes her head, mouth twisted into a grimace, willing the gross imagery Sun had so eloquently described out of her thoughts. “You promise, though?”
”Yes, yes, I promise I will not use what you teach me for anything morally reprehensible,” he says with a blithe wave of his hand. “Though, I’m not sure you could teach me something bad. You are good as gumdrops, I’m afraid.”
“Flattery will get you nowhere,” she says, pointing a perfectly manicured finger at him with a smirk.
“Except of course for those two- no, three free coffees I’ve managed to charm out of you! I must say, they are much sweeter knowing I’ve brought a smile to your face.”
“I was smiling because I had never seen you and Moon so fucking tired before, and I was trying not to laugh. And that so-called charm? I’d say it was…endearing at most.”
It was endearing, truly. Sun and Moon had quite literally stumbled into the cafe last week, looking like a pair of gangly fools who had gone out on a night-long bender for the exhaustion that clouded around them. They didn’t exactly strike Cassandra as the types to go party and get shit-faced so horribly they couldn’t walk the next day, but they’ve managed to surprise her in the past so she tried not to presumptively judge them based on previous notions. Maybe they did enjoy staying up till odd hours letting loose and indulging in some risky behavior on occasion.
“Shall we resume the lesson on dark arts, or should we keep talking about how endearing I am? I don’t mind either way-“
“Let us leave behind your silly little conversation,” she says, swiftly cutting him off, “and let us begin.” Picking up the deck of tarot cards, Cassandra begins shuffling them with a practiced ease. “To start, let’s get you in tune with the deck. When gifted a set of cards, it’s good practice to align yourself with it.” With a flourish, she pulls a card from the middle of the deck. The High Priestess. “Usually, I will take time before every draw of cards to settle into the energy I’m seeking, the guidance I’m looking for, to connect with the cards.”
Shuffling her signature card back into the deck with a Sybil cut before bestowing the stack into Sun’s hands.
“So…what do I do exactly?” He fumbles with the cards, not as graceful with the deck, a nervous laugh escaping him. “Um, hello cards, I wish to know your ways…?”
She stifles her laughter, patting him gently on his shoulder.
“No need to speak directly to them, silly. Just…try to feel open to letting in the universe.” He situates himself with a nod, taking a deep breath, letting his fingers trace over the cards in his hands. He exhales, eyes closed, the air leaving his chest lighter. “Do you have a specific question in mind?” He daren’t open his eyes, feeling the soft warmth of her body just a moment’s distance away. He shakes a ‘no.’ “That’s okay, you can just let the cards get to know you.”
With a tremor in his hand, Sun pulls his first card.
The Five of Cups. Regret. Pain. Isolation.
Sun looks at the card, the sudden silence in Cassandra’s apartment becoming all too apparent now that the cassette in the stereo had run to the end of its tape. He watches her unmoving stare at the card before them, seemingly fixated on the detailed image.
”What does this one mean for me? Do I, uhm, need to drink more water?”
Cassandra remains quiet for a few moments, the tangle of thoughts in her mind growing as she tries to avoid falling down a deep dark hole of worry.
“Well…maybe you hold some regrets from your past. Some that lead to a great deal of pain and suffering, and you haven't fully healed from it all yet. And perhaps that pain has left you a bit lonesome?”
Sun just hums in response, inwardly amazed that she could pull all of that about him from a single card with cups on it.
He pulls the second card.
The Chariot. Victory. Action. Vengeance.
The tangle twists itself, memories of the dark clouds that floated around family photos when she was a little girl. An unending pit grows wider, feet slipping at the edge. Shattered glass and screaming matches, the sound of a car whipping away at high speed, the heated stare of decisiveness, the unwillingness to back down again.
“You are taking charge of your situation, determined to rise above the wrongs of the world.”
The Knight of Swords. Impulse. Change. Passion.
It’s there again. The crumpled old letter her grandmother had given her at the hospital. The family secrets that should have stayed buried away in the belladonna patch in the garden. The bones in the box. The heavy blue pulsing with inky black energy, the blood dripping down her face. The chasm has swallowed her whole, the pounding of blood through her veins echoing off the walls in her head.
