I bought this antique tile in Delft, it’s going on 400 years old and it was probably in someone’s house when Vermeer and Fabritius were living and painting in the same city. It may well have also survived the Delft thunderclap in 1654 when half the city was destroyed. Not sure if they are tulips or fritillaria but I love the Fleur de Lis emblems in the corners.
