I finally found a working Beta deck at a decent price and it is a beauty. Simulated wood and matte finish aluminum with tasteful polished accents. The whole unit is still in amazing shape, including the corded remote. The satisfying travel and clunk of the mechanical controls really make it a fun tactile experience. It's almost typewriter-like.