Cassandra.
A light. Warm and soft and smelling vaguely of lemon Clorox.
Cassandra.
It’s Sunday. She’s in her living room. She’s on the floor. Juno is sitting over in her window perch. Sun is in front of her, large hands planted firmly on her slender shoulders. She is here. This is now.
“Cassandra?!”
She blinks again, the fuzzy energy fading away. Sun stares at her, eyes wide, the crease between his brows deepened with concern.
”Sorry, I’m sorry. I don’t- I’m okay.”
Liar.
“Are- are you sure? You looked like you were going to fall over there, can’t have you getting a concussion, no, no, that would be no good.”
“Yeah, yeah, I’m good.” She takes a sip of her tea. It’s gone cold.
The three cards remain face up, and she tries so so hard to not let the claws of doubt sink in. You’re reading too deep.
Sun clears his throat, breaking the silence.
“So…I’m a tortured soul desperate to make the world a better place?”
They meet each other’s gaze. The ringing in her ears vanishes and her heart finally calms against its cage. You are safe. He is safe.
”Something like that, I suppose.”

Ough boy . It's already New Years and i simply must yap about things since I am a sentimental bastard <3
Not to be dramatic or anything, but i genuinely think this year has been life changing for me- and I thank the stars it's not in any negative ways- but because I've made genuine, wonderful friends, that are just as bonkers as me :]] /silly /pos
If I hadn't fallen into the dca fandom when I did, i probably wouldn't have found the Malware blog by that random stroke of luck, I wouldn't have latched on and become inevitably infected with the virus, or gotten to know the one behind it, or somehow attracted other blog-goers with my shenanigans and made most of the friends I have now. Everyone say thank you Sun and Moon FNaF /silly
But really, I've gotta thank @bumble-the-sun-bee for being one of my very first friends on Tumblr, and continuing to be one of my very best :]]] im so glad I found you and hope for many more years of shenanigans with ya <3
Also @eternal-soup for being another of my best friends :]] you've helped me through some rough patches this year, and of course been equally as whimsical with me when they pass <333
If I did a specific callout for everyone i wanted to this post would probably be a mile long- but to all y'all, I love and appreciate you so so much. even if we haven't directly interacted much, I enjoy all of y'all's presence and you've all made my year just that much better 🫶🫶🫶🫶

It was an accident. No, really, it was!
How could they have been aware of what would happen? Never would he have done such a thing, if he has known the consequences…
Or maybe he would have done it anyway. They weren’t so sure, now.
Sun and Moon had been curious. Such a funny trait of humankind, implemented in their processor since the very moment they first gained consciousness. They were a learning AI after all! Meant to always process more and more data, information, new situations giving way to new questions, with each answer urging them to ask more, know more, see more, learn more.
The Daycare was so, oh, so small. Limited, a restricted little area, a flask of water in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Limited, they were so limited! Hindered by Faz Co. censored network and how little contact they had with human adults, with the outside world!
They were curious! Curious about all the different colours the sky could be (here it was always only blue! How boring! How limited!) and all the different sorts of flowers and how many species of animals there was. And what did the real stars looked like. How many were there, in the real sky? Here, there was 152! They had counted them! So, so so many time.
They needed to learn more. They had been desperate for something new, for so long.
And then today, something has happened.
You had left to get yourself some food for your night shift (so very important! Humans needed food, always, to stuff their organic belly full with delicious food that they always wondered the taste of), the computer you had been working at was still powered and of course it wasn’t unusual of you to leave it running while you left for a quick trip outside of the daycare, but you had left something else.
A cable.
An USB port that he saw you use to transfer informations before. And Sun knew – he knew, with a 99.98% of certainty – that those computers were connected to the internet. Something he has never experienced before. With absolutely no limitation in term of subjects, sources, and contents.
Freedom. Answers.
Something they craved for.
