Sequoia trees stand tall

It had been a rough 3 days, for sequoia these 3 days were worth it. She managed to gather up the remaining 20 chao and brought them to the very garden where she started her research  all those years ago, the garden at one point had running water and every fruit tree imaginable to help raise a chao, but now it was in shambles, the water had long since stopped running and the trees and grass were blackened from the fires that ravaged the building when it all went to shit. Closing the emergency doors she stops to rest and give the chao the last of her clean water.

Sequoia the orca now 27 is the last of her branch of study and research, and maybe the last of her kind as well. And the last guardian of the now critically endangered species known as chao, she knows they will be found soon......the badniks sensors had been picking up on the faint chaos energy that the chao give off. She can't afford to lose the last of them...........no she won't lose them.....if the thrown together sensor she and sparks put together, if the sensors readings are correct the small spikes in energy should pop up here as well. And in a few minutes to boot.....good.

"Alright....this is it, I need you all to be strong for me." She said as the chao flited nervously around her tall imposing form.....not nervous of her, but of the oncoming danger that was closing in and searching the buildings. they trust her with their delicate lives....

As the the spike in energy grew a portal opened, " You all need to go now. We'll see eachother again soon if my work can help Carlos and the network.....I'm sure we'll see eachother soon." With a flash of light the chao were gone and the energy readings dropped, breathing out a breath she had been holding, she takes out her recorder and hit record

"To anyone who might find this I'm Molly 'sequoia' the orca. Leading expert in chaos research and research of chao behavior and garden ecosystems. This is my last will and testament, dagger thank you for being the older brother I never had and showing me how to diy anything I'd ever need to help me in a tight spot, sparks I leave you all my usb drives with all my research, hopefully you can find a working laptop to download it all on. Just find someone who can help you with it, I don't need you frying it." She swallows hard as the alarms for the emergency doors begin to sound as the horde start to pull them open, tears stream down her face as she smiles" Savannah  I leave you my hunting knife, normally I would give it to my next of kin or a heir....But seeing as I don't have kids and I always thought of you as my little sister.....I know you'll take good care of it.....And to carlos everyone else....FIND THE EMERALDS AND FIX THIS! ILL SEE YOU ALL WHEN THAT HAPPENS!" Tossing the recorder into some bushes she let out a deep breath as the horde broke through the doors, tears streaming down her face as she looks at her personal reaper " The chao are gone.....you can't get them..." She said calmly, a wicked smile spreading across her face ".........But now you deal with me.....C'MON YOU BAGS OF BOLTS SHOW ME A GOOD FIGHT!!!" She roared as the horde rushed at her.......the recorder hearing everything eventually turning off way after the fight had ended

Laying against a wall holding her bloodied side she let's out a pained chuckle, "heh looks like I win." He breathing becoming labored as she looks up at the fake starry sky that would light up every night on the celing,"........hey.....dad? Could you tell me that story again?...the...the one......about our an.....cesto....rs.."

@decapattack​ cause the setting is the dark mobius timeline from his fic time trials and the names of a few of the characters Molly names off are his oc's and I mcfuckin love them. This was just a ramble ficlet that I wanted to type up before I forgot it.
