Why do old geezers do shit like this?
This was this person’s comment added to a post I made about Martin Luther King, Jr. (this post)
Don’t get me wrong, I’m Black so it doesn’t surprise me that self-proclaimed “liberals” and good white people™ would derail a post about MLKjr to throw stones. They’re hypocritical liars who are quite honestly racists at heart. I get that part
What I find irksome is how bloggers like this won’t go make a post of their own and say it with their WHOLE chest, on their own blog. Instead, their blog is usually tame stuff that won’t get their accounts suspended and run off of tumblrdotcom
And so often, racist comment trolls will post nothing but pretty pictures on their own blogs, but then go elsewhere to spew racist shit like this in the comments of someone else’s blog 🙄
Tumblr media
The person above is a game developer. LOL, do you think there will be racism embedded in the games they work on, or nah?
Idgi, honestly. Do you know how many trashy ass hot takes I see on here every day? It’s literally the easiest thing on earth to just keep scrolling or block the offensive blog and keep it moving. Easy peasy. But noooo. These “not racist” racists cannot contain nor control their bile. They just GOTTA spew it out onto some unsuspecting blogger who was just minding their own business 🤮
Anyway, my advice is to take control of your online spaces + tend tf outta them like a garden, and please do not hesitate to block problematic people (see related posts here and here)
Look, I learned something in the third grade that is super easy to employ on social media: if you can’t say something nice, then maybe don’t say anything at all? (unless it’s blatant racism, homophobia or something similar, this should be an easy rule to follow, iMho)
If you’re on Reddit or running a discourse blog or asking for people’s opinions, that’s one thing, but the simple act of just putting content on a social media site like tumblr does not obligate anyone to engage in unwanted conversations with what usually turns out to be trolls whose job is to never be convinced about anything they disagree with
Ordinarily I just ignore these kinds of comments, because they want the attention (negative or otherwise), but I had a few free minutes, and I just occasionally need to blow off some steam. I had time today
Lastly, please do not harass these people, okay? And I’m being deadass serious. Don’t do that
I’m just blowing off some steam and hopefully exposing some racists

Top 5 Therapy-Needers in Failtopia
5.
Chin "Chi" Kid. This girl went through the horrors of saving the entire world twice, got beaten up more than most other characters on both of those journeys, and was placed on the frontlines for an uncountable number of extremely dangerous fights (the primary cause of my previous point). She was locked in a dungeon for a month and had her face implanted on a feral beast, twice in a row for both of those things, and was almost completely alone for three years between these journeys, heavily implying that she's been alone her entire life. This all happens when she's 15-18. What the fuck.
4.
Deko. He may be one of the least remembered character stories in the entire series, but the story he has is horrible. He, a sixteen y/o, decided to submit himself to an unethical experiment to give himself superpowers he felt insecure about lacking, which resulted in him being trapped in the role of an Imp (a literal monster), and bound by the gods to battle for the world with some blond guy he hates. Then, he finds out that there's an alternate universe version of himself who lives a happy and normal life, all because he didn't make the same stupid mistake he himself did. This acts as his 'redemption arc', but if that happened to me, I'd take a very long time to even recover.
3.
Erica. You all know why, but I'll break it down anyways. She has no personal life to speak of, and fully immerses herself in work she doesn't even really enjoy, watching a majority of her coworkers die horribly, partially because she couldn't save them. Then, she joins a somewhat-functional team for the first time, and allows herself to make a genuine connection or two - which are then ripped away from her as soon as the journey ends, leaving her with the same overworking nightmare of a life she had before. This time, she feels the need to abandon a core personality trait, her caution, for the sake of taking out her deeply-bottled-up anger on anything that moves. Because of this, she struggles even harder to make personal connections, and can't bring herself to call almost anyone her friend, or get the concept of death off her mind for two seconds.
2.
Friend. Imagine having a little guy magically attached to your face, by accident, clearly a lost soul who needs all the help he can get. As a Cleric, helping random people is your literal job, and you're a naturally kind person, so of course you care for this stranger! He might be corrupting your mind to increase your aggression, sure, but that's a normal side effect, probably. You miss him when he suddenly disappears. Then, you finally find him again, and he reveals himself as a genocidal demon who intends to reinvent the world for the sake of a revenge plot you can't even comprehend. But you have to comprehend it, because it's partially your fault that he got this far. Not only that, but he's had a clear effect on your mental state, and you start using inanimate objects to cope with his absence, out of sheer desperation. This man has left an irreversible mark on your psyche, and even then, you were entirely expendable to him.
Honourable mentions go to Failboat, Simple Bob, Rose, Orion + Slapo Oopsie, and Bo. Mar does not make the list because he's already been through his three years of therapy, he doesn't need it.
1.
Shrimp. She was abandoned by her father in her vulnerable teenage years, and she has no reason to know he feels bad for it. Due to this lack of protection, many of the awful people in her age range take the opportunity to bully her, mainly over her greatest dream of singing, which they hate that she has. They do everything they can to make her believe her singing talent, one of the only things she has left in her life, is worth nothing, and it gets more than verbal. It's heavily implied that the reason she has an unfixable chipped tooth is because these bullies got violent, and this also gives reason to believe they bullied more than her dreams and talents, they tore into her for her very appearance too. As a result of this, she's left with no option than to abandon her home, just like her dad did, and flee to the unfamiliar surface, hoping she can do anything up there while knowing nothing about it. Her home is behind her now, she has to join a battle party trying to save the entire world just to get by. It's here, where she finds a found family she adores, but they can't replace what she's lost. She still doesn't have a single friend her age, and relies on random adults to survive out here. I don't think it's a coincidence that she has so much fan content, and enough trauma to match it, literally everyone wants this girl to have some happiness.