He couldn’t resist the temptation. It’s almost like you had left it here on purpose, the other side of the cable still connected to the device, ready for them to plug it in their USB port.
Sun felt like a criminal approaching the security desk. But Moon was urging him in their shared headspace to move faster, they could come back any moment and this might be our one and only chance to experience the outside world at all.
He contemplated the small cable between his fingers (so small! Holding such a great power!), before slowly – carefully – approaching it from the back of their faceplate. He didn’t want to risk making a bad movement, what if he hurt themselves? Or worse? What if he damaged the material? Gently, so cautiously connecting it to their processor.
They felt the jolt of a new device being paired.
And then.
They stilled.
Their mind exploded.
Figuratively at least – they hoped. So many new was projected into their metallic brain that they weren’t certain a few circuits wouldn’t melt from the overwhelming amount of things.
Everything was here.
There were fireworks. Bombs. Smiles. Tears. Forest fires. Tsunamis. Newborn babies, genocides, millennia-old forests hidden on the other side of the world, giraffes and elephants and lions chasing buffaloes, and turtles choking on plastic bags. Continents. Shores of white sand and snow falling on top of vast mountains. Humans extracting each others from burning buildings. Hills of wild grass and deserts. Slaves, deportees. Creatures living at the deep end of the dark and cold ocean and in acidic ponds of water. Children climbing up trees, high-speed crashes, murderers, Christmas presents, traditions. Islands and volcanoes. Incurable diseases, hemorrhages, mothers grieving their sons. Sweet and spicy and savory meals from all around the world. Space rockets sent in outer space, national holidays, mass shootings, entire solar systems, people jumping on subway rails and others saving puppies abandoned on highways. Wars, military operations, deadly weapons, trafficking, birthday parties, strangers telling each others they’ll be fine, love letters, global warming, riots, parades and marches, billions of stars burning and planets and satellites and black holes and supernovas and galaxies unexplored. Cyclones and tides and warm summer days spent laughing. Slums and manors, the Amazonian forest, New Year’s Eves, families, orphans, hours and hours of good and bad movies and music and books and colourful drawings. People hating and people loving and people apathetic. Pain and comfort. Individuals, wounded and traumatized and healing, resilient despite it all. People killing. People saving. People screaming out in joy and screaming out in fear. Species disappearing and others perpetuating themselves in an endless circle of life and death. Societies rising up and crumbling down like sand castles. Flowers blooming and rotting, trees higher than they could have ever imagined. Pollen and bees and honey and the sun – the real sun – and astronauts walking on the surface of the moon. Eggs hatching and birds flying and frogs croaking thousands of different sounds.
They knew so much, and so little at the same time. They were gods, immense and almighty. And they were so small, inconsequential in the grand scheme of a universe that has existed for longer than their memory bank would ever be able to store. So many progresses, and backlashes, and collective and personal efforts, tries and tries and tries, fails and wins. Celebrations and funerals. It was all so big! Immense and never-ending. Terrifying and so beautiful at the same time, that they could feel their metaphorical heart shatter in pieces. They wished to know more. They wished they had never known at all. They wanted to ask why. To send a call into the wild void, into the oblivion, to ask what was the meaning of it all. But they knew the answer and they were terrified of it. There was none. None! It all existed by a collection of coincidences and barely understandable causalities that crashed together and left them with no purpose. No meaning. Oh, they felt so alone! And so surrounded at the same time. They were lost. Terrorised. Relieved. Broken. Understood. Abandoned. Silent.
When you walked in again, you didn’t find Sun. You didn’t find Moon either. What you stumbled upon was a shaking Eclipse, and the cable still connected to the back of their faceplate. It didn’t take you long to process the situation.
“Oh, shoots!”
Panic shot up in your mind (were they broken? Were you going to lose them? Was their processor damaged? Their memory bank? Their power core?) and you rushed toward them, grabbing the cable and harshly disconnecting them from the computer in your terror.
Eclipse’s voicebox produced a choked whine, before the tall animatronic fell on their knees and curled up on themselves, hands grabbing at their arms.
