Ricordati sempre di come sono andati via. Ricordati sempre, ancor prima di come è iniziata, del modo in cui è finita. Perché ad iniziare sono bravi tutti. C'è l'entusiasmo, l'attrazione, la scoperta, l'adrenalina scatenata dalla novità. È facile essere brillanti e coinvolgenti. Quasi che a volte scambi il tutto per sensibilità e gentilezza. Se non addirittura per amore. Ma tu ricordati sempre, se vuoi sapere chi hai amato, di come sono andati via. Di come ti hanno lasciato. Perché nessuno è obbligato a restare. Ma è da come se ne va, non da come arriva, che conosci davvero chi ti era accanto.

Una cosa così

" Non mi piacciono gli uomini che vanno con chiunque.

Non mi piacciono questi uomini perché sanno di pochezza, di mediocrità.

Mi fanno pensare ai mendicanti che vanno a rovistare nei cassonetti,per raccattare un effimero momento di pienezza. Non mi piacciono perché mi fanno pensare alla merce scadente, quella che va esposta in bella vista,con un cartello scritto in grande "occasione del giorno".

Sono dozzinali e seppur magari qualcuno è bello, diventa anonimo, scontato,noioso.

Ma nemmeno le donne mi piacciono cosi.

Che poi sono le donne che si incrociano con questi uomini e ci vuole uno spartitraffico.

Non mi piace questa gente che si mischia , che si scambia e si confonde.Non mi piace chi si prende cosi come quando compri un pezzo di carne."Quale parte le taglio?"

Non mi piacciono quegli uomini che non guardano l'essenza di una donna, l'unicità,o anche solo la semplice bellezza,ma raccattano tutto quello che si muove.Considero uomo solo chi sa scegliere e non in vetrina su una chat, dove pullula ogni cosa,

ma per strada, in un bar, in un supermercato o ai giardinetti comunali.Mi piacciono quegli uomini che incrociano i tuoi occhi e in quella frazione di secondo tu senti uno tsunami.

Mi piacciono quegli uomini che poi fanno di tutto per ritrovarti, per incontrarti, perché fra tanti occhi , sono i tuoi quelli che non scordano più."

The discreet(?) charm of Emmy Lou and Jenny Lee

BY THE SHORES OF ARTIFICIAL LAKE DELTON, WI: "I do have to acknowledge," Emmy Lou remarked over cheese, sausage and crackers, "that being a rather romantic bear in the Southern style can get to be rather fascinating."

"And I still cannot get over that time Loopy De Loop tried to get you and that plantation owner Braxton matched up," saith I, "until your cousin Jenny Lee came into the equation." (Short pause) "Still, I have to wonder how it all came out."

No less than three glasses of iced rooibos tea and ginger ale/lemonade later--

"Still," Emmy Lou charmingly noted, "things have a way for us to turn out all the more amusingly. Though one thing is for certain: we enjoy the vanning lifestyle and experience."

"Yeah," Jenny Lee, Emmy Lou's cousin, remarked in that rather charmingly juvenile manner of hers. "What could be more fascinating than just the sheer freedom of the road, finding interesting people to maybe spend the night in love with ... as well as enjoying soms swimming and diving every now and then!"

"And then again, the diving can get to be especially interesting!" added Emmy Lou. "Just the sheer feeling of the clean coolness of lake water on ursine fur, discovering the sheer fascination of the lake bottom, maybe feeling a bit aroused as well...."

"What else could get to feeling more wonderful, to begin with?" added Jenny Lee. "And its playfulness can't help but be evident!"

Even Huckleberry Hound couldn't help but feel intrigued at just how Emmy Lou and Jenny Lee seem to be a quite amusing little ursine match ... enough to prompt inviting them to sleep in with Huck and youts truly. Which had Crazy Claws responding "Imagine, a hound, a mountain lion and two bears sleeping in the same bed--and you thought Happy Family was a Kindergarten game! It'll be fascinating to see how it all turns out with the cool nights ahead!"

Can you all remember your old haunting (if you had such)? What made you become orphants or abandoned for Ray to pick you up?

Delton: "...We were all babies when our father adopted us"

Astrea: "As a matter of fact, we weren't even hatchlings yet! We were all adopted in different timelines so we don't even know who our biological parents are"

Marlo: "Besides our older brother, cubber,he does have so haunting skills of his own, he's known our father longer than we have so he's been an orphan himself when he was first adopted at age 10"