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media

The top 100 “comics sold at Amazon
Amazon's comics rankings are distributed weekly (from Sunday to Saturday) in cooperation with Amazon. This time, the rankings will be delivered from September 15th to September 21st.
"The fifth bride" is the top! "Dungeon rice" is again ...!
This week's number one is “The Bride for Five”, Volume 11. A spring comedy that has been serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” since 2017. TV animation started in January 2019, and the second stage production has also been decided, and a hot eye is being poured.
The second place was “Dungeon Rice” 8 volumes. Gourmet fantasy manga that breaks through dungeons while cooking monsters appearing in fantasy works using existing cooking methods. From the 4th week of August, it has been keeping the ranking within 3rd for about 1 month. I want to pay attention to how far the ranking can be maintained.
The third place is “Kaguya-sama wants to tell ~ genius' love brain war ~” 16 volumes. This is a TV anime broadcast from January 2019. A live-action movie starring Murasaki Hirano and Kanna Hashimoto has been released since September 6, 2019.
In addition, this week when the top ranking regular rankings of Amazon rankings such as "Golden Kamui" in volume 4 and 6 in "Attack on Titan" in volume 6 were ranked 3rd or lower. Keep an eye on next week's ranking.

youtube
A dirigere l’adattamento presso lo studio SILVER LINK (When Will Ayumu Make His Move?, My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!) c’è Yushi Ibe (assistente di regia in The Dungeon of Black Company e in The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious).
Tumblr media
La sceneggiatura è supervisionata da Deko Akao (Komi Can't Communicate, The Case Study of Vanitas), al character design sta pensando Mai Otsuka (The Demon Girl Next Door, Non Non Biyori), mentre delle musiche si occupa Koji Fujimoto (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!, The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious)

What can I say. A hole in the ground. This map served as the entrance to the dungeon. ;) It looks better with bushes and trees around, but you have to plant it yourself, according to your own vision.

The world looks different through the eyes (though usually just one eye…) of a true chunibyo in Sentai Filmworks’ newest acquisition: Kyoto Animation’s Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions!: Rikka Version. The movie is a fresh retelling of the original Love, Chunibyo, & Other Delusions TV series, told from the point of view of the Tyrant Eye herself, Rikka Takanashi.
Chunibyo, an “ailment” of flights of fancy or perceived grandeur, can often strike Japanese youth in middle school, but for high-schooler Rikka Takanashi, her battles against supernatural forces are very real. In this retelling of the original TV series, the spunky and fearless (but often clueless) RIkka brings us her own spin on the saga between herself and the former “Dark Flame Master,” Yuta Togashi.
Sentai Filmworks plans to release Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions!: Rikka Version with an English dub to home video in 2017.