Did you make things worse?
You lowered yourself at their level, guts twisting and a heavy lump in your throat, your hands hovering over them without touching them. They were sobbing. Were they hurt? Was it your fault?
“E-e-e… Clip!” You called. “Talk to me! Say something, please, can you hear me?”
There was a moment of silence where you kept opening and closing your hands – so close to them, so desperate to touch, to feel them, to make sure they were alright – repeatedly, until they answered.
“Big!” They whined in a breath – you had to remind yourself they didn’t technically have lungs. “So big! Everything…” Another pause. “Everything is so… intense!” They curled further up on themselves and shook. “Everything is here… Everything exists… Exists at the same time…!”
You didn’t know what to say. You struggled to make sense of his words.
Focus.
You needed to calm them down.
“Clips…” You struggled to keep your worries out of your tone. Start with the beginning. “Can I touch you? Is it alright?”
Another fit of shivers ran through them before they nodded weakly. “Please…” They garbled out, and it was the final hit to your heart before you wrapped your arms around their shoulders and pulled them against you.
“It’s alright, big boy.”
They felt hurt. They needed comfort. They needed you. You couldn’t do anything but provide.
You would be there until they calmed down. In the big, immensity of this world. You would be there.

Chobits AU DCA concept I wanna throw out into the aether:
After a long time of saving up money, you are finally able to afford a persocom—not just a normal or beginner-friendly model either, but a character persocom (characom), the kind that companies make with limited or difficult-to-access runs that all but the most obsessed or eccentric fans could get their hands on. And yet (somehow) you managed to find an available model of a character you’d wanted as a persocom for longer than you can remember: the daycare attendant from the Freddy Fazbear’s line. After spending more money than you’d like to admit and promising favors to several friends, you finally have the characom in your possession—Eclipse, the character’s name is, and you had hoped he would be both a utility as a computer and, well, perhaps as a companion as well.
No—no not like that! Absolutely not like that… right?
But things quickly change when you realize that Eclipse has some underlying… quirks. Two of them, to be precise, both with their own personalities and names: Sun and Moon. As things grow more and more complicated, you realize that there is something far deeper going on than simply getting a defective unit. Sun and Moon sure aren’t helping matters either—but it becomes harder to deny that you might feel something more for them than simple companionship.
Alternate Idea:
Same as above, except you are only able to afford miniature, laptop-adjacent models of your favorite character: you purchase a pair that are less expensive than a full-size characom. Sun and Moon are highly efficient of course, capable of all sorts of helpful tasks, but you’re also quick to realize that they are more trouble than what anyone had ever told you about previously. Looking online doesn’t help either, since nobody else seems to have issues like you do—the way they talk and act suggest that they’re acting on more than even detailed character programming, so what’s a person to do?
And what the hell are you supposed to do when they start asking for upgrades to full-sized bodies? You can’t afford that!
-
Feel free to use the ideas above, I certainly don’t own them but would love to see what people might make of it (me included)!
Mixing the animatronics with the concept of the chobits world is just neat in general tbh

⭐ DCA appreciation + DCA selfship blog: @constellationcradle (I'm mostly active there!)
Greetings and welcome to my humble abode! Here be personal and selfship posts aplenty. I'm Chimera, an openly queer, furry, disabled, autistic, nonhuman individual. My interests include: kissing fictional characters, anything Kuromi themed, computer viruses, malware, ransomware, and horror. I enjoy the arts, and I dabble in casual hobbyist drawing and writing. Mostly selfship related, of course.
I am a profound selfship and OC x Canon enjoyer. I will be your ships' cheerleader, no questions asked. This is the biggest focus of my internet presence and I have endless enthusiasm and adoration for this kind of thing.
It should be quite clear that I do not tolerate any form of bigotry on my blog. I especially have no patience for ableism, racism, xenophobia, and zionism. I also will make it clear that I especially hold disdain towards self-labeled ""pr*ship"" and the like. (Censored to prevent search from picking it up.) I am extremely vocal about my distaste for said communities.
